Infotype 0007 - Where used

Hello HR Gurus,
I need to know about infotype 0007 (Planned working Time). This infotype is used in Time evaluation for time processing.
I need to know where else is the infotype details like daily working hours, weekly working hours, monthly working hours and annual working hours used. I am sure that these details may be accessed in payroll, benefits and some other modules of HR.
Can you guys please let me know which all places (in reports, schemas, processing other than time) is this infotype accesed.
Thanks in advance,
Swapnil Mishra
SAP HR - Time Consultant

Hi Swapnil,
IT 0007 has work schedule and part time details which are basically used in TE as u know and in payroll.
Basically part time details, TMSTA and work schedule details are used.
I believe the above references will be used from IT 0007
cheers

  • Infotype 0007:Time management status

    Hi Experts,
In Infotype 0007 , in the time management status field i have maintained the value as " Time Evaluation of planned times".
What does this mean ? ....
Does it mean that absences and attendences are not necessary to create. Kindly help me how the evaluation takes places
    in this scenario.
    Thanks in Advance,
    Balaji

    Hi,
    This is SAP explanation:
    Indicator 0 or BLANK:
The employee's actual times are not recorded, and his/her time data is not accounted using the time evalulation program.
    Indicator 1:
The employee's actual times are recorded and he/she participates in time evaluation.
    Example:
The employee's actual times are recorded at a time recording terminal.
The employee's actual times are recorded in the Attendances infotype (2002).
    Indicator 2:
Employees' actual times are recorded and they take part in plant data collection. Their time data is accounted using the time evaluation program.
    Example:
Employees' actual times are recorded using PDC systems.
Employees' actual times are recorded in the Attendances infotype (2002).
    Indicator 8:
This indicator is intended for external employees. The employee's actual times are not recorded, attendances are recorded in the Attendances infotype (2002), and time data is accounted in time evaluation.
    Indicator 9:
You can use indicator 9 for employees for whom only exceptions to the work schedule are recorded. In this case, the employees' actual times are not recorded, but they do participate in time evaluation.
    Cheers

  • Infotype 0007 not found on 22.01.2010

    Hi,
I've added IT2006 in V_T588D and a new entry on validity period for default value in VC_T559L based on QUOMO. In this infogroup, there is a dynamic action to create IT2006 (with a different subtype which I've added in V_T588D).
After I done with these changes, there was a message "Infotype 0007 not found on 22.01.2010" in PA40 when it comes to the dynamic action. The IT2006 screen which the dynamic action was supposed to call did not appear. Instead, it will just proceed to the next infotype. This was not the case before I made the changes that I mentioned above.
I've tried to reverse the change by removing the new entries in V_T588D and VC_T559L but the same message still appears, and the dynamic action did not call up IT2006 screen. I suspect that this message is caused by the dynamic action. How can I debug the dynamic action? In addition, what else could have caused this error?
I would really appreciate any help to resolve this asap. Thanks in advance.
    Rgds,

    HI Kok Siong
Just check the 7 infotype and maintain it for the requested period.
or if you want to use debug to find out what dynamic action is triggered you may set break point here:
    1) main program depends on what infotype you what to debug for example for 1 it is MP000100, for 16 it is MP001600 and so on (T777D-REPID).
    2) include MPPERS00
    3) subroutine FORM end_of_screen (put break point for the line in bold)
          IF ale_flag IS INITIAL.                            "XFYAHRK063273
IF pspar-vinft NE space.  "infotype view         "XYLPH9K007065
              PERFORM dyn_measure IN PROGRAM (view_repid).   "XYLPH9K007065
            ELSE.                                            "XYLPH9K007065
              PERFORM dyn_measure.
            ENDIF.                                           "XYLPH9K007065
            PERFORM process_measure(sapfp50m).
            if pspar-massn eq space.                        "XYLN160088_2
          depth in rp_infotyp(sapfp50g) computed        "XYLN160088_3
          begin correction XYLN208111
IMPORT depth FROM MEMORY ID 'DYNMEAS_DEPTH'."XYLN160088_2
            CALL FUNCTION 'HRPAD00_GET_DYNMEAS_DEPTH'
                   IMPORTING
                        DEPTH = depth.
after it just check the variable DYNMEAS
at this time it contains the list of dynamic actions which will be performed for the debugged infotype

  • Time and Infotype 0007

    Hi ,
What process in SAP will generate the Infotype 0007 for every HR record ?
    Regard's

If you already generated workschedules and some employees do not have IT0007 record then I think you will need to write a report to create IT007 for all concerned employees or check feature SCHKZ
if you are changing work schedules and want to regenrate you can use below process
Here is the steps to follow generating/regenerating work schedule rules.
Set work schedule rules and work schedules: Path: SPRO-> Personnel Time Mgmt-> Set work schedule rules and work schedules
Generate work schedules manually: Path: SPRO-> Personnel Time Mgmt-> Generate work schedules manually (PT01)
Generate work schedules in batch: Path: SPRO-> Personnel Time Mgmt-> Generate work schedules in batch (OG00) Otherwise use this program: RPTSHF00
You will have to check in PA0007 for at least one employee from each employee sub grouping to know whether work schedules are generated properly or not.
Moreover if you want to check more details check these tables (T550A, T508A, T552A)results.

  • Infotype 0007 - Mass update

    Hi all,
I configured our system in a way that infotype 0007 should be created automatically in the background.
(SAP Customising Implementation Guide -> Personnel Management -> Personnel Administration -> Customizing Procedures -> Dynamic Actions)
And this works fine when I'm creating employees manually. Nevertheless, the employees uploaded with LSMW don't have this infotype created.
Do you know a program I could use to create the IT 0007 for the uploaded employees?
    Thanks for your answer,
    Thibault

    Hi,
Dynamic action will not be triggerd when you upload data using LSMW.
Re: Dynamic Action is not triggering in LSMW Recording
    Re: background in dynamic action
You will have to handle it with call transaction method. Please search the forum and you shall get more inputs.
    cheers

  • Infotype 0007 fileds in configuring Benefits ?

    Hi HR gurus,
Can you please let me know if the fileds form infotype 0007 (Planned working time) are used in configuration of the Benefits application of payroll .
    Thanks in advance, Swapnil Mishra

    Dear Swapnil Mishra,
That will actually be up to you and the way you have configured the benefit module. It is possible in configuration, in particular for everything that concern employee elligibility to configure it using time data
Like for example in feature EECGR Employee Contribution Grouping one of the valid decision field is WOSTD Hours per week which is an IT0007 field.
Thus if you do not want to use time data then check your plan configuration and make sure eligibility does not use these fields.
    Hope this help

  • Infotype 0007 default for full time employee

    Hello,
We have a requirement where in infotype 0007 should by default consider all the employees as full time employee. We have an interface that gets HR master data from AS400 into HR infotypes. The interface is filling infotype 0007 with emp percentage as '0', this is wrong but we do not want touch the interface and at the infotype level we want to default emp percent to '100'.
I have enhanced the 0007 module pool and hard coded empct to '100.00'.
But I would like to know if this can be done by any standard customization?
    Thanks,
    Muktar

As a best practice please try not do  hard code ur logic - this can be achieved through Feature SCHKZ.
The shift indicator is suggested as a default according to employee
group and subgroup in infotype 0007, Planned Working Time.
The return value of the feature is a shift indicator from table T508A - Work Schedule Rule.
Try to default ur work schedule rule which must default ur employment percentage field in IT 0007.
    Hope this helps,
    Regards,
    Regi

  • Infotype 0007 integration to CRM

    Hi,
I have a requirement to copy infotype 0007 from ECC to CRM using the ALE. I have been able to get the standard infotypes (0000, 0001, 0002, 0006 and 0105) into CRM but 0007 seems to be ignored.
The control table T77S0 is set up as per note 550055.
We are sending only Personel Data through to CRM, no org data.
BP's have created and look fine on CRM however I do not see any fields in CRM (TCode BP) that relate to the info on infotype 0007.
Does CRM allow for this data to be brought across?
    Thanks,
    Dean

    Hi Richard,
I had a chat with a colleague about this and he showed me a chapter 10 in the book "Practical Workflow for SAP".
There you find a description of eventing and exit technologies for CRM, HCM, FIN, ...
Those are all free of modification and allow you not only to use workflow but with a little glue code to also call BRFplus. The glue consists of a call into BRFplus - handing over relevant data and taken back results. This is something that you can also find in several papers in SDN.
    BR,
    Carsten
P.S. Maybe also the book "BRFplus -- Business Rule Management for ABAP Applications" is interesting for you. Will probably be out Q3 2010.

    FOR infotype 7...
Group Personnel Subareas for the Work Schedule Table :   V_001P_N
Group Personnel Subareas for the Daily Work Schedule: Table T508Z
    Daily Work Schedules:
Define break schedule: Determine break schedule: V_T550P

Generate work schedules manually... here you can use the PT01.

  • Record timesheet by CATS without Infotype 0007

    Dear gurus,
I'm working for a support project which SAP system was implemented long time ago.
Users in this system enter time sheet by CAT2 everyday - book time against order, network, WBS, etc.. However, when I checked their personal master in PA30, there's no infotype 0007. They have only 0000, 0001, 0002, 03, 06, 09, 17 and 315. So I confuse - as I thought 0007 is required to enter timesheet, and can they generate WSR without 0007?
I also think about a possible reason - maybe I dont have autho to view IT 0007 - but SU53 shows nothing.
Do you have any idea about it?
Looking forward and appreciate you reply.
    Best regards,
    Andy

Thanks for your reply. However, they use only the following infotypes: 0000, 0001, 0002, 03, 06, 09, 17 and 0315.
    Anyone have any idea?
    Thanks and best regards,
    Andy

  • Business Address Services (BAS) and Where-Used ADRV/ADRVP

Can someone point out any good sources of information on Business Address Services or possibly its predecessors either online or hard-print?  I've been through the help.sap.com information for BAS and all sorts of SAPNotes without finding what I'm looking for.
In particular I'm trying to understand default SAP's usage of the Where-Used links in BAS that are stored in the tables ADRV and ADRVP.
My Issue: If I create a Sales Document in SAP referencing a partner address stored in BAS there is no Where-Used ADRV record created.  So I cannot use the address number of the ADRC record to find which documents are referencing it via ADRV.
    steps to recreate:
    - Using existing Customer/Partners
    - Create Sales Document (Order) adding partners by selecting partner #'s and not manually overriding any address information.
    - Address of the partner is now linked in the Sales Document via VBPA-ADRDA=D and the ADDRNUMBER references the same ADRC address records that KNA1 points to.
    - There is no Where-Used record created in ADRV indicating that the Sales Document is linked to that address.
    - If I change or delete the ADRC record from KNA1 then I do not have the information available to take any special actions on linked Sales Documents.
Note: If you manually override the address or use a one-time address when entering the Sales Document then the new address is linked via VBPA-ADRDA=E and a Where-Used record is created in ADRV.  Also any follow-on documents created with reference to the Sales Document will also have Where-Used records created in ADRV.  So in the case of changed or manually entered addresses ADRV does work as I would expect it to.
I am observing this behavior in both R/3 4.6c and ECC 5.0.  Trying to understand why SAP is using or not using ADRV in these situations and whether the behavior can and should be changed.
