Infinity Box in my home, But I cant get it?
I have just moved into a new property and it already has an infinity Box installed in the house.
So I rang you to apply for infinity but was advised that I cant get it in this property.
Apparantly it doesnt run to the exchange im connected to, now have I missed something here.
How can the previous occupants of the property of had it but I cant get it.
Yeah, plenty of engineers use them when repairing regular broadband lines since it isolates any extension wiring from the broadband signal. They aren't really supposed to since there is another version which has been available for years already, but in reality they do the same thing so there's no harm. Just makes it confusing for customers when they move house as you've found.

I can only see the welcome to mail screen (iphone 5). I have successfully set up the mail because it shows mail icon with messages (104 messages). But I cant get into the actual mail box to read them. Pls help!
The received emails should show in two locations:
1. In the All Inboxes tab of Mail.
2. The Inbox for each mail account,
If your emails are not showing in these locations try quitting the mail app and then reset your iPhone.
Go to the Home screen and double click the Home button. That will reveal the row of recently used apps at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold on the app in question until it wiggles and displays a minus sign. Tap the minus sign to actually quit the app. Then tap anywhere on the screen above that bottom row to return the screen to normal.
To reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem. -
my ipod will turn on to the home page to wear it says slide to unlock but i cant get it to do anything else?
Try to Reset your device.
Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears (ignore the Slide to Power Off option that shows up first). -
just started a new apple tv and also started using an iMac . I have itunes on the iMac but i cant get the apple tv to sync or find any settings to do so ! How can I get the iMac and apple tv to sync the itunes ? i have a internet connection between them , I have signed in to the itunes store on the apple tv and it shows that the apple tv is sharing my library from the IMac , but it wont sync and the apple tv has no content !

The Apple TV (with the exception of the Apple TV 1) does not sync, it streams everything from your library on your computer or from the internet. -
I'm trying to update my iphone 4 and in order to compelte the restore backup from itunes i need to turn off the 'find my iphone' but i cant get passed the restore backup stage - what should i do?

So in order to update your iPhone, you may need to turn off Find My iPhone. This can be done through the iCloud settings, and more information on those settings can be found right here:

Set TC and wireless names to short, no spaces, no special characters.. ie pure alphanumeric.
Lock the wireless to fixed channels.. only 2.4ghz matters.. as iphone cannot connect to 5ghz.
Try 6, 11 first then 1. I think bluetooth may be set to use lower channels.
That seems to have fixed it for most people. -

I have just transferred elements 11 to a new windows 7 64 bit computer using the original purchased disc. Organiser is working fine and all my photos are there, but I cant get the Editor to open. It just says editor workspace is loading and then it eventually gives up.
Try opening directly from your desktop, by passing the welcome screen.
Go to Windows Explorer>C drive>Program Files (x86)>Adobe>Photoshop elements 11. Right click, then Send to>Desktop
Double click on the shortcut and see it will open. -
