Information on Exam

hi ,
I've registered for the exam 1z0-051 and going to take it this Thursday ....( 10 March )
I'm eager to know the Examination Pattern . ( i've searched these in FAQ ,other forums and all . But can't find info ).
Here's what i want :
i ) Do every questions are allotted time separately ( or ) only the overall time of 120 minutes ?
ii ) After i answered a question , may i correct it after sometime ?
iii ) May i know a rough guess of number of questions asked ? ( Exam : 11 g SQL Fundamentals I )
Give me some guidelines .......This is my first exam
Any suggestions welcome...

Check exactly what time is allocated when you start your exam.

You can correct as often as you like.

If you are unsure of a question you can mark it for review.
The final screen will enable you to locate these. It should also indicate where the you have not given the required number of answers (eg 2 of 3) (unless the question say choose all correct answers without giving the number, this form is more prevalent on modern OCP's).
Some questions may take longer than others. You may also find you are given a couple of extra questions .... dont worry as time for these are taken into account. (And even the exam time of number of questions are actually subject to change ... unlikely but possible).
On at least some exams ... but not necessarily this one ... if may be possilbe to grey out answers answers you think are incorrect. Read the instuctions given at the start of the exam.
Any suggestions welcome...Read the question carefully!
Dont me put off and panic if you dont know the answers to the first couple of questions.
Pace yourself for an exam. If you have 70 questions in 2 hours then I would expect to schedule something like:-
- 20 in the first half hour (for exmple So if I answered 22 in the first half hour and skipped one I would be happy'ish)
- 20 in the second half hour (for example if I had answer on 32 in the first hour i know I'd half to speed up).
- 20 in the third half hour
- 10 in the last half hour and for review.
.... If you know you've skipped questions then remember you need to go back and revisit.
.... You have a passing score of about 60% on this exam, dont get too bothered about any questions your not sure of, you can afford to get a few wrong.
.... It is always better to have a intelligent guess rather than leave a question unmarked, as wrong answers are not scored negatively.
