Infotype in PPOME
Hi,
I created a new infotype and by customizing a new tab is appearing in PPOME with it.
The issue is the content of the screen itself. The tab in PPOME is nothing but a blank display (screen 7000). Infotype has not a screen 7000. How can this screen be filled with the infotype?

Error for custom infotype in PPOME
Hello Experts,
I have created one custom OM infotype for object position.Now when i am trying to acccess that Infotype in PO13 it is working fine but when i am trying to acccess the custom infotype in PPOME it is giving a dump.
EERROR:
Error in the ABAP program "SAPLRHOMDETAIL_PP01" had to be terminated because it has come accross a statement which cannot be exceuted.
An exception occurred.
The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SY_ASSIGn_CAST_UNKNOWN_TYPE', was not caught in procedure "INIT_SUBSCREEN" "(FORM)" nor was it propagagted by raising clause exception.
The reason for the exception is :
The type "" dynamically specified with ASSIGN....CASTING TYPE is unknown.
Please guide me where i am doing mistake.

I'am trying to add a new customer infotype to PPOME, which should be displayed for all nodes of type "O" - so far, so good. I created the Structure HCI9600 and then I used PPCI without any problems. The new infotype is a part of PPOME, but when I want so save the data, the transaction dumps saying "DYNP_WRONG_SCREEN_TYPE". This is because the screen of the infotype to be processed is a subscreen (Dynpro 7000 of the generated module pool). But I cannot switch the Dynpro to normal dynpro because the PPOME then dumps immediatly.
So what to do? Nothing found in the OSS...

Hi all,
I'm struggling with adding a custom infotype (tab) to a position in transaction PPOME.
I searched on sdn and the net, but I'm not able to find a solution.
Problem is that the tab is displayed, but there's only the message 'no subscreen found' displayed.
I've done following steps :
- created the infotype using PM01
- created subscreen 7000 using PPCI
- added subscreen 7000 in table T77ID
- adapt the sequence of the framework in SPRO
I'm sure that I'm missing something, but what ?

Hi everyone, i create an infotype custom with subscreen; then create association for infty and type position 'O'.
From subscreen MPXXXX00 subscreen 7000 i have to disable dynpname = 'SAPLRHOMDETAILMANAGER'.
dynpnumb = '0300' fields DISPLAY_PERIOD-BEGDA and DISPLAY_PERIOD-ENDDA.
With f.m. 'DYNP_VALUES_UPDATE' i can change the value , but not the properties.....
How can I do , if is possible ?

There is chance to do what you want using implicit enhancements, but you must use it carefully.
In the include LRHOMDETAILMANAGERF01 there is a subroutine named INIT_PERIODS, this subroutine is called from a PBO module of Dynpro 0300, so as you can not modify directly this standard include you must use implicit enhancements.
After you have created the enhancement you will be able to add some code at the end of subroutine.. you can make use of field "act_info-tabtype" to identify the active tab, after that you should perform a loop at screen and change the input field to 0.

PPOME: Error in Infotype Tabpage
Hello Experts,
I had a requirement to add CUSTOMER infotype "9610" as a tabpage in PPOME , i was did all
required updations to get it in PPOME. Now i can view "9610" infotype in PPOME.
Problem : In this tabpage iam getting " Record 1 of 1 " (which we can normally able to see at PP01
at infotype records view). Normally this field "PPHDX-RECORD_NR" exist at 2000 screen but
its getting in the tabpage of PPOME. I was created a subscreen-7000 for getting tabpage at
PPOME.
Please suggest !

Firstly thank you for your reply.
After entering i get another error message with regard to Retroactive Accounting period, as below:
"Enter data for payroll past (retroactive accounting)
Message no. PG131
Diagnosis
The current entry begins on 15.03.2009. Either this date is before the 'accounted to' date, or payroll has not been run for the employee.
System Response
The recalculation date in infotype 0003, Payroll Status, is set to the begin date of the current entry.
A recalculation will be triggered for this employee in the next payroll run."
And if I still go for saving the same, ABAP Runtime Error will come and it shows as below:
Runtime Errors : WRITE_TO_OFFSET_TOOLARGE
Date and Time : 20.03.2011 17:53:56
Program error: Offset in WRITE TO in program "SAPFP500" is too large.

In the sandbox I am getting no issue in viewing this infotype using PPOME but in dev system i get below dump.
Need your help to know why getting this ABAP Dump.

PPOME set record selector of a subtype
Hello,
i have created an infotype with time constraint 3.
Then i have created the tab of this infotype in ppome.
Standard SAP create a selector record because time constraint is overlap.
Now, i'd want create an ALV grid custom in this dympro, that let me by double click to simulate the function of selector record.
The problem is that i can't syncrhonize the row of ALV grid selected with the selector record.
I tried to debug but In my subscreen there isn't a parameter that let me to control the number of selector record.The solution is to use the function 'DYNP_UPDATE_FIELDS'.
This function let us to set values fields of another screen.
Then....
call function 'DYNP_UPDATE_FIELDS'
exporting
dyname = 'SAPLRHOMDETAIL_PP01'
dynumb = '0610'
request = 'A'
tables
dynpfields = dynpfields
..to write in the input fields ma selected row of ALV.
And then i force the ok_code like:

I will explain my exact requirement here:
We have created 5 Custom Objects (For Eg. 1,2,3,4 & 5). This newly created Custom Objects has an Allowed Relationship A/B 003 with the Object Org Unit.
For Eg : I have Created Org Unit and related those Custom Objects (1,2,3,4 & 5) using A/B 003 Relationship through Expert Mode.
However, I do agree we could not able to view through PPOME/PPOSE Screen since it is Custom Object.
In this case, I will create a Custom Infotype where i will be maintaining those Objects relationship against the particular Org Unit. Later I shall add it as Tab Page in the Detail Area.
My question is it possible to do as I mentioned above?
Apart from the above, please suggest can we able to add IT1001 Infotype as a Tab Page in the details area through configuration?

Copy infotypes organization unit ppome
Hi.
We are with an upgrade and we are copying infotypes from organization unit in PPOME and the infotypes copied aren't the same in both systems. Are there any database table where you indicate the infotypes to be copied.

Unfortunately no, not in the standard system. When a reassignment is made via PPOME, it is not an action so no IT0000 is created. Since you have intergration between OM and PA, the IT0001 is created to reflect the move, but not an IT0000.
You may be able to create a program or Workflow to create the IT0000 when using PPOME, but there is nothing standard.

Extension detail of infotype 1008 not available thourgh PPOME

I have extended infotype 1008 (Acct. Assignment Features) using PPCI. I have created one new field ZORGCAT in CI_P1008. I have activated it.
Now this new field is available for 1008 Infotype and particular Organizational Unit in PP01 transaction.
But when I use Transaction PPOME, I cant see the extended screen-field.
How to get this extendex screen thorugh PPOME?
