Infotype Log report: RPUAUD00

Hi,
RPUAUD00 is not supporting for some Infotypes.
I have configured tables V_T585A, V_T585B and V_T585C, still issue is same. So, Is there any other things need to be configured?
Thanks
SK

Hi,
for example for IT0008, the following works for me:
T585A:
- Transaction class: A (for masterdata)
- Infotype: 0008
T585B:
- Infotyp: 0008
- Fieldgroup: 01
- Fieldname: * (for alls fields)
T585C:
- Transaction class: A
- Infotype: 0008
- Fieldgroup: 01
- Record Type: L (for longtime records)
Could you try this / check this with your customizing or provide an example customizing of your system for IT0008?
I think 8 should work at least, because this is one of the most important infotypes in HR and I've seen logging of this on many different HR systems.
Cheers
Marc

    Hi,
Not sure why you think that the Logged Changes in Infotype Data report (RPUAUD00 - Trans Act S_AHR_61016380 ) does not give you the created information.  If a newly created infotype, the "old" data will be blank and the new data displayed.  Same with changed data - old in left column and new on right.  Date, time and person who changed the data are given.
You said you wanted a standard report and Logged Changes is it, but if you want to create your own, add the fields AEDTM and UNAME to each infotype in any custom Infosets via SQ02.  You can then report on all infotypes as to who changed the data and when.  Select on a range of dates and you can see the old information and new information for the selected infotypes.

  • Logged Changes in Infotype Data (Report RPUAUD00)  DONT WORK!!

This report is used to display all changes that were made using infotype change documents, but sometimes it doesnt works correctly.
For example, if I do hiring action, and execute report rpuaud00, I can see :
    00103266 A 0000   26.10.2007 08:59:56 0001 7RODRIGU
    00103266 A 0002   26.10.2007 09:00:19 0001 7RODRIGU
    00103266 A 0001   26.10.2007 09:00:41 0001 7RODRIGU
    00103266 A 0032   26.10.2007 09:00:47 0001 7RODRIGU
    00103266 A 0105   26.10.2007 09:00:54 0001 7RODRIGU
    00103266 A 0007   26.10.2007 09:01:02 0001 7RODRIGU
    after that, I modify infotype 0002 , but rpuaud00 shows :
    00103266 A 0000   26.10.2007 08:59:56 0001 7RODRIGU
    00103266 A 0002   26.10.2007 09:00:19 0001 7RODRIGU
    00103266 A 0001   26.10.2007 09:00:41 0001 7RODRIGU
    00103266 A 0032   26.10.2007 09:00:47 0001 7RODRIGU
    00103266 A 0105   26.10.2007 09:00:54 0001 7RODRIGU
    00103266 A 0007   26.10.2007 09:01:02 0001 7RODRIGU
It is the same data. it doesnt work correctly....

  • Infotype Auditing-Report RPUAUD00 need help urgently.

    Hi,
I am developing an outbound interface which captures the specific changed data in infotypes 1,2,6,8 and download the same into an excel file on the local hard disk.
I found the report RPUAUD00 matches with requirement. But did not understand the difference between long term and short term documents.
My requirement is that I need to capture infotype changes for some specific set of infotype for specific group of employees and I need to capture it in following manner:-
If the changes happen for an employee number 10 times on 10 different days, then i need to send all these 10 rows into an output file.
Is the requirement related to short term or long term document?
What configuration is required related to maintaining views V_T585A, V_T585B, V_T585C respectively.
    Thanks,
    Ameet

You can test these FM out using SE37
HR_INFOTYPE_LOG_GET_LIST --> gets the header information
    HR_INFOTYPE_LOG_GET_DETAIL  --> extract the details.
Check to see if these are being used by sap in an existing report and see how they are being utilised.
I can't use these where I am as our documents are configured as Short.
Never be scared to have a go - this is how you learn and improve.
You have to develop an mentality of I don't know how but it must be possible and go for it.

  • Why the creation of a infotype is not traced by infotype change log report?

    Hello Experts,
I triggered the trace of IT655 change for infotype auditing report RPUAUD00. But I found out if just create the infotype with a certain start date without changing any field, this creation cannot be picked up by the report. Is this normal or not? What else I can do to trace the creation also?
    Thanks,
    Allan

Allan - We are having a similar issue with Events (0000) infotype? Did you apply note 44206 in your system?
If you applied the note, did the developer implement the changes to the 2 Standard SAP programs (per note 44206)?
If you didn't apply the note, how did you resolve the issue of the trace within the infotype?
    Any response is appreciated.

  • Table for the report RPUAUD00  Logged Changes in Infotype data

    Hi
I have a query with the program RPUAUD00 Logged changes in Infotype Data.  In which table stores the details of the program RPUAUD00.  for example in the 1st period there is a LWP record for the employee.  If in the 2nd period the LWP entered in 1st period has deleted, in the log the LWP displays for 1st period  new field contents, Action Indicator I.  The deleted information displayes in Old field contents with the Action Indicator D. We want to know in which table the LWP insert and LWP delete (d) details are stored.
This information required to create a report for ESI.  In the report No of days (payroll processed for) has to mention.  To know the no of days need to access the report RPUAUD00.  From the RPUAUD00 the details of LWP insert and delete can be known.
Request to help in solving the issue
    Thanks & Regards

  • Report RPUAUD00 Infotype audit log with date & time

    Hi all,
I want to know from where the time is captured when we execute Report RPUAUD00 Infotype audit log?
I want to know from which fields or tables or structures?
We want to use the same logic in a custom report.
    Your help appreciated.
    Thanks & regards,
    Vikas

    Hi,
Infotype logs are maintained in PCL4 cluster. You can use fn modules HR_INFOTYPE_LOG_GET_LIST
and HR_INFOTYPE_LOG_GET_DETAIL to get infotype logs.
    Thanks,

  • Make the Report RPUAUD00 display a custom infotype field

    Hi Guys,
I have completed the creation of a custom field in Infotype 0001. However upon running the report RPUAUD00, I cannot see in the detailed output report my custom field created. I'd like to ask If I missed any procedure so I can see that custom field I created in the report RPUAUD00.
    Thanks..

    Hi,
You need to add the new field in the change document. Find the SPRO path below.
    Tcode SPRO-> Personnel Management-> Personnel Administration-> Tools-> Revision-> Set up change document.

  • HCM hange log report

Our IT-auditor would like to have a HCM change log report that displays all changes including operation sign. When I execute report RPUAUD00, I'll get a list with infotype, user name, but not the operation sign. Which report do I have to execute instead?

    Thanks for your reply Vick.
When I select a series of personel numbers, a series of infotypes, a date range, and output in ALV i get a list view with fields:
date, time, number, personel number, transaction class, infotype, user.
The operation sign is not displyed until I click one of the changes.
But actually, I don't want to click all the separate changes. I want a reprot with all chnages including operation sigh rightaway. Which report can I use for that purpose?

  • Infotype Logs

    Dear Friends,
I am aware that we use report - RPUAUD00 to check the Info type log.
I am looking at the info which say particular infotype to be logged and particular not to be. Is their way out OR by default all Info types will be logged and including Custom defined info type also.
    Kindly clarify.
    Thanks and regards,
    Mangalagi S V

    Hi.
In customizing (SPRO) goto Personnel Management->Personnel Administration->Tools->Revision->Set up change document in the IMG.
Here you can define what infotypes/fields to log.
The IMG documentation for this point is quite good in explaining how the 3 sub-items work together.

  • Infotype Log Activation -

    Hi Guys
I would like to know if there is any way by which the Infotype Logs can be activated country wise? My main requiremnet is to enable them country wise and not for all country. Please let me know how to take care of this ?

    Hi,
    Program Name: - RPUAUD00
For better control in future you can activate the audit log.
You should activate the audit log for better control in future.
    To activate the audit log
    1) T.Code u201CSM30u201D and maintain the tables with respective values A) V_T585A, B) V_T585B, C) V_T585C.
    2) Change the infotype which is maintained in last step.
    3) Run T.Code u201CS_AHR_61016380u201D and tick respective check box.
You will get audit log. In this log you can check u201CUser IDu201D who changed the record, date & time, old record and new record values.
But you need to do some configuration .....
    SPRO-PM-PA-Tools-Revision-setup change document
SPRO-PM-PA-Tools-Revision-log report starts ( you need to add these to the exist table here RPUPROTD and RPUPROTU).
    Then run your T.code directly
S_AHR_61016381 - Log of Report Starts
S_AHR_61016380 - Logged Changes in Infotype Data
