Info Cube doesn't show-up for selection on authorization profile?

Hi,
I would like to allow limited number of queries for a report user based on info cube using auth role. Steps I am using:
PFCG
Tab: Authorization
Maintain Authorization data and Generate Profile
Click "Change Authorization Data" to go to Change Role: Authorizations
Expand Business Information Warehouse
Expand Business Explorer - components
Click Pencil for Info Cube to select the info cube for full authorization for info cube queries
- It displayed the selection "from" "to" list for info cube.
I wouldn't able to find my info cube "zsdc_c01", but I would to see all SAP delivered info cube.
Any idea what setting should I set to see my info cube here so that I can select this info cube to give access to users for all queries build on this info cube using the role I created?
I would appreciate any input.

could you give me information how to handle that in the user authentications?
could you please describe me the whole process how to do that?

Thanks to both of you for attempting to help. I finally figured out what was wrong . . . it was a Permissions problem. Very frustrating, but after scouring the troubleshooting tips I finally found the one that solved my problem. I had to add a User and give it Read/Write privileges to Lightroom. The file I had to add the User to was Hidden on my Mac, so that added an even bigger challenge to the mystery. Only a few days left on my trial version! I hope I have time to try it out!

Get info pane doesn't show appropriate "more info" info

Hello. There's a problem on my "get info" pane, where normally there should be a "more info" column showing some information about "image size", "author", etc.
But recently, for example, an image file's "more info" column doesn't show its dimension and other info, only showing "title" and "last opened". And other things are simply gone.
Another example is MP3 files, normally there should be showing more metadata like "bitrate", "artist", "duration", etc. But now, it just shows the "title" and "last opened".
This really bugs me because I normally used to look at some info about these things sometimes when I need to check it out when doing some picture works. So basically the main problem is "more info" doesn't show information that I needed and which it should be there, but somehow there's a problem on Mac OS X that makes it failed to show them all out.
If anyone could tell me a way to fix it, I am very appreciated!! Thank you!!

Generally when the "More Info" section is nearly empty it is because the file in question has not been indexed by Spotlight. As to WHY it hasn't, that is a whole 'nother question, which you may be able to answer. Perhaps you have it stored somewhere that is excluded in the Spotlight Privacy pane, or on a drive where Spotlight is disabled, or in a folder where you don't have proper permissions... and so on.

I am modifying the correct httpd.conf file on the server, it just doesn't seem to work. - If I put the rewrite rules in the <Directory /> the rewrite works but it adds /Library/WebServer/Documents to the URL.
I also tried putting the rewrite rules in <IfModule mod_rewrite.c> but that did not work either.
mod_rewrite is enabled and running on the server.
I will post the rewrite rules again in the code brackets. Sorry for the long post. - If some one can try them out on their Leopard Server to see if they can get them to work, it would be much appreciated. Again, these work on my Leopard Client but I can't get them to work on Server.

ITunes doesn't show updates for those Apps synchronized from iPhone

For example, if I download 3 apps through itunes, then download and install 2 apps on my iphone. After synchronizing the PC and iphone, both of them have 5 apps. Once all of them have updates available, the app store on my iphone can show 5 updates, but iTunes only shows 3 updates, it doesn't show updates for the other two apps. Is it a setting issue? please help me if anyone has answer. Thank you.

and in system report >> hardware >> Graphics/Display >> it shows both grafics card listed.

Some Mac's when the RAM is increased the Intel HD 3000 integrated graphics will bump itself up to the higher video RAM it takes, this seems to be what occured.
It also means the dedicated graphics card will be used less, but only so slightly less.
You obviously still should have both, you can test this by turning off Graphics Switching in Energy Saver, that will use the decicated AMD card all the time.

How to get all authorization objects for a certain authorization profile

Hi ABAP experts,
I have the following problem: for a certain authorization profile of a role (created with transaction PFCG) I would like to get all contained authorization objects: e.g. for the contained object PLOG I would like to know/read all corresponding parameter values.
So:
- where are these values stored (dictionary table)?
- is there already a FM or a report to read all authoriation values for a certain authorization profile?

Grid view of books doesn't show everything - thus selective sync impossible

I have recently added a bunch of audio books to iTunes. However, only about half of them showed up in the grid view. Only after checking out the list view did I see that the books were actually in iTunes and just weren't shown.
This wouldn't be so bad if the selective synchronisation of books wasn't based on said grid view, with no possibility to change said view. Therefore, I have the choice between syncing all audio books, for which I do not have the space on my iPod, ignoring the ones the grid view doesn't show or deleting the ones I don't want synchronised and sync all others.
So, what do?

At a guess your "missing" books are simply organised as Music instead of Books - here's how to fix things...
Audiobooks
With iTunes 8.x or later you have the option to tell iTunes to treat any audio file as an audiobook. Simply select the tracks, *Get Info.*, then on the options tab set *Media kind* to Audiobook. You can also set options to *Remember playback position* and *Skip when shuffling*.
Assuming, however, that the books consist of more than one file you may have problems if you plan to listen to them on an iPod. The Audiobooks feature was originally designed for books that have been stitched up into a single file and hasn't been updated to reflect the changes that now make multi-track audiobooks easy to work with in iTunes. The main issue is that the iPod lists all audiobook files by track title/chapter name so unless you rename every track using a scheme such as *Book Title, Chapter XX* the tracks will play out of sequence. There are tools for creating iPod-friendly audiobooks for which Aldo on Audiobooks is probably the best reference. Personally I don't bother with the extra effort and just have an "Audiobooks" playlist folder containing sub-folders for each author and within these playlists for each audiobook. Although I still mark the files as Audiobooks to keep them out of my main music section when it comes to the iPod I ignore it's Audiobooks feature and use my own playlists for access.
Note that I've used leading digits in the playlist names to arrange these in chronological rather than alphabetical order.

Hi,
Make sure that the Export flag against the Material field is selected in the custom search help that you are referring to.
Values can be returned from the hit list to the input template (screen) with an export parameter.

ATV doesn't show up for syncing but does for streaming..

My ATV was sync'd successfully months ago with my iMac - but is not set up for auto sync.
Now I want to update the ATV library and want to sync again, but the ATV's Settings>Computers for the iMac sync'd library is greyed out and the ATV doesn't show up as a device on the iMac's iTunes panel. Here's a weird thing, though. If I click on 'Add Shared iTunes Library' on the ATV, the ATV immediately shows up in the iMac's iTunes devices panel. If I then enter the passcode, I can stream from the iMac ok - but, I really want to sync from it. (My MacBook behaves the same way - the ATV showing up for streaming, but disappears otherwise).
This proves I don't have a network connection problem, I guess, but why doesn't the iMac (or the MacBook) see the ATV normally? The iMac preferences are set to look for the ATV.
The ATV is wired into my TC router and the iMac/MacBook are wireless into the network. I updated the ATV software to 3.0.2 but it didn't affect the problem.

If you last synced months ago, is there any possibility you've made a major iMac change like reinstalling the OS, or thta you might have synced using a different user on the imac? Could you have created a new iTunes library under that user, eg moving one to an external drive, as a new iTunes library would be different.
As you say network seems ok.
If the library name is there but greyed out AppleTV/iTunes are not detecting this is the same library for some reason.
Also check in iTunes Preferences - under the AppleTV tab - how many AppleTV's are listed 'known' to iTunes (connected or not)?
If you can navigate to the greyed out sync library (top entry of the lot in Computers) and try to select it you could remove it as the sync library, then remove the streaming entry below and try to re-add it as a sync library once more - this will however wipe AppleTV content to prepare for a fresh sync.

Enable hide/show only for selected rows for table in table

I have an advanced table with a detail table connected by a view link. This adds a "Details" column of Hide/Show links on the left of the table to expand the inner-table for each row of the outer-table. The goal is to have the hide/show in the outer table, only when there is data for the outer row in the detail region.
Normally, hide/show appears for all rows in the outer table.

In the processRequest method of the controller execute the query of the Outer table region and check is there any row or not.
If yes then do nothing else hide the bean i.e. hide/show bean. You need to do PPR for this.

However, please bear in mind that you cannot limit access to certain payroll area with structural authorization. For that you should use standard PA authorization object (you can use field organizational key to store Payroll Area VDSK1 in IT0001):

ISE Selecting wrong authorization profile

Hi,
We are testing ISE in a wired environment.
We have set up two authorization profiles called AD_Machine and AD_User as recommned in Trustsec 2.0 doc. The AD_Machine policy has a condition set on it to look at the AD External Group AD Machines, likewise the AD_User has a condition to look at AD External Group AD Users. At the end of the authorization policy list we have the default policy, this is set to WEBAUTH authorization profile.
What we see is machine auth is granted by the WEBAUTH policy as this is catch all. If I disable WEBAUTH it picks AD_Machine, also if I enable WEBAUTH and remove the AD External Group AD Machines condition it also selects the correct policy.
There seems to be some kind of timing issue when authorizing against an external DB.
Any ideas?
