Infotype 41 (Date Specifications) should have all dates.
Infotype 2...i.e. PA0002 BEGDA & ENDDA may not have actual start and end date depending on how your company maintains it.
In Infotype 41 (table PA0041)...get either BEGDA & ENDDA or get correct date based on qualifier DAR01-DAR12.

Please advice me on the follwing absence issue.
In my clients company.... .... one of Personnel areas employees Earned leave records are not updating in 2001 Infotype from the begining.
Now they wish to have to update in 2001 Infotype.
What are the Retro effects after updating the EL s in 2001 IT for previous dates.
Is there any retro effect for this changes we made in 2001 Infotype for the past dates.
We dont need retro effected from those changes.

Last month professional tax rates were shown up correctly only.
For the employees slab rates are similar that is 200 per month.
Last month professional tax rates were correct only.
For the current month also the prof tax amount is showing up correctly only.

Change infotypes end date when delete leaving action for employee

Hello,
I created new infotype and when employee leaves its end date is changed for leaving date.
When leaving action is deleted ther is some least of infotypes that user can sign so the end date of selected infotypes will be changed to 31.12.9999. How can i add my infotipe to this list?

Hi,
Maintain IT 0041 where in that table maintain employee start date of hiring and leaving date of employee bze in IT 0000 the dates will change as per action lets say if employee hire that date will be in IT 0000 action and if employee gets promotion date or leaving date that will store in IT 0000 by delimiting other actions
So maintain IT 0041 where you can pull dates from there if you maintain
End date will always be 31.12.9999 so check action start date you will get in sequence

Position 1000001 not available for the start date of the infotype record

Dear Experts/Gurus,
I am getting the following error message "Position 1000001 not available for the start date of the infotype record" while trying to upload employees HR Master data in PA40.
I know the reason why because the position is created on 01.05.2009 & employee DOJ is 01.02.2006 both are mismatch & the position date has to be changed earlier date than DOJ but i don't know how to do.
Please let me know how to sort out this issue asap.

Dear Friend,
Use PP02, select the position no, select infotype 1000 (Object), select planning status & validity(date) and then use the copy function to change the start date.

Pane level is not working for created button in Employee Master Data

Hai,
I have created a button in Administration tab of Employee Master Data. I set the Pane level 3 for that button. Even though, when the Employee Master Data is opened, that button appears. ie., When Employee Master Data menu is clicked, Employee master data is opened in find mode and by default Address tab is active.But my button is visible here itself. I want that button visible only in Administration tab.
How to resolve this.

Massive data input for employees Transaction

I need to perform a massive data input for employees. Iu2018ve tried with de Tx PA71 u2013 Fast entry of Time Data - but It needs a document or a manual preselecting.
Its necessary selecting ranges of personnel number in order to perform a massive data input for employees as a salary benefit or bonus for a group of employees.
Do you know that kind of transaction?

Hi ,
You could also use T Code : SCAT/SCEM for mass upload or deload.
You may use below method to create SCAT in ECC (This is not a Direct method)
1) Run transaction SCEM
2) Enter a CATT name
3) Click on change, prompt appears saying it doesn't exist, do you want to
create. Click yes.
4) Enter the TCODE to record.
5) Execute the TCODE and save data.
6) Back out. Click End and copy button.
7) Double-click the TCD on the left side of screen
8) Click F5 or Field Inputs Variants
9) Use black down-arrow to step through screens.
10) Double click on fields to set variables. (SAP adds leading & to each
variable name).
11) Save and back out.
12) Go to menu path Environment --> Extended CATT.
13) Click change and change type from (M) Manual Test Case to (C) CATT.
14) Assign component.
15) Click save. Back out.
16) Execute SCAT and Go to --> Variants --> Export Default and save as text
file.
17) Edit file with new test data.
18) Execute CATT.
After step 6 you can also leave SCEM and run SCAT and perform the
parameterization there as usual.

Update multiple infotypes for an employee

I have a requirement to update some fields in various PA infotypes like 0002, 0006, 0008, 0015, 0021 and a few custom PA infotypes (9xxx) for a given set of employees.
Is there any method by which I would be able to update the required fields of all the above listed infotypes for an employee in one go? Is it possible to update all the infotypes of all the given set of employees in one go?
Please let me know the FM that could be used to meet the requirement. An example would also be helpful.

Please check if there is already personnel actions defined with all the infotypes you are trying to update. If you have them, then you can use HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION or HR_MANTAIN_MASTERDATA very easily with one single call. For that please refer the logic of PA48 transaction, simple one.
If the personnel action is not defined, then you need to call the FM HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION separately for each infotype. Or HR_MAINTAIN_MASTERDATA at once for all of them.
From the list of standard infotypes mentioned, only IT0008 is having repetitive structure, handle it as a special case else others looks very similar.
Note : I don't see IT0000 mentioned in the list, hence i presume that there are no personnel actions defined for this set. But you can get it confirmed from your functional folks.

PF March data Upload for Employee Seperared in March

We are Going lve in June .
We will be uploading payroll via INLK .
We intend to take employee from 01.03.2010 .Now if an Employee is fired in March Lets say March 15 .
Even If I upload the text file for Pf data Upload . Will I not be able to get the details for these employee in form 3a and 6a

I above scenarion I shall only be loading the employee PF data via badi for march . and since he has left on 15th March there shall be no payroll results uploaded.
Would i still be able to get him on form 6a 3A at the year end.
