INFORME DE DEVOLUCIONES DE VENTAS CON CAUSAL
Cordial Saludo

Folks,
If there's already a similar thread, apologies in advance.
I wanted to gather some information on the pros and cons of upgrading to 11g from 9i and from 10g (Enterprise Editio) rdbms on Solaris.
What are the challenges you have faced (especially if you have tweak SQLs/optimizer etc.) post upgrade?
Any issues DURING the upgrade?
If I missed anything obvious that worth bringing up, please do so.
Thanks for your time!
Regards..Pros/cons depends on the database type and activities ( no. of user/ data/ transaction etc).
but i would suggest upgrade your database (9i is history).
you will get many new features in database which are not available in 9i.
1. upgrade on test server
2. check the performance
3. everything goes well
4. upgrade on live server -

Pros and Cons between Dynamic Hierarchy Editor and Ownership Input Template
Hi All,
We are in the process of deciding whether to use Dynamic Hierarchy Editor or Ownership Input Template for ownership application.
If you have any information about the pros and cons for the two items, would you mind to share with us, for example from maintenance point of view, functionality point of view, or the possibility to simulate the change of ownership structure and/ or consolidation method and its effect to the consolidated BS, PL and CF.
Thanks in advance,
LiamHi Liam,
From our last project, there is no differences in making ownership from template or dynamic hierarchy. Because both of data will appear in template or dynamic hierarchy.
If you change hierarchy in dynamic hierarchy editor , the changes will appear in ownership input template and vice versa.

Item Groups u2013 Setup, Accounting Tab
Hello Everyone,
I want to know in which process, the 29 parameters in u201CItems Groups Setup Accounting Tabu201D are used.
ie. u201CExpense Accountu201D takes the account number when you are making an u201CA/P Invoiceu201DHola Carlos,
Cta. Ingreso Extranjero: Al hacer facturas a clientes del exterior
Cta.

Premiere Elements 10 crashing when using disk templates
Hi there
I have a really annoying problem when trying to use Premiere Elements 10 on my Mac
I can import and edit video ok but as soon as I try to build a disk using one of the pre-installed templates Premiere Elements 10 crashes with the following message 'Sorry a serious error has occurred that requires Adobe Premiere Elements to shut down. We will attempt to save your current project'. It doesn't seem to matter which template I choose the error always happens.
When I re-open the project all the video is missing and I have to start the project over again which is really frustrating.
Anyone have any idea as to why this is happening? I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Premiere Elements 10 but that hasn't helped.
I have included a screen shot and also info from a crash report (which includes the specs for my MacMini) below.
Any and all help is appreciated.

Thanks for the follow up.
I am strictly an Elements Windows user, so my information on the pros and cons of the Mac operating systems is second hand. From what I have read, there appears to be problems with that Mac OS x 10.9 (Mavericks).
But, let us clear away the basic setup first so we do not have to worry about those factors entering into the troubleshooting mix.
Project Preset should match the properties of your source media. Export choices do not have to be the same as the project preset. And, there appears to be an issue with your choice...
a. What do you have PAL DV Widescreen? If so you have 720 x 576 with a 16:9 flag to stretch the video for display after encoding. I am assuming that your 25 frames per second frame rate is interlaced. Is that correct?
If you have 720 x 576 16:9 at 25 interlaced frames per second, your pixel aspect ratio would be expected to be 1.4587 with Field Order = Lower Field First. If all that is so, then your project preset would be expected to be
PAL
DV
Widescreen.
The project preset needs to match the properties of your source media so that it can direct the program to set up the correct space in the Edit Mode monitor for editing purposes. It also directs that project as to which set of DVD template (.psd) files to offer you when you get to the disc menu section of the program.
So let us sort through the above versus the following...
a. Are you dealing with source media with frame size 1024 x 576 pixels with pixel aspect ratio of Square Pixels (1.0).
b. Is the Field Type, (None) Progressive
When you talk about 576p, to what specific export settings are you referring?
Let us review the above and get those details worked through.
The bottom line may be that Mac operating system. But, we will let the details define out troubleshooting strategy.
Thanks.

I understand that you are looking for Windows 8.1 drivers for your HP TouchSmart IQ500.it Desktop PC. Unfortunately, there are no Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 drivers for this computer provided by HP. I am providing you with the HP TouchSmart IQ500.it Desktop PC Drivers page which shows HP provided drivers for up to Windows 7. You can attempt to use Windows Updates to locate as many drivers as you can and you may have to go to the individual items manufacturer page to see if there are drivers available on the Windows 8.1 operating system from there.
I hope I have answered your question to your satisfaction. Thank you for posting on the HP Forums. Have a great day!

New G/L vs. Special Purpose Ledger
Dear Experts,
I am looking for information regarding the pros and cons of New G/L compared vs. Special purpose ledger (FI-SL). We need to adopt either a special ledger or new non-leading ledger. What is the best approach.
Thanks for reply.
Regards RenéIn special purpose ledger, you need to do a lot of config. manually (like field movement, ledger selection, etc.) which you do not need to in new GL. At the same time, you lose some of the flexibility that you have in SPL, when you opt for new GL. Given a choice, I would go for new GL.

Business Objects / BODS Upgrade
Hi Guys.
We have an end to end Business Objects solution implemented in our environment consisting of BODS (XIR3), Business Objects (XIR3) and Crystal Reports (2008). We are planning to upgrade the BODS and Business Objects environments to the latest version but would first like just the BODS to be upgrade as the support for the application has now been ceased by SAP. I believe for the same we would require to use IPS as BOE will still be at the old version and in the latest version BOE and BODS have been integrated.
Please can you suggest any documentation which we can refer for such scenarios and will we be facing any problems once we upgrade BOE in future in integrating it with BODS as that will be dependent on IPS. Any information on the Pros and Cons on using this methodology will be very helpful.
Please let me know if in case any further details are required. Thanks in anticipation of your help.
Cheers,
ShazinHi
since there is no really an upgrade package from XI R2 to XI 3.x you have to do a new XI 3.x installaiton and copy afterwards your repository contents from the old to the new system. THis means that the old system is always available for your users. The migration process is officially supported and SAP should provide support for any related issues.
I would recommend to start on both sides with the most actual Service pack and fix pack version. For XI R2 this should be SP6 with FP 6.1 (note: you should have at least SP4 on XI R2 in order to do the migration) and for XI 3.1 this should be SP 2 with FP 2.6.

Imovie HD 6 & AIC or ProRES442? best quality help?
Hello I have been using Imovie HD 6 ever since it first appeared.
I capture video using HDV 1080i 30p via miniDV then import via imovie HD 6.
1. Is the AIC offer the best picture resolution?
2. Does pro RES442 offer better picture resolution ( less artifacts) ?
I am looking for information regarding the pros and cons especially with resolution between AIC and prores442?
For example, if I import using say FCP and use prores442 edit then> DVD will it have better picture quality even if putting it on DVD?
3. Also if one was to use FCP and prores 442> can you then go to iDVD?
please advise on the codec differences and similarities?
In addition if one had the choice which one would give the best picture quality for final result if one was to put to DVD?
thanks for everyones supportiDVD can only create standard definition format so it makes no sense to send it an HD file.
