Infoset for sales Order Transaction data
Hi,
I wanted to create target Group based on Sales Order Transaction Data.Any standard Infoset is Available to Create Target group based on sales order Transaction data.
or any other data sources is there to crate target group.so that all sales Order Transaction data will be available to Create Target Group in Segmentation.

Infoset can be used for create the target group based on master data only.
To create the target group based on any transaction Data , you need use 'BW Query' data sorce .
For this you need to build the BW uery with the help of BW consuultant.

Many Thanks for the explanation and steps. I deleted set up tables and executed to fill it.
It says in R/3 Start of Processing, I ticked to continue and its still running.
In the mean time I checked RSA3 and it says 1007 records selected. I am refreshing it and the no. of records are still the same.
Can you tell me how long it takes to fill the table?
And the R/3 system is still running (Start of Processing)

Sales order item data & sales order schedule data

I have a Sales Orders cube which is pulling data from two DSOs (one for sales order item data and the other for sales order schedule data). The common fields between these two DSOs is the Sales Order number but in my cube I have dual entries for each Sales Order document (item and schedule info).
Example of how the data looks now:

Two previous remarks:
1) If you need to report on very detailed data consider doing an info-set joining both datastores. 2 reasons why:
- not a good idea to report on very detailed information (sales order, GI dates) on cube level, if you have a scenario with lots of data. You end up with big dimension tables a poor report times;
- there are better alternatives, like drill-through from cube query to DS query with report to report interface or Datastore-based reporting...so...
With this solution you do not need to change the data model, I think, but test to be sure. See if the reporting times are acceptable. If not...
2) First confirm your requirements, because what you show in your example as "to-be" have details that do not make sense, probably..
- if you have more that one schedule line for each item then you would have many times the item information like material/price;
- if not or if you could cope with that, then you can consider:
2.1) create a new DS that agregattes from the previous on, with the same key of sales order item; do you have schedule line kf's? if so you these KF's should be additive in DS update; But if you may have more one scheduled line for 1 item then you have to decide what to do with the GI data (keep the last one posted, use code..) and other characteristics.
2.2) update the shedule line datasource to the sales order item DS; same comments apply.
2.3) maintain the missing data in the cube update rules from sheduled lines DS. Using code, refer to the respective item in the order item ODS. You would have to make sure that DS's data are correctly activated before updating the infocube.
What solutions to choose?
2.1 is better in terms of flexibility and architecture...because you could re-arrange the new DS to answer future needs, without loosing the 1st line DS's data;
2.2 choose if data volumes and disk space are a concern...
or
2.3 it's OK, but i do not like it because of what explained in point 1...

Its no possible If you are maintaining data at Order Level.
Try to introduce one more ODS/DSO in between ODS's and CUBE by keeping Sales Order only key field. Load data from both DSO's in required fields only. Then PUSH delta to CUBE. In this why you can maintain 1 record. Try to compress cube(with delete Zero Record Rows) to delete unnessasary records.

SreenathIf I understood your question correctly, your requirement is as follows.
You have a sales order for a configured item - say C*123.
The components of C*123 are A and B.
A and B as well as C*123 appear on the sales order.
When you ship the sales order, Oracle will create sales order issue transaction for C*123.
You would like to use the transactions interface to create sales order issue transactions for A & B.
That is wrong thing to do.
You should not create a sales order issue for A & B.
You need to BUILD C*123 by creating a work order. You need to perform WIP component issue transaction for A & B.

How to see archive data for Sales order

I am working on PS , network is created with sales order 10911. the components are added while sales order created, but after that someone deletes the sales order, because now it is showing oder does not found, where i get the entreis for sales order.

To see the archived data for sales order , go to transaction code SARA.
Choose object name as SD_VBAK.Click READ.
It will show a screen giving a name of program and option to execute in background or foreground.
It will help you to get information about archived sales order data.

Once you saved the sale order,
- all header datas are stored in VBAK
- all item level datas are stored in VBAP
- schedule line confirmation in VBEP
- all condition types and values are stored in KONV / KONP
- Partner functions in VBPA
- Delivery related fields like Shipping Point, Delivery Date, Goods Issue etc., are all in VEPVG

-> get the data in an internal table
->Sort the internal table data based from date descending
-> Using READ statement , we can read the first record of the table which is nothign but your latest record.

Rajanidhi Rajasekeran.It is possible to maintain Billing Plan in Sales Document Type (VOV8), as well as Item Category level (VOV7). As you want it at Item level, maintain the same in Item Category Configuration at Item level & it will by default be captured in Sales Order at Item level.
Step 1: Sales Document Type
IMG > Sales and Distribution > Sales > Sales Documents >
Sales Document Header:
1. Sales Document Type:The sales document types represent the different business transactions, such as Inquiry, Quotation, Sales Order, etc. To create new sales order type, always copy as with reference to similar sales order. If possible use standard sales order.
2. Define Number Ranges For Sales Documents: Maintain number range with discussion with core team.
3. Assign Sales Area To Sales Document Types:
A. Combine sales organizations / Combine distribution channels / Combine divisions: Ensure to maintain these, else Sales Order creation will give error.
B. Assign sales order types permitted for sales areas: Assign only required Sales Order Types to required Sales Area. This will minimize selection of Sales Order Type as per sales area.
Sales Document Item:
1. Define Item Categories: If possible use Standard Item Category. Incase if required to create new, copy as from standard & maintain New.
2. Assign Item Categories: If possible, use standard. Formula for deriving item category: Sales Document Type + Item Category Group + Usage + Higher Level Item Category = Item Category

I need to create report, my requirement is below,
Quatations, Quatation created date, First sales order created date.
so for this, I've created new Infoobject ZSODATE, ZREFDOCNUMBER which will bring date for sales orders
logic used :
Doc Type : ZPRO (sales orders) and ZPRQ (quatations)
so ZREFDOCNUMBER will have all document number of DOC TYPE = ZPRQ & ZPRO
For Eg.
Quatation = 200001 created on 20/07/2010.
sales order created under quatation 20001 is 53 on 22/07/2010.
Now I need a report like this
Quatation = 200001
Created on = 20/07/2010
First Sales order created = 22/07/2010.
but my out put is
Quatation Created date First sales order created
200001 22/07/2010 22/07/2010
20/07/2010 x
Note I've created formula variables for created date and first sales order created.

If yes then Just put the global filters on document type as per need.
Display all required four fileds in report.

SAP Mobile Sales 2.0 delta load issue for Sales Orders
Hello,
we have used Mobile Sales 2.0 with a Windows app for a while now. Our current issue is that sales reps won't see any historical sales order data on their devices.
Background
Due customer requirements, we need to make small changes to customer master data attributes and reload all customers from ERP to CRM. Then we ran delta loads (MAS_PARTNER followed by all other objects) to DOE, in which virtually all 5000+ customer accounts were compared. The delta load ran for about 3 days (some performance bottleneck we haven't located yet).
During the delta load, data on devices was inconsistent. Accounts were missing and all transaction data disappeared. After the delta loads, all accounts and contacts are OK, save for a few. Data from activities (appointments, tasks) have reappeared, as they should. Only sales orders won't reappear. The sales orders exist in the backend and belong to active accounts and sales reps.
Settings and troubleshooting so far
We don't have any limitations for sales orders in CRM Sales Mobile configuration.
We've run delta loads for all objects in transaction SDOE_LOAD.
MAS_CUSTOMIZATION etc seem fine.
We've re-run initial load for sales orders from CRM.
In the test system, we've even reinitialized the whole CDS database on DOE and on the devices, then re-ran the loads.
Checked steps suggested in discussion
SAP CRM 2.0 initial load issue
Historical sales orders (those created before the master data reload) exist in the backend, but don't show up on the device.
If I change one of those historical sales orders in the backend, it gets sent to the device.
If I create a new sales order in the backend or on the device, it is saved and replicated just fine.
To sum it up, it seems DOE is unable to identify the sales orders relevant for replication.First Doubt i got clarify by my self as we can go with Unwired Runtime option .
But i still have doubt in :
2. How can i Modifying the Main Menu for iOS.
i am able to customize the same for windows using files SybaseCRM.Configuration.xml file.
Same how can i do for iphone/ipad.
