Initial download from crm 5 to ecc 6

Initial Download of ECC 6 customer_main to CRM works well but mapping of bupa_main from CRM 5 to ECC 6 didn't work.
In R3AS I got an short dump:
GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED_RANGE
So I tried CRMM_BUPA_MAP to send single customers and I got that error.
Partially send, receivers have errors:
I have checked all the fields in the ecc6 settings and crm5 also.
it is very urgent bec. iam at client side.

Hi Devi,
Ya now its clear. So basically you are dealing with the data exchange between the R/3 customer to CRM business partner.
As you mentioned that the CUSTOMRE_MAIN load is successful
and that means you have already done the account group to calssification mapping in R/3 transaction PIDE from R/3 to CRM. Pls check the same transaction for the data flow from CRM to R/3. Also check the number range assignment. For more detail check the best practice guide C03.
<b>Reward points if it helps!!</b>

Vikash.

  • Changing documents downloaded from CRM into ECC, in ECC

    Hi
    Our requirement is to change documents downloaded from CRM into ECC, in ECC. I was refering to note 541113, but it is not of much use as we are using CRM 5.0. Also parameter that it says should be set I have set but ...obviously it didin't work. Please tell me what setting needs to be done for CRM 5.0 & ECC 6.0 so that our requirement is satisfied. I have searched SAP notes, without much success.
    Thanx in advance.
    Cheers
    Hits

    Hi,
    This is very simple.
    SAP has provided us with a new Scenario. this is called Scenario A.
    This scenario can be made Transaction Type specific.
    You need to maintain table  SMOFPARSFA in CRM and CRMPAROLTP in R3.
    SMOFPARSFA:
    Key = R3A_SALES
    ParamName = INT_CHANGE_ORDER
    ParamName2 = <Transaction Type>
    ParamValue = A
    CRMPAROLTP:
    ParameterName: CRM_SCENARIO
    ParameterName 2: INT_CHANGE_ORDER
    ParameterName 3: <sales document type>, for example TR
    ParameterValue 1: A
    Just do these settings and check. This must work

  • Initial load from CRM to CDB

    Hi,
    I'm trying to do the initial download from CRM to CDB for a mobile scenario, using the transaction R3AS.
    In this transaction, I'm selecting the load object, Source site, but unable to select the destionation site as CDB. Is there any configuration needs to be done before we do the initial download?
    And important point is that there is an entry for CDB in the table SMOHSITEID.
    Please help me in this regard.
    Regards,
    Praveen

    HI
    Praveen you forgot the basic thing is you need to create a site in CDB also
    the site you created previously for crm data base not for cdb as u also know cdb is connected to crm data base through middleware first you create site, subscription, publication  in in cdm also later start down loading R3as before golive if your mobile clients are already live use R3AC4 delta again you have to set up filters and parallel processing for reduce the down loading time

  • How to distinguish Delta download from CRM to Mobile from Initial download

    Hi guys,
    I checked out that when downloading from CRM to CDB (for mobile), the inbound queue is always CRI_XXX..._CDBI.
    For data load from CRM to R/3, I remember that initial load and delta load, the inbound queue names would end up in differnet words (I for initial load, D for Delta load). But for load from CRM to CDB, it seems that only 'I' exists.
    My question is, how can we distinguish delta load from initial load via the queue name? saying that the queue name is
    CRI_CSA_BUPA_INIT_CDBI, can we simply judge that it's an initial load or delta one?
    Thanks and best regards,
    Raymond

    Yes, CRI_CSA_BUPA_INIT_CDBI is the queue created for BUPA initial load from CRM to CDB. Delta loads from CRM to CDB would create no queues - they would be handled in the objects queue itself (for eg. CSABUPA*) queues.

    Hi Fritz,
    sorry for the late late reply but I didn't notice your answer.
    Here are my answers:
    (1) I monitored the behaviour on the CRM system, CRM 7.0, SP5
    (2) The change should be implemented in the CRM system
    (3) Deactivate buffering for scenarios marketing, sale and service via SM30 and table T770MATTR.
    By doing this the initial load of 3.2 million business agreements took around 2 hours, with activated scenario buffering I was at least ten times slower.
    After the initial load you have to activate the buffering again.
    Interesting to know would be why the scenario buffering only affects the initial load of business agreements and no other object. As far as I know the scenario buffering is relevant for the organizational management.

  • UPLOAD OF EMPLOYEE BP FROM CRM TO ECC

    Hi all,
    Is it possible to upload Employee Business Partners from CRM to ECC system.
    as per client business process we create Employee Business Partners in CRM system and they need to upload in to ECC system.
    I have worked on downloading of Employees data from ECC to CRM using ALE IDOC.
    Please suggest whether it is feasible or not? If standard solution is available kindly let me know.
    Your help will be highly appreciated.
    Best regards,
    Raghu ram

    Hi ,
    The common practice is to download "Employee" from ECC to CRM thru ALE IDOC ,
    But you can also take another approach :
    1) Create  employee as business partner in role "BUP003" "employee" in SAP CRM .
    you can create manually or you can use BP upload program in CRM.
    2) You need to configure "internal number range " for business partner "emplyee " in CRM , and "External " in ECC Backend
    3) set up middleware for replication of BP from CRM to ECC .
    4) Business partners - EMPLOYEES create in CRM will be replicated to ECC as Business partner ( and not as HR employee )
    hope this helps,
    PD

  • Customizing not downloading from CRM to CDB

    Dear All
    Pl help/ guide on the direction to proceed further. Customizing (Domain Ranges DD Texts) are not downloading from CRM to CDB.
    Background:
    Activities and Campaigns are replicated from CRM to CDB (Mobile). For a particular new field which we have added through AET, the domain ranges are stored in the table DD07T. The task is do a customizing download to replicate these domain ranges to the corresponding CDB table SMODD07T. For this, We would need to create a BDoc type @ BDoc Modeler and then a customizing adapter object with that linked BDoc type. For distribution from CDB to mobile, we would have to create replication object and publication on this Linked BDoc in SMOEAC.
    Issue
    Now, when I am creating the Bdoc type in SBDM, it prompts that mapped table (SMODD07T) should have two key fields and only one Primary key for the segment and since this is not the case it is throwing the error. I have verified with various std customizing adapter objects and their corresponding sBDocs. In all the cases, the SMO table has exactly key fields, the MANDT client and the SFA GUID. Without generating the BDoc type, the adapter object Banega nahi and I experimented in many ways where I created a custom adapter object with any of the standard campaign and customizing related Linked BDoc types for the adapter object, Initial Load is successful and even huge blocks of data is transferred. But the required SMODD07T table is not getting populated.

    Hi,
    Ok the initial load is performed without errors.... But did you check the queues?

  • Restrict Contact Person replication from CRM to ECC based on Partner Funct

    Hi Experts
    We are replicating Contacts from CRM to ECC, by assigning them to Accounts. We have a scenario to restrict Contact Person replication to ECC only for specific Partner functions (we have 5 such partner functions), for remaining partner functions the contact Persons should not be replicated to ECC.
    By Partner function I mean, while making this assignment of Contact to an Account in u201Ccontact Person Relationships datau201D under u201CPartner Function Assignment blocku201D (in web UI) we are adding a Partner function E.g. Author, (same can be seen in GUI, under Usage tab of CP Relationship data).
    However we were able to replicate contacts assigned to accounts to ECC in our 5 partner functions, but even the unwanted contacts assigned to other partner functions in CRM are also getting replicated
    How can I restrict CP replication from CRM to ECC based on Partner Functions assigned to the Contact Person
    Your help is highly appriciated.
    Points guaranteed.

    Issue resolved using CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU.

  • How can I Force/relaunch BP replication from CRM to ECC

    Hi everybody,
    We had some replication problem with sold-to-party BPs when creating them in CRM (Tr Code BP). The CRM002 id was not implemented in most cases. A job was planned to relaunch the Bdocs automatically every hour. It seemed to be ok for a moment.
    However we still have some sold-to-party BPs that are not replicated at all in ECC (Master Data and sales data). The usual procedure we set to trigger the replication is checking a case in BP Tr. but when I uncheck the case and check it again, the replication doesnt happen.
    Is there a way to force manually the replication of a sold to party BP from CRM to ECC?
    Second question in replication subject : We also have partial replication in ECC. For example the Tax classification partially replicates. It's like if the replication process in crashing on the way and the result is no CRM002 id back in the BP master data in CRM. Do you have any idea of where it's coming from?
    Is there a Transaction like SMW01 (CRM) in ECC in order to trace replication problems of processes?
    Many Thanks.
    Laurent

    Hi,
       Firstly , please check if you have any filters in for adapter object customer_main in trx. R3AC1 (which prevants data replication)
    Next, check if your inbound (SMQR) or outbound queues (SMQS) of CRM are de-registered.
    You can use trnx.
    CRMM_BUPA_SEND
    to manually replication a BP to the ECC system.
    No.. there is no monitor in ECC like the Bdoc monitor (SMW01) in CRM.
    Hope this helps. Reward if helpful!
    Thanks,
    Sudipta.

  • Middleware debug problem  for BP's from CRM to ECC

    I tried few steps to debug BP  changes from CRM to ECC but nothing is working ...
    I deregistered the Queue thru SMQS, made changes to BP.. went SMQ1 select the Queue name Double Click 2 times.. then select the Tool bar (Debug LUW)..    I'm getting "Nothing was selected"
    When is see SMW01, BDOC is processed green and data is transferred to ECC.
    I want to do debug  the BP queue and go to ECC system  as some of my custom EEWB fields are not passing to ECC correctly.
    Any help is highly appreciated.
    Thank you.

    Hi,
    Put a break point in FM  SMW3_MFLOW_UPDATETASKBDOC.
    Create a BP and before save type /h to activate debug, mark update debugging option.
    When stops in FM SMW3_MFLOW_UPDATETASKBDOC you must be sure to set header-dbgmode = 'X' this will make the bdoc stay stopped in SMW01.
    Go to SMW01 and type /h and process the bdoc.
    Put a break in FM CRM_UPLOAD_AFTER_MAP_HANDLER and be sure to change LV_SYNCHRON = 'X' this will allow you to connect in ECC.
    Put a break-point in the "CALL TRANSACTION" command. Change the mode of call transaction and you be able to debug XD*  update.

  • Replication Of Z Partner Functions from CRM to ECC

    HI All,
    We are creating the " Z Partner Functions " in SAP CRM & ECC.in our scenario partner functions flows from CRM to ECC and we want to replicate these partner functions from CRM to ECC.
    So can some onle please tell me how to do this?.
    Thanks in Advance,
    Arun

    1. Create the partner function in ECC
    2.  Assign the partner function to the relevant partner procedure in ECC
    3. Create a partner function in CRM
    4. Map the partner function as follows:
    Customer Relationship Management
    --> Basic Functions
    --> Partner Processing
    --> Data Transfer
    --> Distribution of Partner Functions from R/3 into CRM
    Create the following entry:
    Partner function in R/3         Function
    and also the below:
    Create a mapping entry for data transfer from CRM to R/3 via the
    following IMG activity in CRM:
    Customer Relationship Management
    --> Basic Functions
    --> Partner Processing
    --> Data Transfer
    --> Distribution of Partner Functions from CRM into R/3

  • BP not getting replicated from CRM to ECC server

    I am currently facing an issue, it seems like the replication of BP from CRM to ECC is not working, I have created a few business partners in CRM for which the BDOC got processed completely but when I go and check these on the ECC side, I am not able to find these BP. Can any one suggest what might be happening.

    Thanks a ton for the note number Denis, I am looking into this and would certainly revert back to you if this works. Just to explain you the excat problem that Im facing as of now.
    I have a few Business partners which we are not able to replicate from CRM to ECC, I have tried to debug the queue and find out what the reason might be, i could see that everything got processed successfully at the CRM side, the issue is when the BDOC reaches ECC, there it gives me a error that "NO UNIQUE JURISDICTION CODE CANNOT BE DETERMINED" area as "TAX_TXJCD".
    If you can suggest anything new based on this information please let me know, in the mean time I will try the note that you had provided and would get back to you very soon.

  • Replication of custom z fields from CRM to ECC

    Hello,
    I have created custom fields in CRM - Order using EEWB.  Similarly I have created custom fields in ECC - VBAK.  I want to replicate these custom fields from CRM to ECC.  Somebody had suggested to use CRM_DATAEXCHG_BADI and method -  CRM_DATAEXCHG_AFTER_BAPI_FILL.  Can anybody give me a sample code of how to populate table - CT_BAPIPAREX within this method?
    Process followed was -
    1. ECC - Extend VBAK with zfld1
    2. ECC - Extend BAPE_VBAK, BAPE_VBAKX with zfld1
    3. CRM - Add zdoc1 using EEWB
    4. CRM -  Extend BAPE_VBAK, BAPE_VBAKX with zfld1 (same as ECC?)
    5. CRM -  CRM_DATAEXCHG_BADI and method -  CRM_DATAEXCHG_AFTER_BAPI_FILL. - This is where I need to map zdoc1 of CRM to zfld1 of ECC.  And then populate CT_BAPIIPAREX.  This is where I am stuck.
    Thanks!

    HI,
    If you have added field in EEWB chosen R/3 Adapter, then it will also enhance the Exchange structures and thus i guess CRM_DATAXCHange_badi shud contain in one of its changing parameters
    The following blogs gives a good idea in the similar lines.

  • Want to change ACCOUNT GROUP to BP from CRM to ECC

    Hi All,
    We would like to change the Account group of our (Inside/Outside sales persons) when they are replicating from CRM to ECC.  We did change the PIDE setting according to our requirement but surprisingly 10-12 BPs are not getting changed. We opened an OSS and they suggested to write a Z function module and
    registering it in the table CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU for the CRM OUTBOUND which HARDCODES the CLASSIFICATION DATA to the BP in accordance with the PIDE settings so as to get the ACCOUNT GROUP for these BPs.
    I checkede the tcode CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU for the CRM OUTBOUND where we need to place our own FM. I know to write a FM, but not quite sure how to start. Can anyone out there please help me with this.
    Any suggestions are highly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Karuna.

    I was able to change the account status from EXPIRE(GRACE) to OPEN. The trick as you hint at is to create a temporary profile, assign that profile to the account in question, saving the password from dba_users first, changing the password, logging in with the new password, then alter the user assigning back the original password with the identified by values clause in the later user statement and lastly assigning the original profile, either DEFAULT or custom.
    Here is the temp profile I used which used values less than 1 for the critical limits involved here. Cannot have limit values less than 1 in 9i according to Oracle but you can in 10g.
    CREATE PROFILE "TEMP_PROFILE" LIMIT CPU_PER_SESSION DEFAULT
    CPU_PER_CALL DEFAULT
    CONNECT_TIME DEFAULT
    IDLE_TIME 15
    SESSIONS_PER_USER DEFAULT
    LOGICAL_READS_PER_SESSION DEFAULT
    LOGICAL_READS_PER_CALL DEFAULT
    PRIVATE_SGA DEFAULT
    COMPOSITE_LIMIT DEFAULT
    PASSWORD_LIFE_TIME .0001
    PASSWORD_GRACE_TIME 5
    PASSWORD_REUSE_MAX 1
    PASSWORD_REUSE_TIME .0001
    PASSWORD_LOCK_TIME .0103
    FAILED_LOGIN_ATTEMPTS 3
    PASSWORD_VERIFY_FUNCTION DEFAULT;
    Thanks for your help.
