Informatica client connecting error: received an invalid object
Hi guys,
I downloaded Informatica PowerCenter and PowerConnect Adapters 8.1.1 SP5 for Linux x86 (32-bit) from edelivery and install the power service and metadata manager component on a RH linux box.
Information of the repository oracle database :

The installation log seems good and no error or warning. How erver when I connect with PowerCenter Designer from my windows xp laptop, it indicate the connection error. I check the server side log with admin console, and in the Intergration service log part found these information:

I don't know where the error is, maybe it's a error related to the repository?
btw, I connection to the Powercenter with the port 6008 which I found in the integration service's log. Coz Oracle application server on the linux box used the default port.
Today I apply the sp5 to the server for component Power Service and apply the sp5 to client software, but the error is still the same.
Anybody can give me some hint or solution?

Unable to start FIM sync service.
I was looking through the event viewer and noticed an issue with the incompatible database state.
Then I thought, why not re install FIM sync service to have the database upgraded properly.
It worked like a charm!!
Now my FIM service is started automatically. -

Invalid object error while migrating oracle forms 6i to APEX

I have a form name abc.fmb and I did converted to xml and imported using application migration in APEX
With these I have nine PL/SQL libraries (PLL). converted it to PLD using rwconvertor and imported in APEX. Also, I have 4 tables i.e data base block in forms.
Now, when i m migrating forms to APEX it is giving an error message saying invalid objects and shows the table name and column name. But the column name that it shows is a text box in the form that is also a database item ...
eg:- addr is the block name in forms
item name dsp_name
error: invalid object
Please suggest.

I am currently implementing FIM 2010 in a test environemnt. I have MAs connected to the FIM Portal, an Oracle view, AD, and eDirectory 8.8SP6. All agents are working fine, users attribute flow is working great to all connected systems and groups are flowing
into the MV without issue. I have a few criteria-based groups in the FIM portal that I am synchronizing to AD. All but one of those groups is synchronizing correctly. The failing group contains by far the most members of any group I've attempted to export
so far, numbering around 9000 members. The only error I receive on an export run on the AD MA is "cd-connectivity-error" for the group object itself and the agent shows a run status of "dropped-connection." Event Viewer simply shows:
The management agent "Test Active Directory MA" failed on run profile "Export" because of connectivity issues.

While 9000 members in a group is not insubstantial I can't help but feel like this should work. Are there configuration changes I need to make to AD in order to allow a longer timeout on the connection itself? I have tried increasing the timeout on the export
run profile without success. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
~Jeff@Evgeniy Oddly enough, that is exactly the timeout change I made - 300 seconds. I am currently populating the group throung the FIM Portal. It's a criteria-based group. Basically I am taking every employee status type (we have ~12 of them) and I am creating
sub-groups for each. The largest one of these is the one I'm timing out on. The second largest one has ~2500 members and functions as expected. If I need to change this to provision with .dll code I certainly can - I was just hoping to provide some transparency
for our support staff and my fellow admins on these groups.
@Carol Good idea. I will do just that. I have 2 DC's isolated in a site with an exorbitantly high site link cost specifically to service our LDAP clients and other back end services. Those 2 DC's also happen to host the majority of our FSMO roles here as
well. I'll hardocde the link to one of those DC's and report back.
As a secondary question, would it be better perhaps if I simply used set transitions on the user accounts to individually add them to these groups? I don't plan on using employee status for any other functions beyond this one so it seems like it may be more
complicated to go that route but it may also be more stable.

I am trying to upgrade from SP 2010 to 2013.
For this I am following the database detach and attach process.
I have taken the backup of my content DB from SP2010 and restored it on SP2013 SQL server.
After this, I am running the following powershell command on SP2013 powershell:

After running this, I am getting the following error:

I even tried to use the Mount-SPContentDatabase command also, but still getting the same error.Looks like there is a table named "Webs" which doesn't exist in normal SharePoint 2010/2013 content databases. What you can do is create a new Content Database, in SharePoint 2010, attached to that Web Application, and use Move-SPSite on each Site Collection
in the WSS_Content database to move them to the new Content Database.

Help for "Invalid Object Count"

I got a Schema in my Database, i added a couple of tables with a script, dropped them again and did so 3 times because of some errors. Now i get the Error "Owner's Invalid Object Count" in the Category "Invalid Objects by Schema" and Oracle Enterprise Manager says i have invalid objects in my schema. How can i clean the schema and delete those invalid objects? i can't seen them in my tables, views or synonyms.

Finding the clients connected to a server

I am doing a project in grid computing. I have developed a socket program for the client and server side using java and multithreading.
I want to know the number of clirnts connected at a particular period of time and also the IP addresses of the client.
Can anyone please suggest us the code for doing that.Create an object that describes each client. Something like:

private WhatEver whatEverDataYouNeed;
...whatever methods you need...
}When a client connects create one of those objects and store it in a suitable data structure, e.g. LinkedList. When a client disconnects remove from list.
There should be a method in Socket that gives you the IP address, see the javadoc for Socket. -
FRM-92160: WEB Client Version too old & Vis R12.0.4 invalid objects
Hello all,
I'm installing Vision R12.0.4 in a server. That server used to contain Vision R12.0.0 which I upgraded to R12.0.4 but still had some invalid objects (I already submitted that problem in another thread). I installed the new vision instance to the same folder used to contain R12.0.0 vision after remove the old installation.
After all installation steps completed I tried to connect from my laptop but I got this error message :

Had tried to uninstall all java from my laptop but still had the same error message. I had oracle form & report developer 6i and 10g in my laptop. Tried to remove that installation and cleaned the registry but failed to delete LEGACY_ORACLE_LOAD_BALANCER_GO_CLIENT and some other objects.
I checked the installation and found 35 invalid objects, do APPS compile and left with 32 invalid objects. Here are the invalid objects :

I am trying to deploy the clientcert sample applcation that comes with the platform edition of SunOne V7.
I have used openssl as a CA and have created client and server certs.
I get the following problem.
Sun ONE Application Server - HTTP Status 403 Error
Access to the specified resource (Access to the requested resource has been denied) has been forbidden.
Type: Status Report
Message: Access to the requested resource has been denied.
As can be seen from the server.log below, some form of authentication succeeds:

Note, common name is that of my client cert.

I'm trying to implement a JDBC to IDoc XI/PI scenario with PI 7.1.
In RWB CC monitor i'm getting the following error : "Database-level error reported by JDBC driver while executing statement 'SELECT * FROM SAP_SALES_TRANS_PAYMENTS WHERE TRANSFERRED_FLAG='0''. The JDBC driver returned the following error message: 'com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Invalid object name 'SAP_SALES_TRANS_PAYMENTS'.'. For details, contact your database server vendor".
Communication channel configuration:
JDBC Driver: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver
Connection: jdbc:sqlserver://<IP>:1433;databaseName=<DB Name>
Query SQL Statement is : "SELECT * FROM SAP_SALES_TRANS_PAYMENTS WHERE TRANSFERRED_FLAG='0'"

The name of the database is 'SAP_SALES_TRANS_PAYMENTS', is checked. Are the table name and/or table fields names key sensitive?
The MT definition is identical with the data base table.

this issue is solved now.
The problem was in the name of the database table. The Database was created for more then one
company codes (by an other partner company ) and the full/right name in the query is
SELECT * FROM dbo.<company_code>$SAP_SALES_TRANS_PAYMENTS WHERE TRANSFERRED_FLAG='0'

Hi I am using URLFilePromise to download a zip file from my server to desktop using an air app. The zip file is about 200MB, but after it reaches downloading about 7 MB , urlFilePromise is dispatching complete event. I could see the following error message in charles debugging proxy saying "Client closed connection before receiving the entire response". I have tried the same download url in the browser and it works fine. Please suggest me, What causes this issue??, how to resolve this??
I am using http protocol to download this file.Even i tried setting URLRequestDefaults.idleTimeout property, but didn't help.
