Infotype screen chage

Hi All,
How do i change infotype screen for infotype2?.If i hit system menu status it shows screen number 2000.I need 2010 for molga 14 ugr92.Points will be rewarded.

Feature to default values on infotype screens

Hi All,
Could I use a Feature (txn PE03) to determine the default values on an infotype screen?
For example, I want the value in field FUNKT on Infotype 34 to default to say 'KLMN' if the Employee Group is '1' and the Emp. sub group is 'Z5'.
I would like to use the screen modification config (table T588M) to assign the Feature and get the values without coding.
I know I can achieve this by using a subroutine on dynamic actions or a BADI for infotype processing etc. but I am lazy and don't want to code if I can avoid it.

I can create a Feature in PE03 but how do I use that in the config (table T588M)? Because if I am not able to use it in the config, I will be forced to code (using any Fn. Mods of the likes of HRFEATUREBACK*).
The Feature ABKRS doesn't seem to be specified in table T588M as such there is bound to be coding behind it in the IT0001 processing programs.

HR Infotype Screen Programming!

Hi All,
I have a text field in my infotype screen which is editable.
By default, the enteries are in CAPS.
What do i need to do, if i want the field to accept "Caps" and small letters aswell?

If you are working with a standard SAP infotype, fields and Screens, this change is considered a modification.
The other thing that you should check is if your field is tied to something defined in the data dictionary, then upper/lowercase is also attached to the domain of your field definition. Changing it only on the screen may not necessarily populate the field with upper/lowercase.
If you click on the "definition" tab of the domain definition you will see a checkbox called upper/lower case.

How to hide OM infotype screen field

Hello Experts.
Please let me know how to hide OM infotype Screen field ? i want to hide Percentage field on IT1011.
I know i can create alternative screen "Z" and hide the field and attach alternative screen to the Module pool.
Please let me know if i can do this using BADI so there will not be any change to standard.

Hi Shiva,
To get the detail about a table filed you can use DDIF* function module.
Here in this particular case you can use FM   DDIF_FIELDINFO_GET.
Pass the table name & field name.
After executing that FM you can check   DFIES_TAB in Tables parameter. i t will be having an entry.
Check for filed name as   KEYFLAG , if it is not initial ie. X then supplied filed is Primary Key.
If KEYFLAG is initial then supplied filed is not a primary key.

Way to see infotype screen without going PA20?

Hi Experts,
Is there a way to see just the infotype screen without going to PA20. I want to see the changes I am making using T588M and see which field has what technical field name and how the screen will look like when I make changes using T588m?

Hi,
You can also check screen painter through transaction SE51. Give the module pool name under u201Cprogramu201D and the screen number, select layout editor and display. If you click on any field, the technical name will appear in the u201Cnameu201D row above. Further, any field with u201C?u201D is a mandatory field.

Copy Standard infotype screen for country purpose

Hi,
I am trying to copy the Standard screen (2007) for the infotype IT0002 to make some country specific modification.
However I am not able to copy the standard screen as it is asking for the Access Key.
Can you please suggest if there is a way to copy the standard infotype screen without providing the access key.

Add ifnotype field to an Infotype Screen Control for Infotype 0006

How do I add an infotype field to an Infotype Screen Control for Infotype 0006. We need to add an additional Field for mobile phones. I have lloked in screen control (V_T588M) with no joy.

You may copy your current screen into a new screen (e.g. 2099) for MP000600 and add the 2 fields into the element list as well as the screen layout of screen 2099. Then set an appropriate Modification Group 3 to these 2 fields in T588M detail screen for screen 2099. Configure feature P0006 and table T588M to set screen 2099 for molga 16.

Infotype Screen Control (T588M) not working for additional fields to contro

Hi,
I have a requirement to enhance IT 0002 with fields LNAMR, FNAMR and CNAME. Also field preferred language.
I have included LNAMR, FNAMR & CNAME as additional fields in the Include Screen 2040 elements, lay editor and maintained table T582c where i have assigned enhancement to the standard screen. These fields are getting displayed in infotype 0002
But the issue is Infotype Screen Control (T588M) is not working for these fields to control the display or hide.
Has any of you come across this issue? what could be the reason for this issue? Please suggest ASAP.

Transfer control back to calling program from infotype screen

i've developed a module pool program that uses 'call transaction pa30'BDC to an custom infotype screen... after the 'save' button is pressed the control goes to the infotypes initial screen.
but i want the control to come back to the calling module pool program.. how do i do that??

have you considered using function module HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION with parameter DIALOG_MODE = '2' instead of CALL TRANSACTION?

All fields are not displaying in the infotype screen control

Hello Everybody,
All the fields from infotype 2001 and 2002 are not getting displayed in the screen control for these infotypes and
when I checked the screens for these infotypes, the mod. groups/functions has not been set for field 'Group3' for those
infotype fields.
Is there a way I could set this field ' Group3' for these infotype fields also ? Can it be done thru screen exit and if yes could
anyone tell me what's the screen exit for these infotypes ?

Infotype screen headers needs to be changed for all the infotypes

Hi Guys,
This would be for a global implementation question.
For the US for a particular region, the screen header needs to be changed for all the infotypes.
The existing field (in the infotype header) is Employee Group which needs to be replaced with employment status.
The know how to change the headers but my question is STAT2 exists in IT 0000 but does not exist in 0001, 0002 0007.........etc
When i go to Table T588J to add an entry , Screen Header 42......,
I get an error " No Field STAT2 exists for infotype 0001"
No field STAT2 exists for infotype 0001.
Message no. PG811
Diagnosis

Correct me if I am wrong.
First you need to maintain the header in T588J.
Screen header of an infotype is defined in view V_582A_B. We can define one screen header for employee and another for applicant in view V_T588I. The header modifier selected from view V_T588I has a definition in table T588J, which finally gets shown on the screen.
Depending on the transaction class (A = Personnel Administration, B = Recruitment) and the country grouping, a header modifier is assigned to the infotype header in the u201CHeader Modificationu201D view V_T588I.
For example like
Screen Header / Tr. Class / Header modifier
00 / A / 60
In the view u201CHeader Structure per Infotypeu201D (V_582A_B), a header has been assigned to every infotype. It also determines whether the data is valid from the system date or the start date of the infotype record

Infotype Screen

Hi all of you.
I developed an infotype of Module PA.
this screen has around 130 fields.To enter the data into all of the fields user should scroll the screen.At below i use one checkbox,will let some fields into change mode while checking the box.
After checking the box the screen is turning to top of the screen.
due to this ,user has to scroll the screen to previous position.
can any one solve this problem,to keep the screen poistion remain same after the validation or any other operations.

OM / PD Infotype Screen modification

Hi All,
We have a requirement where we need to change or hide fields for OM or PD infotypes.
I checked all the tables and fields to do the same as the way its possible for the PA infotypes but no options available.
I found that only options would be changing the standard screen using the access key or the options using BADI's
Appreciate if anyone can suggest any other ways to make the above changes.

Showing fields of Custom infotype in standard infotype screen

I have created a custom infotype 9xxx. Now when I go to the PA30 maintenance screen for a standard infotype 0795, i should also see the fields from custom infotype 9xxx. Can you please let me know how I can enhance the standard infotype 0795, since SAP does not allow me to change it directly.

I'm gonna be an *ss and ask why you wanna see the fields of your 9xxx - infotype in SAP IT0795.
If this is for information purposes, I believe this should be incorporated in reporting and not within master data infotypes.

Infotype Screen control - change field from display to change

Hello,
I have a field in a custom infotype, which is showing up as only display. I want to change it so that values can be input. I checked the screen layout in se51 and found that the field is checked as input possible field. There is no entry for this infotype in T588M. I am not sure, where else should I look so that i can change to field to take the input. Please suggest.

Hello Everyone,
I checked in Module pool Program. The program is written to check the field for some personnel areas. Now, when i did debug, I found that PSYST-werks is not read correctly. Suppose if there are 3 records in infotype 0001, its getting the first record value, not the recent record value. Any suggestions how to change the code, so that the PSYST get the recent record value?
