Infopackages missing in BI content

I am installing BI content for BIW 7.0.
Many times I get a list of errors saying that 0PAK************* infopackage object not available.
Or some times I get an error saying process variant not found.
What do I do? should I go ahead with installation or is there any method which gives infopackages objects.

Yes I think what Anil Kumar says is right.
Is it possible for anybody of us to try this solution. I have already installed all the business contents, so it may not be possible for me. Still I will try for the same.
If anybody else is trying , please let us know the results.

Autoplay.exe is missing on the CONTENT disk.

Autoplay.exe is missing on the CONTENT disk.
This is ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE 4, It installed just fine but now when I put the CONTENT disk in nothing happens, I looked in its .INF file and it said Autoplay.exe was supposed to run, but as far as I can tell it isn't there. Help please, anyone.

What files are you getting the messages for?
Fonts can be copied to the Common Files\Adobe\Fonts folder and they will be available to all Adobe applications, to the Program Files\...\Adobe Indesign CS4\Fonts folder, and only ID will see them, or you can install them in the Windows Fonts folder using the regular Windows font installer (open the Fonts folder and choose File > Install new font... Don't try to copy them to this folder in the regualr way.), and they will be available to all programs you have installed.

Edit: I forgot which forum I was on. Each of the applications in the suite may have it's own fonts folder, but you'd be best off using the common fonts or windows fonts folder.

InfoPackages Missing in Project Systems Business Content

Just installed PS business content in a BW 3.5 system. Cubes, ODS's, etc are all OK. But should there be InfoPackages supplied?

Welcome To SDN
Usually we will create our own info Packages based on our requirements like what cubes or ODS it should load also it is Delta/init/full. All these settings could be done in our info Packages based on our requirements.

It wont answer your question, but you could have this problem too:
I have a problem in my current project where text frame having no text make the document report the usage of a font wich we dont want the project to use (times by exemple). The problem being that Indesign report usage of a font wich is in fact not applied to any text. Weird!
The easy fix is to identify those items (text frame class + no text) and reassign them as "unassigned".

Email subject and sender data is missing for HTML contents

is there any problem with Background spools with SAP? We are running R3 here. And looks like its the spool background job that's creating the error. When i execute the report it shows all the record in print preview or if i print it.

Characters going missing after placing content from Word

I am trying to place a chapter from Word to InDesign, recently I noticed in few chapters that characters at the end of a sentence are getting truncated from the actual content and getting added to the last page of the InDesign file.
I have extracted few pages from the InDesign file and marked the sentences on page 2, 3, and 4 where the characters have gone missing and have also marked the location on the last page where these characters have got inserted.
I am using Adobe InDesign CS4.

Alas -- Hate to burst your bubble.
This particular annoyance used to pop up only very infrequently, but lately it happens more and more (perhaps upgrade related? I'm on 6.0.4 now). Saving the same document as RTF definitely does *not* help (only in the sense that I usually get other random fragments of text at the end).
It's not true it has anything to do with footnotes -- I just saw it in an entirely regular document, no thrills nor frills.
With every new version importing Word documents has detoriated more and more, where older versions happily import the exact same files that the newer version chokes on or simply imports wrong. I've noticed and reported this since, oh, CS2 came out, and -- sadly -- every new version since.
[Edit: It's a bit like that **** annoying line in the quotes that get inserted automatically!]

InfoPackages in PM Business Content

Hi,
We have activated the business content of PM, QM and MM modules in BW.
While activating, we observed that the most of the infopackages are not available in the business content for the available info sources. We were able to activate infopackages only for 2LIS_17_NOTIF infosource.
All other infosources are activated but without any infopackages.
Can anyone please help, whether the infopackages for these infosource are available in business content OR do we need to create it manually.
Please advise.

Yah, for most of the Infosources, infopackages are not defined. There is nothing in creating custom infopacakges. You can go ahead.

2 Infopackages missing after installing Process Chain BI 7.0 TechContents

Hi,
I have installed the process chains for BI 7.0 Technical Contents and when trying to run a check on the process chains, I got an error on these 2 infopackages which were not installed from the BI 7.0 technical content packages:
0PAK_472D695A0ZS3DWVBA4H1OO9A6
0PAK_472D4SFZXKU0L9FF8UESP72F2
Anyone know if these 2 infopackages are needed and if yes, where are these infopackages loading data to?

Please upgrade the system to SAP_BW SP16
There is a work-around for activating these two process chains if you don't want to upgrade the SP Level to SP16.
Apply SAP Note No. 989927 and run the installation report RSTCC_ACTIVATEADMINCOCKPIT_NEW. Please follow the manual steps mentioned below.
Please execute the transaction RSPC (Network Display). Change to 'Edit' mode. Go to the Main Menu. Double-click on Query Runtime Statistics - Init (0TCT_C0_INIT_P01) and right-click on 'Load Data (0TCT_DSA1_INIT_DATAMART)' and select 'Remove Process' option in the Context Menu. Repeat the same procedure for the subsequent process 'Create Index (Generated from Loading 0PAK_472D4SFZXKU0L9FF8UESP72F2) and remove the links related to it as well. Then Activate the Process Chain 'Query Runtime Statistics - Init (0TCT_C0_INIT_P01)'.
Go to the Main Menu. Click on Query Runtime Statistics - Delta (0TCT_C0_DELTA_P01) and right click on 'Load Data (0TCT_DSA1_DELTA_DATAMART)' and click 'Remove Process' in the Context Menu. Remove all links leding to it as well. Then Activate the Process Chain 'Query Runtime Statistics - Delta (0TCT_C0_DELTA_P01)'.
Then Schedule the Process Chain 'Query Runtime Statistics - Init (0TCT_C0_INIT_P01)'. This will take care of the Process Chain 'Query Runtime Statistics - Delta (0TCT_C0_DELTA_P01)' as well.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news here, but (borrowing from Freud here) a video is just a video. TOC is not, nor never has been part of a video.
When you choose the Video output type, you make lots of sacrifices. Interactive things are no longer interactive (Rollovers, Click Boxes, Text Entry Boxes, Buttons, etc.) because without doing lots of additional coding and having a cast of supporting files, videos simply aren't interactive in any way. Well, other than to start and stop them.

I have couple of datasources for which Infopackage are missing .
I tried replicating the datasource and activated also but again Infopackage assignment are missing .
Please guide on this if any one faced similar issue .

The InfoPackages were never successfully transported into your N1 environment. There is only a couple of ways to get those InfoPackages in that environment: 1) capture the InfoPackages that are missing on a transport in your Development environment and move that transport throughout the landscape; or 2) find the transport or transports used to import those InfoPackages into the environments and re-import into N1.
To find the transport or transports, use tcode SE03. Double-click on the 'Search for Objects in Requests/Tasks' selection on the left navigation bar. In the first blank line, enter ISIP under the object type and then the technical name of the InfoPackage next to that. Upon execution, a list of transports that the object was on will appear. Re-import the last transport, if the transport doesn't have other objects that would be overwritten with an older version. If there are other objects that you don't want to overwrite, then Option 1 above is your only option.

0HR_PY_1 Update rules missing in Business Content

Hi All,
In business content update rules from 0HR_PY_1 to Cube 0PY_C02 is missing.
We are on BI_CONT 703 0009 SAPKIBIIP9 Package level. I have checked in other system which is on package level 7 the update rule exists. And in the system with package level 11 the update rule doesn't exists.
Did anybody faced this issue. Any solution/comments on the same.

Data service (DB adapter) returns XML with missing collection's content

I am facing problem with DB adapter connected to MySQL database.
When I use select from 1-2 tables (connected by master-detail relationship) adapter works fine.
When I use more than 2 tables adapter returns only master table and empty detail collections.

Hi.
JDeveloper use aliase names for tables by default so aliases t0, t1, t3 are used for tables basketinvoice, basketitem, documents.
I think there is some connection to table. Collection of basketinvoicepayments table is missing when 3 tables select and 2 tables select too.
Table basketinvoicepayments is child table and it's element is missing even when relationship is 1:M or 1:1 (Foreign Key on Child table).

Trasfer Rules missing in BI Content

Hi,
I'm facing an issue with transfer rules in BI 7.
For most infocubes, when i try to activate bi contnet in data flow before, it does not give me transfer rules.
Moreover, on the bi content installing screen on the workbench, when i'm trying to locate transfer rules, the system doesnt show any transfer rules available in bi content.
my bi cont is on patch level 11.

You re not entirely correct. Transformations are introduced in BI 7 but the old concept can still be used.
Moreoever, BI Content still predominantly delivers UR and TR.
Can anyone help in this matter?
