Infoobject not available in "D" version

Hi Friendz..
I am trying to activate the Business contents using report "RSO_BC_INSTALL_ALL". While analysing the log in SLG1, I find that the system shows that some of the infoobjects are not available in "D" version.
Example of error log:
Object '/APC/CHANCD' (IOBJ) of type 'InfoObject' is not available in version 'D'
Message no. RSO252
Diagnosis
You wanted to generate an object with the name '/APC/CHANCD' (in transport request IOBJ) of type 'InfoObject' (TLOGO). This is, however, not available in the BW Repository database. It does not exist in the requested version D. If the version is 'D' then it is possible that an error arose during the delivery or installation. If the version is 'A' then the Object was either not created or not activated.
System Response
The object was not taken into account in the next stage of processing.
Please suggest the reason for it.

have you checked the infoonject in object types in BI content tab.click object types and in that choose infoobject and search the infoobject. if its there then drag and drop and install it.

Hello,
I'm trying to transport my cubes etc. to another system, but I get an error message every time: "business content not available in A version" (with reference to a bunch on info objects..).
When looking in BC in the target system i notice that these are white (not green as they would usually be)..
I'm in a BI 7.0 environment. the business content version is the same in both source and target environment. Any ideas of what could be wrong?

Yes, all is active in the source system. However, I get these errors in STMS in target system anyway.. I could install the business content in the source system without a problem, but when transporting to target I'm missing active versions of info objects.
When looking in the BC tab in RSA1 in target i notice that these objects are "whitened".. Why? After installing them directly in the target environment, they turn green also in BC tab..
How come they don't get activated directly during the transport? Is the basis setup wrong here?

Odiref.getPackage not available in ODI version 10.1.3.5?

Hi,
I have 10.1.3.5 version of ODI on my machine. I just wanted to cross check whether odiref.getPackage() method is available in this version or not?
How do i upgrade it?

Infoobject not available in the query

We have appended a cube with info object that had a query already on it but that infoobject is not available in query
hw to refresh the query designer to get new appended info object

InfoSet maintance - added new InfoObject, not available in query

We appended a new field to the 0VENDOR_ATTR extractor and the data comes accoss fine. We are using InfoObject 0CREDITOR in an InfoSet. When I did an 'adjust' step to the InfoSet, the new InfoObject became visable but the check box is grayed out and the new InfoObject is not usable in a query. Is there any way to change the check box so that the new InfoObject is available in a query?

Hi John,
Change your 0CREDITOR InfoObject and make sure that the 'Attribute Only' box is not checked. You will be unable to make it usable in an InfoSet query if this box is checked. Let me know if this solves your issue.

Drag and drop wizard not available in trial version captivate 8?

I have installed the trial version of TCS5 which includes captivate 8. So far everything has worked fine. But when I tried to use the drag and drop option, I noticed that it was not available (grayed out). Can anyone help?

In the first version of CP8, Drag&Drop was available for normal projects, not for responsive projects. After updating to 8.0.1.242 you'll get it also for responsive projects.

Custom attributes not available in ACS version 4.1

We're trying to enable "authorization" on some new Cisco ACE devices. We're running ACS for Windows 4.1 and don't have a "custom attributes" checkbox to check. Is this not a feature in version 4.1.1?

I think it is present in the ACS 4.1.1. The limitation on the custom attributes (of 31,000 as CSAdmin indicates) is that in the T+ Settings per User Group Configuration page, which is accessed from the Interface Configuration page, if you add the 1201st entry in the custom attribute field, the browser crashes.The custom attribute field is currently limited to 31KB (approximately 1,200 attributes.

The "Clear Recent History" option is not available in my version of FF (7.0.1). How can I restore that?

The Firefox Help section describes how to clear history, cache, etc. by using the "Clear Recent History" option, but my version of Firefox (7.0.1) does not have that available.
Is there a way to restore this option to my version?

Infoobject not available

Dear All,
In my requirement, i need to create a multi provider based on 3 cubes and one master data info object.this ionfo object is 0prod_hier.
When i go to multi provider and select the info object tab, in that im unable to find 0prod_hier.
What could be the reason, Kindly help me out in sorting the issue.Points will be assigned.

Hello Yunus,
You can only use an InfoObject as an InfoProvider if it has master data or texts. since you are only updating the hierarchy I believe you don't have master data available neither texts (you can check that in rsd1 for that InfoObject the tab Master data).
So the step I mentioned before (to create an InfoObject as an InfoProvider) only works for InfoObjects that has master data or texts, if you try that step before you'll see a message in the end saying that!
So, assign either master data or texts to that InfoObject and then do the step mentioned before. You can then use that InfoObject in your Multiprovider.

InfoObject not available as infoprovider in Bex (BI 7.0)

Hi,
I have an infoObject with master Data (0CS_ITEM), which I want to use as an infoprovider to generate a query and display its data.
It is already marked as an infoprovider, however in my Query Designer I am not able to select it to create a new query.
Does anybody knows the reason?
It is activated, and so its compounding infoObject. I tried to find the difference between 0COMPANY(this does works as an infoprovider) and 0CS_ITEM and couldnt find any.
The only thing is that the infoObject is used for BCS and it is updated via BCS module. Not sure if that has something to do with it. I have SAP_ALL, so I guess permissions are not an issue either.

David, if you can, just try checking the optin "with master data" on the master data tab and on the attribute tab add an attribute and then check it out. It worked for me.

Apps Syncing/organizing not available with lastest version of iTunes

My computer crashed recently and have had to install the newest iTunes. Apps aren't recoginized on my 3g phone any longer when I attempt to sync/organize them. Where can I get an earlier version of iTunes that will work with my 3G phone. Apps are working great on the phone.

I have just installed firefox 4 andnotice that there is no dropdown feature on the back/forwrd buttons. is this not available with this version or can it be activated somehow?

my previous version of firefox had a drop
down arrow that enabled me to go back to a location of my choice, often further back than what the 'back' button gives. can anything be done about this?

It's only the little caret next to the back button that's gone. If you click and hold on the back button, it will still drop down.

I just installed Safari on XP, great looking browser, but I don't see the "Find" banner that is supposed to be below the address bar, which highlights search terms on a page
