Infinity Upgrade leads to Lower Download Profile
I have been on Infinity for almost a year and after numerous problems in the early days with several engineer visits required to increase my profile, it's been very solid 37/10 for the last 6 months, so very happy. I ordered the upgrade on Thursday due for completion yesterday and low an behold my profile has changed ------ but lower 33.88/20. i have just spent the last 1/2 hour on the phone to be told that it should increase over the next 10 days. Is this correct as I have my doubts!
What was your expected speed when you ordered the regrade?

BT Infinity speeds and a low IP profile.
Basically I just recently had Infinity installed. It was all fine when they installed it and for a few hours after they did, I was getting 27mbps on average. But then it all became fishy and my speed dropped considerably down to around 6mbps and it just hasn't increased since. I was getting 6mbps before I upgraded so this is frustrating me, a lot.

Something wrong there never seen a speed range that goes down 12000>7131Kbps. When you carried out this speed test did you put the information into the top box's ??? If you did what did it say .
above is the part I'm on about, it gives a bit more information. You may only have to options tho.
1. Need to get Eng. out to reset your IP Profile
2. See if the Mod's can do this for you, Before they couldn't but I think they were going to be able to.

sky twitter account a customer ask why sky go streams are worst then sd and yet bt and eurosports apps stream in hd. Reply from mod, oh thats easy the files for hd are some huge that sky go can't play them and no app can stream hd due to this and so when they say they are they're really sd streams, if there was any way around this we would have done it now. -
Upgrade to iOS 6 encountered the following problems in my ipad2.
(1) very low download speed
(2) I can not open my apple gmail in my iPad.
(3) I can't download new apps from Internet.Have tried your suggestion of toggling but unfortunately that has not solved the problem - but many thanks for the suggestion.

In a similar post to 'My IP Profile is too low' from 27 December, I am also suffering from a very low IP profile:.
I've been through several lengthy calls to the service centre (0800 111 4567) and been told at different times that the problem is with either a fault between home and exchange or that my BT Home Hub 2.0 is faulty.
I've replaced the Home Hub with a (spare) BT Business Hub BT 2700HGV from work. Sadly, no improvement.
Speed test tonight gave (yes, the numbers are correct)
Download speed achieved during the test was - 109 Kbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 50-250Kbps.
Additional Information: Your DSL Connection Rate :8128 Kbps(DOWN-STREAM), 448 Kbps(UP-STREAM)
IP Profile for your line is - 135 Kbps

Until you can maintain a stable connection your ip profile will not increase can you ples try ther following
If you post the full stats from your router
For homehub – type 192.168.1.254 into your browser
Navigate to ADSL Settings or use the A-Z at the top right of the home page and scroll down to ADSL Settings and click on it
you can acces the business hubs stats the same way and then post the full results.
also post the full results from http://speedtester.bt.com/
Have you tried connecting to the test socket at the rear of the master socket
Have you tried the quiet line test? - dial 17070 option 2 - should hear nothing - best done with a corded phone. if cordless phone you may hear a 'dull hum' which is normal

IN YOUR FACE VIRGIN MEDIA!Not bad, once everyone has upgraded your speed may stablise. I would also suggest rebooting your modem and router in order early in the morning to see if you pick up a better sync speed/IP Profile and you may get a faster throughput.

Issue in creating Lead Follow UP- Action Profile

I am creating a Lead From a Lead automatically through Action Profile. The Condition is Based on the Questionaire Qualification level. When the follow up is created the Qualification level values disappered.
We suspet that the lead copies the Qualification Level. Can any one help in Stoping the copy control of the Qualification level field alone.
Is their any Badi for this?

Please check badi CRM_COPY_BADI. It is used to control which fields should be copied.
For qualification level, I think method LEAD_H should help.

I upgraded to OS Yosemite on my MacBook Air...and I cannot upgrade the Adobe Flash download that Adobe keeps asking me to download. I get the screen and when I click on the icon it just creates a new window but not download. Thoughts?
I just tried the link and it is just fine. If the GateKeeper pops up then open Security & Privacy preferences, click on the General tab, set the last radio button to Anywhere.

Can't load App Store on my macBook Pro. Error is; You cannont open the application "App Store" because it is not supported on this system. How can I upgrade App Store or download new version?
Problem now resolved as I upgraded to Snow Leopard 10.6. Seems App Store doesn't like anything previous to 10.6.

there’s a glitch somewhere. iphoto just wont open. upgraded to yosemite and downloaded iPhoto upgrader and it doesn’t work, just keeps telling me to upgrade when I did already or quit, so no way to do photos on this brand new mac. that’s a pity!!
You need to have iPhoto 11 v9.6 (which you can get from the App Store) to use iPhoto on Yosemite. If you already have iPhoto 11 then the update is free. Otherwise it's a purchase.

Why can't I download OS X Mavericks? The download option is malfunctioning. I already checked that my mac version can have free upgrade. I click download, but it just doesnt do anything. I went to purchase tab, clicked "download" next to the app but still nothing happens. It's not internet problem because everything else on the app store works. The only thing not working is Mavericks downloading and I don't know why. Please help.

I recently purchase the Adobe Photoshop Elements 12. It instructs me to download the Akami Download Manger, which I did, but then it doesn't lead me to download Elements, nor does it indicate what I should do next. How do I get Elements on my computer?
I also downloaded the first file of the "Alternate Download Method," which took about 2 hours to download, but when I click on it it wants me to find the app in my app store to open it with. ??? I'm using Windows 8.1.The file is a 7z which you can open with WinZip or any other packer tool. For anything else you may simply need to use another browser and/or reinstall your local Java version.

Cannot upgrade serial number after download. 'This serial number is not for a qualifying product'. Trying to upgrade from ACS 5.5 Design Premium to ACS 6 Design Standard
start the installation of design premium cs5.5 just to make sure you're using the correct serial number. once your serial number is accepted you'll see a screen giving you the option to install none, some or all of the cs5.5 programs. at that point you can quit and not install anything having verified your cs5.5 serial number if you want nothing cs5.5 on your computer.
on the other hand, if your cs5.5 serial number is not accepted, you'll pinpoint the problem.
or, if your cs5.5 number is accepted, you could install a cs5.5 program and then install cs6. it should recognize you have a cs5.5 program installed and NOT prompt you for you cs5.5 serial number allowing you to continue with your cs6 installation. -
After updating, as requested, each time I select iPhoto, the system is requesting that I download the iPhoto upgrade. I have downloaded this several times. However, I continue to receive this message. Please help me resolve this issue.

Clicking in a cell in a JTable that autoscrolls horz
