Information in the Powered by RoboHelp box not displaying

Hi,
While generating FlashHelp, I edited the information displayed when the Powered by RoboHelp icon is clicked from the Help file to include a Help version. While testing, some users reported clicking the icon displayed the information correctly, while others are not. Without getting into too much detail, does anyone have any ideas about why this would happen? Or how to fix? I've attached a couple of screen shots that may help.
Any help you could offer would be much appreciated.

Hi there
You may wish to investigate differences in the Adobe Flash player versions.
For example, where the dialog appears correctly, right-click the dialog and see what is reported for the Flash Player version.
I'm thinking you may see a difference. (at least that's the hope )
Try this on more than a few PCs. My guess is that those that work fine will all be related to one player version while the ones that don't display properly are related to another.
Any way you slice it, you are facing an issue with the configuration of the end user's workstation. Unfortunately, we all too often have no control over that.

HT2731 I have a student who is trying to set up an account however it is asking for Credit Card information. The choice of NONE does not appear as an option with the credit cards. Any assistance?

There are instrctions on this page for how to create a new account (it won't work with existing account) without giving a credit card number : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534 e.g. select a free app in the store and click on 'create Apple id' when 'buying' it.

It shouldn't but you should never upgrade to a new OS without backing up all your important data first.

I had labview software running and talking to all instruments. added a agilent E4440a psa to the GPIB bus and now my code does not run. even when i build a vi from scratch it keeps giving me this error and no communication to equipment. any ideas what happened or how to fix it??

You may need to force close all open apps, then restart the phone. If necessary, you may need to reset the phone after that.

Is this iPhoto on your Mac? Are you referring to the photos that were in your iPhoto LIbrary prior to the upgrade to iPhoto 11? If so then apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
1 - launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
2 - run Option #4 to rebuild the database.

Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
1 - download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
2 - click on the Add Library button and select the library you want to add in the selection window..
3 - Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the Library ➙ Rebuild Library menu option.
4 - In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
5 - Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments. However, books, calendars, cards and slideshows will be lost. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.
If that's not what you're referring to then you should describe what is happening in more detail. Remember we can't see your Mac or your iPhone so need detailed and accurate descriptions of what you're experiencing.
Also we need infomartion like do you have an iCloud account and are you logged into it on all of your devices, iPhoto and Mac? do you have Photo Stream enabled on both.

The Japanese file name is not displayed.

In "Personal Videos",The Japanese file name is not displayed.
Example, "日本語.flv" is added, ".flv" is displayed in "Personal Videos".

SVG objects with the feSpecularLighting filter effect do not display

When I open a Scalable Vector Graphics (.svg) file in Firefox, any objects having filters that contain the <feSpecularLighting> filter primitive, do not display at all and in rare cases, even causes Firefox to crash.
For example:

It should render like this:
*http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/e/ee/Video_game_health_bar.svg/3000px-Video_game_health_bar.svg.png

In order to get the SVG file to render like the PNG, you need to edit kernelUnitLength from 0.01 to approximately 1.0 (or delete it). Not sure whether something might have changed in how Firefox handles this attribute to cause such a drastic difference.
I should test in a clean profile to see whether I get the same result...

Bookmarks are saved yet after using the page icon is still displayed instead of the actual icon for the website. I have followed the directions for "Favicons do not display".

My bookmarks, on a HP Pavilion dv-7-2273cl notebook, are saved yet the page icon is still displayed after using the bookmark instead of the actual icon for the website. I have followed the directions for "Favicons do not display" without any success. This problem is not experienced on my much older Gateway desktop.

A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

The Wireless Network tile is not displayed in Windows Mobility Center

How do I remove my credit card information from the Apple Online Store? Not iTunes store, the online site.

I'm trying to remove my CC information from the Apple Online Store, but it won't let me erase it. When I look for a way online, I only find information on how to erase it from the iTunes Store. Maybe the answer is right in front of me but I'm not seeing it, but some help would be much appreciated.

After reviewing your post, I have located an article that can help in this situation. It contains helpful advice concerning payment information. Removing the payment information from your Apple ID will remove the data from the various stores.
