Infotype unlock report

Is there any report for to unlock the infotype records which is locked.

Kishore,
You would not find a Standard Report in HCM to remove the lock indicator from Infotypes. So that option would not work.
But here is something which you can try. It should be a Custom Report which just uses HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION to change the indicator for all employees.

Dear Experts,
1. I want a STd Report where we can get Infotype Created date, Created ID/Personnel no,Created Time and date in Same report.

But the problem is in T.Code- S_AHR_61016380 we are able to see ony changed details not created ones. we want both seperate reports.

Not sure why you think that the Logged Changes in Infotype Data report (RPUAUD00 - Trans Act S_AHR_61016380 ) does not give you the created information. If a newly created infotype, the "old" data will be blank and the new data displayed. Same with changed data - old in left column and new on right. Date, time and person who changed the data are given.
You said you wanted a standard report and Logged Changes is it, but if you want to create your own, add the fields AEDTM and UNAME to each infotype in any custom Infosets via SQ02. You can then report on all infotypes as to who changed the data and when. Select on a range of dates and you can see the old information and new information for the selected infotypes.

Custom infotype pqah report issue...

For custom infotype In PQAH report generation we are getting message as u201CError when generating the report (see long text)u201D.Is there any restriction for field lengths & characters in report generation. Please give me a solution about this issue.

We have total 27 output fields in this custom infotype. If I will select some output fields in that custom infotype pqah report is generating. But if I will select all out put fields that specific infotype then system is showing that error message in report generation.

Logged Changes in Infotype Data (Report RPUAUD00) DONT WORK!!

This report is used to display all changes that were made using infotype change documents, but sometimes it doesnt works correctly.
For example, if I do hiring action, and execute report rpuaud00, I can see :

How can I solve this problem?

As per Ketul reply, it is not possible to get the log changes before enabling the V_T585A/B/C.
How can I convey the same to the client do I get any document on this for my reference.
OR
If any body can give me a detail Explanation on why the LOG is not generated before enabling the V_T585A/B/C.

Infotype Auditing-Report RPUAUD00 need help urgently.

Hi,
I am developing an outbound interface which captures the specific changed data in infotypes 1,2,6,8 and download the same into an excel file on the local hard disk.
I found the report RPUAUD00 matches with requirement. But did not understand the difference between long term and short term documents.
My requirement is that I need to capture infotype changes for some specific set of infotype for specific group of employees and I need to capture it in following manner:-
If the changes happen for an employee number 10 times on 10 different days, then i need to send all these 10 rows into an output file.
Is the requirement related to short term or long term document?
What configuration is required related to maintaining views V_T585A, V_T585B, V_T585C respectively.

You can test these FM out using SE37
HR_INFOTYPE_LOG_GET_LIST --> gets the header information
HR_INFOTYPE_LOG_GET_DETAIL --> extract the details.
Check to see if these are being used by sap in an existing report and see how they are being utilised.
I can't use these where I am as our documents are configured as Short.
Never be scared to have a go - this is how you learn and improve.
You have to develop an mentality of I don't know how but it must be possible and go for it.

Time constraint in 0008 infotype - any report for this siituation?

I need some help to solution a big problem with time constraint and 0008 infotype.
Resume:
when I put the "2" time constraint, all the history of 0008 entries are changed...
For exemple:
Old (before "2" time constraint):
0 - 01.11.2007 - 31.12.9999 - 1000,00
0 - 01.10.2007 - 31.10.2007 - 900,00
NEW (after "2" time constraint):
0 - 01.11.2007 - 31.12.9999 - 1000,00
0 - 01.10.2007 - 01.10.2007 - 900,00
BR - 01.10.2007 - 01.10.2007 - 900,00
OR
0 - 01.11.2007 - 31.12.9999 - 1000,00
BR - 01.10.2005 - 01.10.2005 - 900,00
there aren't logical situation, all the records have a lot of errors...
Are there any report that corrects this situation????

thanks for your response, and here's some more info:
- I've use the time contraint in multiple playlists, that have worked just fine before adding the time constraint;
- initially, after adding a time constraint (usually something like "time" "is less than" "10:00") everything seemed fine;
- only a few days later I noticed that my playlist hadn't been updated correctly. For example, one of my playlists consists of songs rated 4 and I limit to 50 songs by least recently played; with over 900 songs rated 4, after a song was played it should disappear from that playlist for a while but some songs didn't; also, sometimes I would see less than 50 songs in that playlist;
- after removing the time constraint the playlist updated correctly again
I know that the fact this only appears after a few days (or that I've only noticed it a few days later) makes it pretty tough to narrow down but that's all I've got so far.

I've tried getting the information on statutory infotypes & Reports on Ukraine, but was not able to get it.

Infotype Log report: RPUAUD00

Hi,
RPUAUD00 is not supporting for some Infotypes.
I have configured tables V_T585A, V_T585B and V_T585C, still issue is same. So, Is there any other things need to be configured?

Hi,
for example for IT0008, the following works for me:
T585A:
- Transaction class: A (for masterdata)
- Infotype: 0008
T585B:
- Infotyp: 0008
- Fieldgroup: 01
- Fieldname: * (for alls fields)
T585C:
- Transaction class: A
- Infotype: 0008
- Fieldgroup: 01
- Record Type: L (for longtime records)
Could you try this / check this with your customizing or provide an example customizing of your system for IT0008?
I think 8 should work at least, because this is one of the most important infotypes in HR and I've seen logging of this on many different HR systems.

Why the creation of a infotype is not traced by infotype change log report?

I triggered the trace of IT655 change for infotype auditing report RPUAUD00. But I found out if just create the infotype with a certain start date without changing any field, this creation cannot be picked up by the report. Is this normal or not? What else I can do to trace the creation also?

Allan - We are having a similar issue with Events (0000) infotype? Did you apply note 44206 in your system?
If you applied the note, did the developer implement the changes to the 2 Standard SAP programs (per note 44206)?
If you didn't apply the note, how did you resolve the issue of the trace within the infotype?

Finding changes in HR infotypes by date.

I am required to develop a report giving * changes in HR infotypes by date.
*I have made use of two Function Modules, HR_INFOTYPE_LOG_GET_LIST and
HR_INFOTYPE_LOG_GET_DETAIL. I am able to correctly get the table giving
output of first function module HR_INFOTYPE_LOG_GET_LIST. However, when I am
passing each record of table retrieved as output of first function module to
second function module, it is taking a lot of time to process and finally
gives a dump at the SELECT SQL statement that is responsible for retrieving the data from PCL4 cluster.

Based on this report and Functional Specification given to me, I am required to make use of two Function Modules mentioned earlier.
I have written a code given below:-

It gives me dump when report is run, and the dump error screen locates this error at point select * from PCL4.....

Also I want to ask in case I dont want to use standard PNP selection screen. Inspite of that I want to use the only three select options viz Changed By, Changed On and PERNR from the RPUAUD00 infotype audit report. How can I achieve this. Is there a way to do this.

Report on changes to HR Minimaster

There is a requirement to report historic changes done to following parameters of the HR mini master:
Bank account
Cost centres
Credit limits
Credit card nos.
Organisation position
Tables PA0009, PA0027, PA0105, PA0 and PA0001 are used to store this information. However these tables do not store all records corresponding to the changes done till now.
Is there any method to get such a report.

I am new to abap hr.In hr module we are using provide statement for retriving data.
My doubt is
1. why we are using provide instead of select?
2. Why we are using structure instead of direct tr table?
3. Why we are using infotype in hr and what is the use?
4. why we are retriving data using infotype in report instead of using tr.table using select?
5. What we have to specify if i want to retrive data from infotype?
6. We have to declare table/structure/infotype for retriving data?
7. And why we are specifying mode in declaration what is it mean?
if anybody knows tell me/send me the materials please.

Hi Nandha,
The statements PROVIDE and ENDPROVIDE define a loop through a statement block. In this loop, any number of internal tables itab1 itab2 ... are processed together. A single table can appear several times. For every table itab you must specify a FIELDS clause. After FIELDS you must specify the character * for all components or a list comp1 comp2 ... for specific components of the relevant table. The names of the components comp1 comp2 ... can only be specified directly.
To be able to process internal tables using PROVIDE, all tables itab1 itab2 ... must be fully typed index tables and contain two special columns that have the same data type (d, i, n, or t) for all relevant tables. For every table you must specify the names intliml1 intliml2 ... and intlimu1 intlimu2 ... of these columns using the addition BOUNDS.
Eg:
PROVIDE FIELDS {*|{comp1 comp2 ...}}
               FROM itab1 INTO wa1 VALID flag1
               BOUNDS intliml1 AND intlimu1
               [WHERE log_exp1]
