Information to call Clearinghouse

I'm struggling to get the information I need to call the Clearinghouse and get them to provide me with what I want/need.  I've inherited these 2 requirements, and I don't seem to have anyone in my organization that I can turn to for help/clarification:
1. A purchase of 300 user CALs was completed recently.  I just have an invoice from a 3rd party, but nothing that appears to come directly from Microsoft that provides any more info.
2. I have a Server 2003 R2 server that I want to upgrade to Server 2008 R2, and it has all kinds of user and device CALs loaded for Server 2000 and Server 2003.  It looks like the "Server 2003 TS per device CAL token" is all that is in
use.
With #2, the type in the TS licensing manager indicates "Volume License".  What other information might I need to be able to make sure I can get the proper code after I upgrade?
What might I also need for #1?  Am I missing some kind of code?
I'm just hoping for any tips that might help me "crack the code"...

1. For the 300 user CALs, do you mean 300 RDS CALs, or 300 windows server CALs?  If this is a volume license purchase you can log on to your company's VLSC account and see the authorization number, license number, agreement number, etc.  If
you do not have or know the VLSC account information you can have the reseller re-send the license confirmation via email and you can use that to set up the VLSC account.
On the new RD Licensing server you would use RD Licensing Manager to Activate the server and then use the authorization number, license number, agreement number as appropriate to install the RDS CALs.
2. Server 2003 TS CALs do not provide rights for users to connect to Server 2008 R2 RDS so if you are not keeping a Server 2003 TS they is no point to installing them on Server 2008 R2 RD Licensing server.  One exception to this would be if you had
Active Software Assurance on the TS CALs when Server 2008 came out, then they would in effect be Server 2008 RDS CALs now and could be used for 2008 R2.  This is something you would need to research in your VLSC account, via your reseller, past invoices,
etc.

    What is your exact requirement?
    Creating a WMI provider is Hard. Really hard, but one created you will get real-time results.
    However creating a static WMI class is easy. But the results need to be refreshed every so often to ensure that the data is relevant.  I did a quick bing search and here is a PowerShell script to do it.

    I am also seeing this same error. I have rebuilt and redeployed the service several times, but am still stuck getting this error. Strangely enough, the Tomcat server where the service is hosted is not reporting this type of error. Instead, it is recording an error 500 (Server Internal Error) each time I try to execute one of my services. I trimmed out the meat of the service and configured it so that it would echo the input parameters to the output (they are actually in/out params) but even this reduced configuration gives an error 500. I am inclined to suspect my deployment, but I have checked it several times against the examples.
    Anyone else see the error 500 reported as missing port information?

  • How to get more detailed error information when calling Java SP

    Sorry for reposting this in here but I got no responses in the JVM forum...
    I am calling a Java stored procedure from a PL/SQL stored procedure (Oracle DB 9.2.0.8.0) and I am getting the exception:
    ORA-29532: Java call terminated by uncaught Java exception: java.lang.NullPointerException
    It does not help much though... Is it possible to get the full Java error stack from within PL/SQL so I can log a more informative message?

    I will give some more info about my problem. I have an Oracle job that runs every morning and executes a PL/SQL procedure, which in turn calls that Java SP.
    Sometimes the Java SP fails and the error is logged; however only the message "java.lang.NullPointerException" is reported by the SQLERRM function (apparently the last Java error message in the error stack). I am unable to reproduce the error when calling the Java SP manually as was suggested.
    I need to log a more detailed error message from within PL/SQL to know exactly where the error occurred, when it occurs next time...
    I will take a look to see if I can get some information in some trace file, though ideally I would like to do it programatically.

  • My iohone5 signals incoming call. Then, immediately Blocked Call is displayed! With no further information re caller.  I have just switched from iPhone 4 and never had experience with Blocked Call! Message . How can I at least find out who or what blocked

    MY iPhone 5 keeps blocking incoming phone calls with a message "call blocked" there is no addition information on who/what is being blocked or why. I have just transitioned from iPhone 4 to 5 and never had this happen before.  Does anyone else have this problem? How does one find out what/who is being blocked?

    If a user has blocked their caller ID there's nothing you can do but either answer the call or don't.
    This is NOT a problem, this is how blocked calling works.

    In an ipcc 8.0 deployed with CVP 8.0.3, I need to transfer information from ICM to CVP after agent hangs up and customer is transferred automatically to an IVR CVP survey. (using automatic post call survey feature of CVP)
    I have tried to fetch information from Termination_Call_Detail using RouterCallkey however by the time the caller is in the Survey script, agent ID and extension were still not written to TCD.
    which table you recommend to use to get agent ID and extension in real time.

    When you want to display JIT calls, it does not matter whether you have already transmitted the messages for this JIT call or not.
    You can make changes to the items of the summarized JIT calls, in the result list of the collective display.
    Procedure
    1. Choose Production -->
          KANBAN --> JIT call --> Collective display.
          This takes you to the screen Collective Display Summarized JIT Calls.
    2. Enter the plant and further selection criteria if necessary. Ensure that the Delivery time from is always the current date.
    3. Press Execute .
    This takes you to the result screen Collective Display Summarized JIT Calls.
    Result
    Corresponding to your selection criteria, the system displays an overview of all summarized JIT calls. You can call up an individual summarized JIT call item to make changes or to simply display it, by choosing Goto --> Change or display item.

  • Bad information from call centre.

    Phoned to get BT mobile as the signal at home is bad I asked if I used BT Smart-talk would the calls come from my mobile minutes allowance and was told they did. So I requested the £12 package with 500 minutes and stopped the Anytime calls on my landline number as 500 minutes a month is more than enough for me.
    When I came to setup my new phone I found calls using Smart talk were charged to my landline number not taken from my mobile minutes.
    Luckily I was able to downgrade to the £5 mobile package for the next month and restore Anytime calls on my landline having wasted£ £7 on this months package
    Phoneing over wifi is becoming common where like in our house there is very very poor mobile reception and on Three Mobile the call comes out of your minutes allowance or at the normal call rate where as using Smarttalk you are charged at BT landline to mobile rates.
    I hope BT pull their socks up or I'll be thinking of changing next year.

    Just for info. EE also now do WIFI calling on certain other handsets, like Galaxy S5 and S6 and some others. These handsets must have been purchased direct from EE. ie: no good purchasing the phone from C/warehouse or others and joining the EE network  because it wont work .

    from the parse_url_cookie procedure. You should then set the information you want to keep track of in the cookie, or combination
    of cookie and persistent storage in the database. Take care of the security implications while doing this.
    On subsequent calls to your application, the user info should be obtained from the cookie and the database, if you
    are using a combination of the cookie and database storage to keep your info.
    The owa_cookie.get routine is used to read the cookie, which is generated with owa_cookie.send.

  • CUCME 8.6 Call not forwarding Voicemail

         In our office we are using  CUCME 8.6 on Cisco 2951 and unity express 8.5 in ISM module. As per our configuration  whenever user is busy or not answering , the call will forward to voicemail. Totally we have 24 PSTN line. So we have an additional gateway 2901. The Issue I’m facing is that, when a PSTN incoming call coming through the second gateway(2901), if the extension is busy or not answering the call is disconnecting instead of forwarding to voicemail.

  • Error on calling a BDC from web dynpro while it runs fine through FM.

    I have created a function module for calling transaction ima2n using a BDC. This function module runs as intended, if function module is executed using SE37. if I call the same function module from ABAP dynpro view, on some event. I get the below error. I have debugged the function module but it runs fine. If i debug function module and run the BDC in mode "A" then i can see that BDC is performing the intended actions. This is a strange behaviour.. Please help.

    as BDC is calling screens and in Webdynpro ABAP you cannot use SAP GUI sceeen, you are getting short dump.
