InfoObject 0ID_CHADAT is not available in version A

Is there step by step procedures for activating this InfoObject. The reason I plan to use it is because I have created a Delta enabled Generic Extractor using EQUI-AEDAT and feel that this is the ideal InfoObject to map to. If incorrect please advise an alternative. Thanks

Goto activation log (SLG1 tcode), find it, double click on it, in the bottom frame read the error messages. Click on a question mark to the right of the error, read the explanations and proposals.

   The BI content objects are delivered in version D. They have to installed(Activated) before they can be used.
    In your case the BI content object "0ADDATEFROM" seems not be in inactive state. So search for this BI content object and then activate(install) it. Later you can use it in 0BP_ID .

Error "Object 'DM' (APCO) of type 'Application' is not available in version 'A'" while transporting process chain to production system.

Hi Gurus,
Whenever I try to transport a process chain ZFI_0FIGL_C10 from dev. to qua. & prod. the error “Object 'DM' (APCO) of type 'Application' is not available in version 'A'” is displayed in the end of creating transport package.
The process chain was created to load data to 0figl_c10 and it works all right on all systems (dev. qua. prod.).
The process chain contains processes for:
- starting the process chain
- executing infopackage (for loading data to 0figl_o10),
- ACR (activate data in 0figl_o10)
- delete index 0figl_c10
- DTP loading data from 0figl_o14 to 0figl_c10
- executing infopackage 80FIGL_O10
- creating index in 0figl_c10
- building DB statistics
- rolling up aggregates in 0figl_c10
- deleting of requests from the changelog 0figl_o10
- deleting of requests from PSA (0fi_gl_10)
How to find what cause that error.

A SAP consultant told me to ignore that error.
Indeed, after creating transport with some new process chains (again I was informed about that error "APCO ...") and transporting it to production everything works all right.
The problem is described in sap note: 883745.

I having this situation, first let me tell you that we have transported the queries from dev to qa and then we had to open the qa system to modify our queries. There were a lot of modifications done to the queries in QA and so now I am trying to transport the queries back to Dev so that we can transport it again via normal route.
When I am trying to collect the query in QA I am getting a lot of errors something like this:

Can you please check the formula you mentioned in the Table RSZCALC Table, Provide ELTUID = "43TH...". check the Version whether it is 'A' or 'D'.
If it is not available in 'A' Version, then check the Formula creation.

Unable to Transport Querys Object (ELEM) of type 'Query' is not available in version 'A'

We need to transport some querys from production BW 7.3.1SP7 to synch with Dev. I know, I know but had no choice but to created querys in PBW due to no data in DEV...
In RSA1, we collect query and get errors for every object (ckf,rkf, vars etc) and when changing dsiplay from hiearchy to list, there are no objects included under the query element.
Opened the system in SCC4 for automatic recording of changes and changes to repository and cross clinet customization allowed and changed the client role to Test.
Tried opening and resaving the query in query designer.
Query is active in table RSRREPDIR
Checked SCN and OSS have yet to find a solution

'Routine' is not available in version 'A'

Hi,
We are transporting process chain to QA system. At the time of collecting the objects for making transport request, gives following errors.
Object '3RWUNFJ34X9ZGLXAL6VWXBPBA' (ROUT) of type 'Routine' is not available in version 'A'
Above object is not found in the Business content and BW Repository as well?
Also searched with Update rules and transfer rules, i didn't find this object?
Could you help to fix this issue?

I am having a similar issue saying that the "UPDR DK....." could not be found, when I try to do the "simulate install".
I see the object in BCT (but the symbol is white) and I find that also in Metadata repository as well (it is green there)..
How can I activate it?. (or make it work?)

Procedure to include 2 infoobjects which r not available in R/3

Dear All,
We have a standard cube 0FIGL_C10 in FI.We are creating the report for all GL accounts based on the company codes.Now the problem is we have to include 2 more fields in the cube (Schedules and Page) which are not available in R/3.The data for these fields to be loaded using a flatfile.After loading this data,the report should show all the schedulers and page respective to GL account.Please explain me how to achieve the above requirement.

Hello Dinakar,
this depends on your requirements, especially on how to enrich the R/3 data with the 2 new fields.
The easiest case is if these two fields are attributes of a field delivered from R/3, e.g. the GL account.
If this is the case, simply create them as navigational attributes to the GL account, switch on the navigational attributes in the cube and upload the data.
If you cannot use the navigational attributes because you want to keep track on changes, put the two new IOs into the cube and fill them as attributes from GL account.
A different case is that you get a distribution rule like GL acc xy is 70% schedule A page x and 30% schedule B page y.
In that case I would upload the distribution rules into a DSO and use the end routine of the transformation to split the data accordingly.

Area values button not available in version ECC 6.0

We are changing from version 4.6 to 6.0. I noticed a small change on the layout in transaction FB05 or F-91.
I was able to see a box called u201CArea Valuesu201D on old version. Here you can post different values in each depreciation area for one fixed asset.
e.g.
Depre. Area........../TTy..../Amount posted
01 Book deprec.../100..../15
30 Group Local... /100.../10
But now in version 6.0 I can not see that button anymore.
If this button is gone for new version how can I change the amount posted for depreciation area 30.
In order to see the area values icon in version 4.6 go to FB05.

I am trying to activate the Business contents using report "RSO_BC_INSTALL_ALL". While analysing the log in SLG1, I find that the system shows that some of the infoobjects are not available in "D" version.
Example of error log:
Object '/APC/CHANCD' (IOBJ) of type 'InfoObject' is not available in version 'D'
Message no. RSO252
Diagnosis

have you checked the infoonject in object types in BI content tab.click object types and in that choose infoobject and search the infoobject. if its there then drag and drop and install it.

hi,
This is not an error but while installing bunch of infoobjects, it will say which one of them it doesnot have in the system could be the problem in patches.Could be very old.
Hence better you create a infobject equivalent of the object you require and use it and goahead.

I am getting error for all the channels as follows :

Which metadata are the channels using...SAP PI7.0 or SAP PI7.1? If you dont import the metadata of SAP PI7.0 in the PI7.1 system then you may get an error for the communication channels....you should either change the channels to point to PI7.1 or import the metadata in ESR.
@Kiran: The tpz reference you have given seem to be of SAP PI7.11 .... will it also work for SAP PI7.1

Thanks petermac87...but for some reason, the only purchases showing are OS. So assuming iPhoto is in Mountain Lion, I was hoping to look under Hidden Items there as you suggested, but there is no option for that. Go to the App Store and check out the Purchases List. If iPhoto is there then it will be v9.6.1
If it is there, then drag your existing iPhoto app (not the library, just the app) to the trash
Install the App from the App Store.
Sometimes iPhoto is not visible on the Purchases List. it may be hidden. See this article for details on how to unhide it.

iPhoto the application and the iPhoto Library are two different parts of the iPhoto programme. So, reinstalling the app should not affect the Library. BUT you should always have a back up before doing this kind of work. Always.
