Infopath form data coming only for published user

Hello,
I have published one web browser based infopath form all the data is coming only for me ,but when other user opened that form with his/her loginid all fields are blank.Why is it so? Any help

Hi,
According to your description, my understanding is that the form data cannot be displayed when other users accessed the form.
As Hemendra suggested, please check if there are any rules in the form to display the data to specified users.
To match a user with the current login user, then we can set the filter with AccountId inside the Login Account group to equal userName() to get the corresponding employee id.

1. Need to insert all infopath form fields data into Access Database when i am submitting to the Form library
2. Create Access Reports like based on time period, based on submitter name, based on state, city, and combination of these etc.
3. Sync Access Database every time i am updating the form
4. View Access Reports in share point site
PS: I worked on this like below approch
1. Written Web Service to Sync Access Database for the Infopath form
2. Create Access Reports
3. Publish using "Publish to Access Services" by providing site URL it will create a subsite there i can able to see reports, tables, macros etc. but that is not an user friendly like i am not able to apply my branding because it is pointing to /_Layouts/accsrv/Modifyapplication.aspx.
could any one suggest me on this.

How to make form field read only for users with certain permissions

We need to make two form fields read only for users with certain permissions. Kindly guide me on how to do this in Infopath. I searched and there is an option to disable to the column, but no option to select user permissions.
Please give your suggestion on this.

Here you can add the fomatting action on the field to disable the field if those users belong to certain Sharepoint group (does not matter the permission levels though). Hope it helps.

How to control the data to display for every users?

Hello Experts,
Im creating a module in ORACLE forms6i and I want to control all the data to display for every USERs. I have 1 Table and it has 5 columns.
My module has 5 columns and 5 rows of records to display.
Problems:
For USER1, I want to display all DATA in column3 and column4 only and all remaining columns shoud be null.
For USER2 , I want to dislplay all data in Column1 only and all remaining columns should be null.
How can i control all the data to display for each columns? Can you help me please. Im using the Clear_Items but its not working only the first row are null but the remaining
rows has its records.

I understand that you want certain columns not to show at all on the canvas when a certain user opens the form. Then, in the when-new-form-instance trigger, you should set_item_property(x_item, visible, property_false) for each item you do not want to be dislayed, depending on the user.

You may create a custom Permission level for this requirement. Go to Site Settings -> User And Permissions -> Site Permissions -> Click on Permissions Tab in the ribbon. Now click on Permission Levels. Click on Add a Permission level.
Give name to this new permission level. In the List Permissions, Check Edit items and keep "Add items" unchecked. Select other permissions which you need to give. Save the Permission level. Now assign this permission level to the group. Note that,
you can also change the OOB permission levels like "Contribute" and uncheck "Add Items" permission but that may have an undesirable effect on other things. It is always better not to change OOB things.

Need to give REVOKE CLOSE option in CO02 only for selective users

Need to Restrict Revoke Close Option in Tcode CO02 (Under Functions - Restrict Processing - Revoke Close) through Role/Object Level. Can any one suggest how to control this . Need to give access for CO02 for 5 Users , but only 2 Users can able to do Revoke Close Option , other 3 Users should not able to do this activity.

There is no authorization object as B_USERSTAT_T , but there is a authorization object as B_USERSTAT . I tried to create a Temporary Role and manually assigned this Object . In this object there is no way to control REVOKE Close option .
But there is one way noted in Google to restrict Revoke Close option .
1.Goto BS22
2.Select the system status TEC0 (I0045) & just duble click it,
3.Maintain the Revoke technical completion (BUTA) =Forbidd (not allowed),
But if i set the above Parameter , this will restrict Revoke Option for all the users . I need to control ONLY for selective users . I can set some value in user data for those users , based on that i can write some coding to restrict , but i want to know where to write this code .... I tried in some area , but it never works.
Can any one give some idea to fix this issue.

Data Level security for specific Users

Hi,
Can you please suggest some ideas on by-passing the Data Level security for specific users or specific group?
Currently, we have data level security defined on a group permissions for one group and for people belonging to another group, the security should not apply and they should see entire data.
But, key thing here is that, the user belongs to both the groups.

So you are saying you want a user to belong to a group with data-level security filters, but you don't want the filters to apply to that user?
Why are they in the group then?
Are the data filter defined with variables or are the hard-coded?
If variables, you may be able to put logic in initialization block to set the variable appropriately for specific users.
I'd rethink the security model - when I define data level security filters, I tend to force users to only belong to a single group/role.

Sure sounds like malware, unles you installed something from a questionable site, then it's still malware but in a payware form as playing DVDs is free on Mac's.
Unless the DVD has software on it perhaps?

I recently created a fillable form using Adobe LiveCycle and I need the form to be accessible for iPhone users. I downloaded the Adobe Reader app on my iPhone, but I am not able to access any of the drop down menus and the fillable fields do not appear.

Alright, I don't think I'm going in the right direction with this. It seems to be very difficult to make a form from scratch using Adobe Pro, as compared to LiveCycle. Is there an easier way to accomplish my goal without having to re-create this entire form in Pro?
The LiveCycle form I made was made from scratch and contains many text boxes and drop down menus, I'd rather not have to recreate it if I don't have to.

I was wondering if somebody could give me some guidance please?
I bought an N73 in September after much research and a lot of deliberating, I decided to purchase one (via O2 in England) even though i had heard lots of unhappy people claiming the phone had ruined their life etc due to its software faults.
I haven't updated my phone yet since buying it mainly due to being put off by the number of NEW problems the updates can cause.
I dont have any major problems with my phone, its got a bit slower with time and the camera isnt very quick when uploading and sometimes switches off (but i think its to do with the slide mechanism on the back), anyway i would be grateful if you would give me your honest opinion as to whether i should upgrade to the latest firmware or not!

in your Identity Store, you can use LDAP Server as authentification method (Tab Workflow). You need an attribute which contains the DN of the users and fill out port and host of your directory. That means that the PW can remain in the AD. Just try it, haven't used this possibility yet. You could also use Kerberos via AD instead. These scenarios don't cover your requirement that some might be without an AD account (which is not that common).
Otherwise it's getting difficult again to get all passwords at once from your AD. You have to decrypt the passwords without a key... AD could store a lower encrypted password for NT4, which makes this a bit easier, but still "unesthetic". You get these hashes via SSL and not with the common initial load jobs.
The PW-Hook gets the passwords before they are set. That's why you could store and ecrypt the new passwords in the Identity Store and wait for 1 or 2 months till everyone had to change their password (if you use this policy).

On-Demand Process Running only for authenticated user

I have noticed that an on-demand process is running only for authenticated users - for example a download of a document. For public users it doesn't. I remember seeing a similar question related to ajax on demand in this forum but couldn't locate the thread. Does anyone knows why the process is not running for not authenticated user? The result of a download for a public user is a blank page where the authenticated user gets the file by clicking on the same link.

[solved[X superlaggy after hd went out of space, but only for one user

So the netbook (eeepc 1101ha) went out of diskspace while running and froze. I freed up some space and restarted X, but it failed so I rebooted. Same story then. It either loads and becomes super slow or doesn't load at all. I use dwm wm which to my knowledge doesn't save to config files that might have been corrupted during the moment with no diskspace. Other wms have same problems too, but only for that user.

Apart from this I'm out of ideas, once I had XFCE (I know its not the same) act really strange and the problem was related with some corrupted saved session file, once I deleted it everything was fine again.
Didn't work! Any other tips, ideas?
