Do you see the text if you use Ctrl + A (Édition > Toutes sélectionner) ?
It is possible that the text is set to transparent.
Did you check the stylesheet CSS code for that text?
You can use the DOM Inspector to check the style rules.

I am not using Service Charge Settlement, but I had a look in RE-FX course book and I found the following info:
     You use the participation group to group together rental objects participating in a service charge settlement. You can use the participation group as a reference for the service charge settlement and address each group of rental objects individually.
     The participation group is a group of rental objects that participate in a particular settlement.
     Example: Charges for water are only relevant for the apartments. You define a participation group containing just these rental objects.
     The following objects can be assigned to participation groups:
     Rental objects
     Business entities
     Buildings
     Property
     Participation groups
     If objects containing rental objects are assigned, these rental objects are automatically assigned to the participation group. This means that if a building is assigned to the participation group, all the rental objects contained in it are also automatically assigned.
     The participation group specifies if the rental object participates in service charge settlement. All rental objects that are assigned to a participation group participate in the distribution of costs.
     If there is no occupancy contract for a rental object, then the costs are posted either to the rental object, or to the cost center for vacancy costs (if it is entered in the posting parameters).
     If there is an occupancy contract for the rental object, then the costs are automatically passed on to the tenant.
Have you created such participation groups and assigned them to your RE objects?

We have requirements for ServiceItems we are planning on implementing services using SI, but most likely won't occur until we upgrade to 10R2. I have been reading 9.4 documentation for ServiceItems and find it difficult to follow. Are there other sources or resources to assist with learning how to use a serviceitem? It is not currently supported. You might be able to create a linked server in SQL to be a proxy for the connection and enable scheduled refresh if you are desperate.

In Virtual Machine Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard with my user being a Local Admin and SQL Admin. I tried to do a Service Manager data warehouse management server
first installation I am facing the following image as error:

Yes, you need store data to table, and fetch it when page is opened.
Simple way is create table with few columns and e.g. with CLOB column and then create form based on that table.
Then modify item types as you like, e.g. use HTML editor for CLOB column

We have a four server set-up where SCSM, SCDW, and sqls for both are on different servers. Also I have red that this could be a SPN problem, but this has been worked on last week without the SPNs.

On the computer you get the "SQL Reporting Services server is currently unavailable" message please open the Internet Explorer and try to connect to the URL <a href="http:///reports">http://<NameOfReportingServer>/reports
This should open the reporting website in IE. If this isn't working you should check the proxy settings in IE. If the URL doesn't work in IE it won't work in the SCSM console as well (and vice versa).

Actually I can't access to the reporting website. It asks me credentials 3 times and then return a blank page. Also error message comes to the EventViewer System log with id 4 and source Security-Kerberos.
The Kerberos client received a KRB_AP_ERR_MODIFIED error from the server "accountname".
The target name used was HTTP/"reporting services fqn". This indicates that the target server failed to decrypt the ticket provided by the client.
This can occur when the target server principal name (SPN) is registered on an account other than the account the target service is using.
Ensure that the target SPN is only registered on the account used by the server.
This error can also happen if the target service account password is different than what is configured on the Kerberos Key Distribution Center for that target service.
Ensure that the service on the server and the KDC are both configured to use the same password.
If the server name is not fully qualified, and the target domain (domain.com) is different from the client domain (domain.com), check if there are identically named server accounts in these two domains,
or use the fully-qualified name to identify the server.
I can access the website directly from the server which hosts Reporting Services.
Also I query "setspn -Q HTTP/"reporting services fqn" whit result NO SUCH SPN FOUND.

In Generic Technology Connector's -SPML design parameters section, Can we give multiple values in SPML Web Service Complex Data Type field?
If not, how can i call methods directly instead of calling them through a values of the "name" attribute of the "complexType" element in SPML Web Service Complex Data Type?
I need 'SPML Web Service Complex Data Type' to hold multiple values.And based on the request it has to initiate appropriate method of action.
Presently i have three methods add,modify and delete which i am calling through a single value of the "name" attribute of the "complexType" element in SPML Web Service Complex Data Type.
I want to replace this single value with multiple menthods , so that a direct interaction between the method,OIM and target can be established.

You'll need to create your own interface to the webapp database for those kind of data operations
by this, are you speaking of the internal BC database which stores web app schema data? That would be great if it were possible to update that programmatically because I need to use the List (Checkbox List) field type (for the search functionality), but I need to supply the checkbox options from a web app rather than by manually updating the list entered in the Fields view of the web app settings (shown below).
I'm curious if anyone else has tried this?
Again, my reason for needing to use the List (Checkbox List) field type is that the page which processes searches knows to expect a comma separated list for this field type and then appears to be parsing out the individual values for searching out web app items with 1 or more matching values. You're right that text fields (string and multiline) just check for 'string contains' matches, and this would be ok if I was only ever needing to search just one value at a time. Here's an example of what I might do:
Web App item field value (as recorded against the List (Checkbox List) field type:
8294877,8294878
Web App Search value (for this same field):
8294879,8294877,8294885
The search would return this web app item because the field contains 2 (1 or more) individual values even though they were entered into the search field in a different order. If this web app item were just a Text (string or multiline) field, the searched value is not a substring of the web app item's stored value, so it would not find a match. Hence the need to use Checkbox List field type.
The web app will have thousands if not 10s of thousands of records, so dumping them all into one big array or object and searching on the front-end won't be practical (though it works great on smaller datasets).

How to set Service render date should be equal to Billing date

Hi All,
At present when invoice is created the service rendered date (FBUDA) is taken as the basis for the Rebate condition types to select the condition value from the agreement.
The business requires that for the rebate conditions, service rendered date should be equivalent to the billing date, so that correct agreement is selected based on the billing date.
Required Change: Service Rendered date should be equivalent to the Billing Date for only Rebate condition Types and only for particular Sales Org.
To achieve this how can I proceed, I have gone through all user-exist for billing no where I have found

If we enter billing date manually while creating the billing that should be reflect in service render date, in condition level.
Here it is not happening, it is taking the Actual GI date in service render date,
Here VBRP-FBUDA is different form komk-fbuda.

if u change the date subsequently , if the price is zero , you may check the codnition records validty end
