I've checked the resolution in Photoshop just as a double-check and it shows resolution as 300 PPI. When you say "because they can be mixed" do you mean because elements and graphics with the PDF can be of varying resolutions? I hadn't thought of that, if that's what you meant. I do have some items within my pdf that might be lower resolution.
If these show up in my Preflight Panel as an issue, does this mean they would be flagged also with the Printer? In trying to find a resolution I read several forum discussions about how Printers often run your document through a Preflight process and will send it back when there are low resolution images in the document.
Is there some other way to be sure these images are in the InDesign document as 300 PPI so I can know they will in fact print correctly?

Need info related to HAL

I need small info
1) If you have a planning application and if we want to load the metadata and data from flat file into planning application we can use HAL right ... how about the other scenario like .if we want to load data and metadata from any other essbase database. in to a planning application.......we can use essbase adapter to load the data and metadata in to planning application.......does it make any sense....does it work??? ....

Hi,
Would it not be easier to build a HAL routine to get the metadata from the same source the other essbase cube builds its metadata from.
You can use HAL to extract from the data from essbase cube and then load it into your planning essbase cube, HAL basically creates a report script which extracts the data, another way would be to use the DATAEXPORT command and export the data from one cube and load it into another, if you are after optimisation then DATAEXPORT will probably be quicker than HAL and easier to set up.

JAXB Flags an Error in XML Doc Related to a Choice of Elements

With a fairly complex DTD, an error results when JAXB unmarshalls a valid XML document. Here is the relevant DTD fragment:
<!ELEMENT Declaration (Variable+, (typeList | Drelation))>
The elements Variable and Drelation are complex, and contain other elements. Element typeList contains only #PCDATA. If Varaible is followed by Drelation, everything is fine, but if Variable is follwed by typeList, then unmarshall reports the following error:
Exception in thread "main" javax.xml.bind.UnrecognizedElementNameException: typeList
I know there is not a real error, because I have validated the XML document against the DTD using Xeena, from IBM's Alphaworks.

By way of additional information, I tried to circumvent the problem with the following change.

<!ATTLIST Declaration dpower (PowerSet) #IMPLIED>
<!ELEMENT DecType (typeList | Drelation)>
Now, each element is either a sequence or a choice, but not both. The result was the same problem. The unmarshall reports the same error when it gets to the DecType element, saying the typeList element is unexpected. Again, IBM's Xeena tool reports that the XML document is valid for the DTD.
Here is the relevant XML fragment.
<Declaration dpower="PowerSet">
<Variable> members </Variable>
<DecType> <typeList> Person </typeList> </DecType>

How to Maintain Info related to an Applicant's race in PB10

Hi All,
I am currently configuring Recruitment Module. I would like to know what's the equivalent of Infotype 77, that I would need in TCODE: PB10 ( Initial Entry of Applicant Data) in order for me to maintain the race info of an applicant. This is not available in the standard PB10 transaction.

If you want to add what ever infotype information for the Applicant. You need to go PB30 and give that IT and then update the information.

I have managed to change my apple ID to my new (personal) email address which is fine but I know I have previously bought stuff from the App Store so need to also be changing my billing/account details but I cannot find where/how to do this. Can someone help pleas?

If you updated your existing account then try logging out of it on the iPad by tapping on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on the iPad.

BI info. related to enhancement pack.

We are undergoing a enhancement from SAP 6 pack 0 to SAP 6.0 pack 6. Post enhancement BI will be at 7.0 pack 31, currently 7.0 pack 0
The client has asked for additional BI functionality that is available as a result of this enhancement.
I have tried using the SAP innovation discovery tool but with no luck.
Can anyone point me to any link that will show me what is available in BI 7.0 pack 31

My Client is experiencing performance issues on our BCS reports. We are using a virtual cube with function module RSSEM_CONSOLIDATION_INFOPROV. they would like to use function module RSSEM_CONSOLIDATION_INFOPROV3 instead, the performance on BCS reports should be enhanced.
In The help file I have read the following things regarding the function module

1. Performance improvement --> there's no need to process the selection conditions anymore

Need info related to Infoset

Hi all,
i have created an Infoset on 2 ODSes.
i have created a query based on this Infoset.
i have a requirement where i want data only from these ODSes to be given in the picklist of the selection screen.
I have changed the property "Query Exec.FilterVal" of infoobjects used in query to "Only values in infoprovider" on ODS level.
but i am getting values from master data also.
Is there any property of Infoset which has to be changed?
