Informatica 9.1 installation on windows 7 64 bit

Hi guys
Could you please help me in installing informatica 9.1 on windows 7 64-bit OS... while extracting the part 2 zip file i am getting below error but the extraction continues

When doing server installation, not able to fine license key...

Use WinZIP to work:
1. Download all parts of the INFA/DAC zip files from eDelivery into the same folder location
2. Use WinZip to unzip the file.
3. Create a directory with a short path name (example, D:\INFA) in which to extract the contents of the downloaded zip files. Avoid using the My Documents folder.
4. Extract the contents of the first zip file (Zip 1 of x) into the directory created in the previous step. WinZip will automatically extract the contents of the second and subsequent zip files.

I am trying to install Informatica 8.6.1 on windows 7 64 bit OS.
Always i am getting the below error.
The installer cannot ping the domain.Verify that Informatica Services is running on the domain host and select Retry.
STDOUT: [ICMD_10133] Command [ping] failed with error [[ICMD_10053] Node [node01_MBEELA-IDC] Domain [Domain_MBEELA-IDC] Host:Port [MBEELA-IDC:6006] has failed to ping back.].
I tried installing it by changing the compatibility to Windows 7.
Any help would be appreciated.

As mention here home OS not supported, so as mention here again if you make some googling you can find link&blog which is mention to create WM machine, install linux(you can use OEL linux which is free and can be download from e-delivery site) than you can make 11g installation on it

OBIEE Simple Installation on Windows 7 Home Premium Edition 64 bit - Hangs

on Create Domain Step
I have been trying to install OBIEE Simple Installation on Windows 7 Home Premium Edition 64 bit - Hangs on Create Domain Step.
Java is installed on root director. I have incease the Java Memory to 2084MB. Still hangs. I have also tried software only install and that also fails at Start Admin server step. I have also tried to configure thru Config.bat file and it does not recognize the weblogic server. Any help is appreciated.

SR 3-5457356311: unable to create weblogic domain in windows 7 SP1 home edition 64 bit
Earlier i have face same issues.after 4 attempts its got resolved.make sure below points
static ip set it properly (windows/hots,etc files) make sure u r pc have full permission for installation user
1.Un-install WebLogic from your machine.
2.If the installer is on a network drive it's recommended to copy the generic installer to your local file system and to a folder with no spaces or strange characters.
3.Remove the system variables you've set: JAVA_HOME, JAVA_VENDOR, and remove the %JAVA_HOME%\bin from the path system variable.
4.Run the installer as follows:
5.Open a command prompt
6.Change directory to \JDK_64\bin folder and execute:
like below,
C:\>cd C:\java\bin

Problem with Oracle 11g(32 bit) installation on windows 7 ultimate edition

Hello all,
I have a problem with Oracle 11g(32 bit) installation on windows 7 ultimate edition (32 bit).
I have successfully installed it immediately after OS installation. But today, i have decided to deinstall it and go for Oracle 10g version for 32 bit.
Everything went normal during installation, but i can see the services is not present in services.msc. Also its throwing some exception for dbca, netca
Now i tried to deinstall it and again go for 11g. But even the same story here..
Can anybody give me a solution for this..

SaqibNo need to install a fresh OS. That's like tearing your house down just because you wired a lamp wrong and blew a circuit breaker.
There are MeaLink notes on how to eradicate an Oracle install from Windows, but it boils down to this:
Stop all Oracle services
In the registery:
- Delete all oracle services from the register (HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet
- Delete the entire Oralce folder from HKLM\Software
reboot
Delete the ORACLE_HOME directory and any other Oracle related directories/files. Offhand, it seems like there is an Oracle directory under Program Files.

While installing, it is asking for Proxy Server. What should I enter?

I'm installing on laptop Oracle 11g R2 Installation on Windows 7 (64 bit) it was asking me to enter Proxy server details, since I'm not connecting internet with proxy I've skipped the step. But after that when reached the "System class" there was two radio buttons 1)Desktop Class - which selected default and clicked on Next button, then it disappeared. Looks like process was stopped. i have looked it in Windows Task manager it is not there.
Is any one know what is going on?

I have installed a 32 bit program that uses a 16 bit installer on Windows XP machines. The software developer of this program is out of business.
Can Windows 8.1 32 bit run a 16 bit installer? If not, any suggestions as to how I might install this program?

You need to to install Windows XP in Hyper-V, because start from windows 8, they no longer support 16bit program.

I installed Oracle RAC 11g on Windows 2008 64 bit, The installation was successfull crs_state -t executed successfully.
Bt the machine got crashed ,when executed a select query with 100 sessions( For performance evaluation using TG). A blue screen is appeared on two nodes. So i am not able to evaluate the performance.
Can you please tell any suggesstions to solve this issue? Is our hardware is not sufficient? Or any software settings has to be done?. I tried most of hte technique ,bt the problem still exists.

Download all of them and then install it and if you don't find the exact path please follow below instructions.
Log onto www.edelivery.oracle.com site and in select product pack option select Oracle Business Intelligence and in the platform you select Windows 32 bit if your machine is windows 32 bit.
Once the above step is done then you will get a list of softwares to download. In this select

Hi. First login in your server with user "sid"adm after go to START --> RUN --> CMD
adn execute "R3trans -d" Tell what result .
About documentation read -->

in left corner chek your release like :
"SAP R/3 Enterprise Core 4.70 / Ext. Set 2.00 (SR1)"
After read the document for your release, for example if you use the Oracle on WIn and R/3 Enterprise 4.7 x 2.00 SR1 -->

ITunes 10.2.2, 64 bit installer for Windows 7 - Freezes

I loaded iTunes 10.2.2 (the 64 bit installer for Windows 7) on my laptop, and it continually freezes within 30 seconds of opening. I cannot even get it to load my music files without freezing and I have to close and reopen and start over. I have used previous versions on other computers with no problems. Any suggestions? Thank you.

i dont know how u find the 64 bit file from the apple website
i had googled it before and i still have the link to the 64 bit installer

Note: this wont work on 64 bit windows xp.
