Infor Records - Upload Tool

Hello,
I have successfully used the download tool for Info Records. My question is once I have made the needed changes, what do I need to do to get the data to upload just as successfully?
I made sure that the data was saved as a .csv file, and that it was in the same order as the download.
Please save me from having to change each IR individually.

you can use the LSMW is a tool to upload the master data.
The Tcode is LSMW.

Is there any uploading tool for creating cost estimate without quantity structure.
I tried with LSMW, when i save the list i have to save the data twice. The second time when i give the save command in LSMW or BDC system is not recording the command. Is there any other possible way out to upload

Interakt File Upload incompatible with Firefox? Recommend ASP Upload tool?

Hi,
I've been using Interakt's File Upload tool for quite some
time but have
recently been made aware that it doesn't work in Firefox!
Anyway, I notice that Interakt no longer exist now, having
been bought out
by Adobe some time ago as it turns out.
Has anyone experienced this problem and found a solution?
Adobe aren't
offering any support for the Interakt products and no-one is
answering, or
even looking at, their forums.
My feeling is that I'll need to just scrap the Interakt
extension and try
something else? Can anyone recommend a good File Upload
extension for
Dreamweaver ASP/VBScript?
Please do not recommend DMX Zone as I am looking for a
company that actually
provides customer support for their products!

As you can see, it should redirect to confirmation.asp, but
this doesn't
work in Firefox - it just loads a blank white page! Do you
have a re-direct
selected in your form using Kollection 3.7.1? Does it work?

Update Tax Code in Infor record from PO

I want to update the tax code in info record through PO , just like net price etc .

Hi,
Tax code is picked as per following priority:
1) From condition NAVS in transaction MEK1.
If point 1 is not maintained then it goes to point 2
2) From Purchasing data of the infor record.
In your case, you can skip point 1 and then directly maintain the tax code in purchasing data of infor record.

what you described is not subject to customer material inforecord.
Your scenario can be met with material determination. This can be maintained in VB11.
When you enter material number 536 in sales order, SAP automatically finds 235. where your inventory is managed.
But if 536 is your customers material number, then you can maintain this as info in the customer material inforecord, and it will print in your sales order. But you then will never enter 536 in the sales order, you will always enter 235 in the sales order. You can just use the F4 search help to search for your 235 by specifying 536 in the matchcode (material to customer)

Need to create infor record from one plant to other

Hi All,
We have a requirement where we need to create a info record in plant 120.
we already have the info records in the plant 130 and need to merge them in plant 120 even.
So requirement is to get the infor records from plant 130 and create in plant 120.
We have batch input programs ZRM06IBI0 ( create purch info record ) by which we can create the info record with available sequential file. this sequential file will be created by program RM06IBIE ( Create sequetial file for Purch info record ).
The problem here to use this things is that it creates a session for each record which will result in lacs of session created. which is not advaisable.
another option is to use BDC. but because of performance issues we need to skip it out and find any other method or function modules which can get the inforecords info from the database for plant 130 and create the same in plant 120.
Please help me in this regard.

Hii purchase infor record when creating PR from a sales order

I have found an exit USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_ME_REQ when creating a sales order i can modify the table EBAN
there is a special flow where i need to remove clear out the Purchase info record (INFNR) since when creating a sales order the purchase determine his own vendor thus i have an error message which is trggered since the vendor of purchase infor record is different from the sales order vendor.
can you please advise what is the impact of deleting the INFNR data during the creating of sales order. Seems to me that the purchase requisition is not created automatically in this case?

IN ECC 6.0 EHP 4, it gets copied from PR to PO but not in lower versions.
Hence you can achieve the same using some PO BADI's or through enhancement spots.

Infor record update

Purchasing Info record will be having the updated price.
How is the price in info record update, ie if i have not created the po for a month or so, but the price will be as last month but what is the case of material such as oil / fuel which may change hourly. how is that price updated in the infor record.

I dont think this will update directly as there is calculation schema from PO which brings up the net price gets updated in the inforecord

Google+ photo upload tool does not show thumbnails

When I use the photo upload tool in Google+, you select the pics to upload, enter an album name or use an existing one, and the upload should start. When this is complete, each uploaded photo should show in a panel so that you can then rotate, delete. This works in IE. In Firefox 24, each photo is just shown as a blue line.
I have tried Firefox in Safe Mode to no effect.

Hello in your system details it seems that you have in your [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox#Windows profile folder] a [http://kb.mozillazine.org/User.js_file User.js] file. The user.js file does not exist by default. If you create the file, forget it, if you have not create the file then try to delete the User.js file, to see if the problem goes away (some programs create the file also).

It appears that for some people, upgrading to Mountain Lion 10.8.2 kills the Device Input Gain slider functionality in the Record Audio tool.

Thanks Luis, it looks as though it is quite widespread, if not universal.
As you can see in the link above, booting back into Snow Leopard 10.6.8 completely restores the functionality for me, so it looks as though it's ML that kills it.

Flash Media Server - Easy Upload Tool?

Hi,
My company currently uses FMS 3.5 and use it quite reguraly to stream video to clients over the web. I am currently the only user with access to the root FTP for placing the video files onto the FMS. What we would like to know; Is there any easy way to for other colleagues to upload videos onto the FMS without giving them direct access. IE an upload tool that places a video onto the server.
I have found a tutorial here:

which seemed to solve an issue, however it seems to require Flash Media Encoding Server, which no longer exists and we do not have.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Quotation maintenance with infor record update field

Hi experts
When we use me47 to maintain the quotation , it has one field infor update field, Which we could set it as A,B,C. then the infor record will be updated.
May I check where I could maintain the A,B,C? We hope to set C update without plant as defalut content.
Please help give advice how to setup this ?

Indicator: Update Info Record
Determines whether:
The purchasing info record for this vendor and material is to refer to this PO item, and
The item is to be valid for the entire purchasing organization or just for the plant.
Use
The indicator determines which prices and conditions are suggested in future PO items.
Prices and conditions can apply to an entire purchasing organization or to a single plant within a purchasing organization.
For example, if you create a purchase order for a plant for which an info record has been defined at plant level, the purchase order is based on the conditions in the plant info record and not on the conditions that apply to the purchasing organization.
Procedure
Enter the relevant plant key:
A
Updating of the document number is effected at plant level as long as there is a purchasing info record at plant level. Otherwise the document number is updated at purchasing organization level.
B
Updating is effected at plant level if plant conditions are allowed for the plant.
C
Updating is effected without plant data if plant conditions are not necessary for the plant.
Dependencies
The level at which updating of the document number may be effected is defined for each plant.

Material Infor-record - ME11

Dear All,
I have a inforrecrd for the material created, but now i want to delete it and create a new inforrecord for that material.
When i delete the info record ,it says marked for deletion.
Next thing when i am trying t create a new inforrecord for thet material it does not allow.
It gives error saying
"Purchasing info record 5300001104 flagged for deletion".
Can anyone please suggest how to cerate a new infor-record?

Hi,
If you want activate split valuation for any existing materials following things are necessary.
1. No Open documents-PO,sales orders,deliveries,production orders,planned orders..etc for that material.
2. Stock should be zero.
These are the basic requirements before activating split valuation for material itself.
Info record comes later infact. Did u ale to activate Split valuation eventhough open PO and stock is present?
u need to clear d open documents and stock and then only u can go ahead.
