Initial download problem by DNL_CUST_TXJCD

Hi all,
we are trying do dowload customizig Tax Jurisdiction Codes from ERP to CRM. We are using standard object  DNL_CUST_TXJCD. Wen we run R3AS everything sems good, no error message. But nothing was dowloaded at all . RFC works well. ERP SQM1 is empty and CRM SMQ2 is also empty. No BDoc was generated. By initial dowload a standard is used FM CRM_TAXJURCODE_FILL. This FM should fill in tables in CRM. But wen we set breakpoint, we could'n get in. Seems as the FM was not used at all.
Any suggestion ?
Thanks for reply.
Jan.

Hi Jan,
One possible reason can be the missing entry in table CRMATAB.
Please see note
1881008 - "The current application triggered a termination with a short
dump" in CRM SMQ1
and the referenced notes.

  • Initial download problem with DNL_CUST_CNDALL

When I am trying to download the DNL_CUST_CNDALL, it status is in waiting for a long time.
I checked in SMQ2 inbound queue of CRM the status is in Ready for the R3AI_DNL_CUST_CNDALL.
I am unable to find the error?
It is very urgent, the connection is working fine.
    Thanks in advance

    Hello Friend,
I had similar problem, and I sent message to SAP, and they answered me DNL_CUST_CNDALL contain all customizing objects, i.e. pricing procedures etc. and in general problems occurs.
They asked me to create a new object similar DNL_CUST_CNDALL  and insert filter for all tables and reply only the necessary data.
I did this and works, but to do this you need SD consultant help, to tell you which filter you must use.
At SAP documentation “CRM Customizing Replication (B09)” you can find the follow text:
    Page 14.
An important prerequisite to the successful initial download of condition customizing is that all the necessary filter settings are in place. Without using a filter all customizing objects, i.e. pricing procedures etc. are replicated.
For that reason it would be a good option not to use object DNL_CUST_CNDALL for the download of condition customizing but to create another object (for example YDNL_CUST_CNDALL) and to set up the filters according your business needs
When creating a new condition customizing download object you should work together with an SD consultant with profound pricing knowledge to define the tables and filter settings being used
    Other important thing
    Page 16
DNL_CUST_CNDALL includes all data including client independent and dependent tables and all those tables are in active mode. DNL_CUST_CND also includes client independent and dependent tables but only client dependent tables are in active mode, and DNL_CUST_PRC and DNL_CUST_FGD only includes client dependent tables and they are in active mode.
SAP recommends you to load DNL_CUST_CNDALL into only one specific client for one system and other clients should individually load DNL_CUST_CND, DNL_CUST_PRC, and DNL_CUST_FGD instead of DNL_CUST_CNDALL. Object DNL_CUST_CNDALL in other clients should be deleted

  • Initial download problem with Conditions

According to Building Block Configuration Guide CRM Master and Transaction Data Replication (C03) a new condition customizing download YDNL_CUST_CNDALL was created. The same information for the new object was entered as we have for DNL_CUST_CNDALL.
In tr. R3AC5 the necessary table filter settings  were defined within the newly created download object.
For example, for table T681E and T681T:
    KOTABNR>=304
    KOTABNR<=306
    KVEWE=A
    SPRAS = EN
    1. Monitoring Replication Status (SAP CRM) tr. R3AM1 display status object DNL_CUST_CNDALL is running.
    Tr  CND_MAP_LOG_DISPLAY  show error:
«No table assignment is available for selection T681E. Table T681E is not transferred». The same for T681T.
    2. tr. SMQ1 shows error "A dynamically specified column name is unknown".
What should we do to Replicate Condition Objects?
Thanks in advance and Best Regards

This error indicates, fields entered here is not in the table.
You can download DNL_CUST_CNDLL directly. No need to create new one for specific objects. This download will take long time. Make sure your client is open before starting this load.

  • Problem with initial download from R/3 to CRM

    Hello All,
Initial we were able to download & replicate all object from CRM to R/3  & vice versa such as product ,BP, sales documents & conditions etc. After that <<removed>> R/3 system was refreshed by Client itself. After refresh, connectivity between R/3 & CRM is disturbed. We have observed that while initial download we are facing problem in SMQ1 & SMQ2. After debugging we found that table entry  i.e. table :- CRMMLSGUID from CRM & CRMPRLS from R/3 have Logical system guid values different( which  should be identical). Because of this no replication is happening between CRM & R/3. How to rectify this?

    Hello,
    see note 588701:
"The queues are deliberately halted since the change of the logical
system name in the R/3 backend or the linking of new R/3 backend clients
to a client of the EBP/CRM Server with the same logical system name as a
client already linked to the R/3 backend would lead to severe data
    inconsistencies in various CRM applications.
For this reason, such changes are not allowed on principle. The halting
of the queues prevents such data inconsistencies. The following
situations may lead to the queues being halted:
o  The logical system of a client of an R/3 Backend system linked to
the EBP/CRM server was changed in current operation.
o  A new client of an R/3 Backend system or a client of a new R/3
Backend system was linked to an existing client of the EBP/CRM
server where the logical system name was already assigned to a
client of an R/3 Backend system linked to the CRM server before.
There are different cases in which different forms of processing are
required or where several options exist:
    -  The logical system name of an R/3 Backend client was changed
in current operation. In this case, the data hangs in the
outbound queues of the R/3 Backend system as specified under
point 1 of the symptom. In this case, the logical system name
                                                                     Seite 2
must be changed back to the original value. Then the outbound
queues can be reactivated. If no data was transferred to the
EBP/CRM server before the change, also a correctioin of the
              check table is possible.
    -  The same logical system name was used again in a new client of
an R/3 Backend system that was linked to the EBP/CRM server.
In this case, the data is in the inbound queue of the EBP/CRM
server with the exception GUID_FOR_LOGSYS_CHANGED. In this
case, the queue entries which have status SYSFAIL must be
rejected, however, not the entire queues. If the new client of
the R/3 Backend system you have linked has exactly the same
data as the old client and if it is meant to replace the old
client (that is, this was deactivated), also a correction of
the check tables is possible. In this case, the inbound queues
can be reactivated after the correction.
The correction of the corresponding check tables or the correct
procecure in individual cases is to be agreed upon with the support of
SAP or SAP consultants at the customer site. In justified cases, SAP can
carry out the correction of the check tables.           "

  • Do we face any problem if initial download is done again and again

    Hi to all,
Do we face any problem if initial download is done again and again.
Is there any impact on the server?
    please help me.
    Regards,
    divya

    Divya,
Yes, definately there will be a impact on server. Whenever we do intial download, some logs like archiving logs gets filled in database level. This logs stores all the processing and actions and results happened during download. Once this logs is full, download will stop. SO it is always recommended to involve some BASIS or database administrator while doing download, just to monitor the logs and performanace of server. If log is full, delete the log.
I have face this problem many time...
If it helps, please credit the points.

  • Problem with initial download of a data object

    Dear All,
I have created a data object named "EQUIPMENT", which has three nodes. EQUIPMENT is the header node, DETAILS is the child node to EQUIPMENT and LOCATION is the child node to DETAILS. I have also done explicit key mapping to DETAILS and LOCATION.
I have selected the following as the BE Keys in the nodes.
SERIAL NO in EQUIPMENT header node.
    TYPE in DETAILS node.
    ZIPCODE in LOCATION node.
In the explicit key mapping of DETAILS node we have selected "SERIAL NO" field in this node.
In the explicit key mapping of LOCATION node we have selected "SERIAL NO" and "TYPE" fields in this node.
Data object contains no errors and i have activated the data object and it was successful.
Then i have also created back adapter which has EQUIPMENT get list and get detail. Get list returns only serial numbers (which is the BE key in EQUIPMENT node). Get detail takes "serail no" as input, returns "DETAILS" and "LOCATION" data in tables parameter. I have tested the get list and get detail interfaces, they are working fine. Then i have activated back end adapter and that was successful.
Now i have triggered an initial download for the  "EQUIPMENT" data object, but there is no data downloaded into the data object. I have checked the monitoring in administration portal, it is showing status "Ended with errors", but there is no details of an error.
So can you please let me know what could be mistake i have done or how to check what is the error. Please help us to resolve the issue.
    Regards,
    Kiran.

    Hi Kiran
Are you checking in the NWMA>>Monitoring>>Logs and Traces>>Backend Integration?  The logs should have the proper error.
If not can you regenerate the DO, edit and activate your adapter and try again?

  • Initial download of Z contract table from R/3 to CRM

    Hi,
We have two contract tables called ZCONTRACTHEAD and ZCONTRACTITEM in our R/3 system which we bring to our CRM system to the same respective tables.
We use a downloadable object ZZCONN_HEAD and ZZCONN_ITEM in transaction r3ac1 and do an initial download using r3as.
My problem is that in CRD client 200 which is mapped to R/3 client 200, this download does not bring any data into CRM. The download says complete but I get a BDOC error in SMW01 saying validation error.
This download works perfectly fine in CRD client 100 which is mapped to R/3 client 600.
I know that this is custom table and not a SAP standard table. But I really don't understand why this would work in one client and not in the other client. I have checked the RFC destinations and also did some other initial downloads on CRD 200 which works fine except for this particular table.
Could you please give me your opinion on how can I debug this and find where is the problem? After doing few debugging myself I found out that I am getting the validation error in BDOC in CRD client 200 is because the intitial download is not bringing any record from R/3.
Due to this problem our contract pricing is not working on our DEV system and I am not able to do any further tests or enhancements.
Any suggestion or insight on this will be very helpful.
    Thanks,
    Prasoon

    Hi Michael,
Thanks for your reply. I tried to debug the initial trasfer from CRM to R/3 but I am not able to debug the function in R/3. Also when I do a Test Function module in R/3 I am not sure as what correct parameter to put. I did refer few OSS notes 656823and 573857 but was not able to debug it in R/3. We are on CRM 3.0 Service Pack 14. Could you please suggest as to how can I debug this initial download ?
Since this initial load works perfectly fine in the other client(100) and not in in client 200, I am not sure what could be the problem.
    Any suggestions will be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Prasoon

  • Business partner Initial Download

Here is description of Business Partner setup:
CRM - Account groups - Prospective - Soldto
                                            Soldto
                                            Shipto
    ECC- Account groups - soldto
                                           Shipto
There are some more but in order to ask my question i have listed few:
We are converting data from Legacy system and it is new SAP ECC/CRM Implementation
We are going to create Prospective in CRM will replicate it to ECC under classification Prospect
In ECC we will do account group switch from Prospect to Customer keeping business partner id same by defining same number range for Prospect and Customer account group in ECC. By middlware enhancment we will replicate customer to CRM and change prospect to Customer in CRM keep same business partner number.
My Question is for Legacy Data conversion:
Data conversion strategy is to load data to ECC system and then do Intial download to CRM.
My concern is how does initial download work in terms of numbering the BP. I am going to load all customers in ECC and download to CRM.
Once we are done with initial download we will fall back to strategy of creating prospect in CRM and later doing account group switch in ECC to customer so number range in ECC is external for customers. But for data conversion legacy system is going to hit ECC -- How do we control number range ?

    Hi Murali,
As backend ERP system was a pretty old system, we had to implement 1067977. After this, the Middeware was working fine.
    Sunil,
You could try implementing this note to solve your problem

  • Mat. for Initial Download: Table not supported by function "C_"

    Hi All,
We are in SRM 5.0 & ECC 6.0 with Classic scenario. While uploading the MATERIAL through R3AS, we have the "Mat. for Initial Download: Table not supported by function C_" & "No product ID determined for material number ... of logical system" error in SMW01.
In SMQ2 in SRM, Queue is blocked with "Error in Mapping (Details: transaction SMW01)"
For your information RFC Users at both the ends have SAP_ALL authorisation. SAP Notes 720819, 420980 & 432339 are implemented.
Please guide me to resolve this issue.

  • Mat. for Initial Download: Table not supported by function

    Dear All,
While replicating material from R3AS, I am getting error in SMW01 as below:
"Mat. for Initial Download: Table not supported by function"
    Kindly suggest.
    Regards,
    Sagar

    Hi,
if anybody is interested:I solved the problem for our systems, but it's not a very nice solution:
In backendsystem, which is ECC 6.0 for us, in table CRMRFCPAR the field CRM_REL was empty for connection to CRM. I think this field should be filled automatically but it wasn't. I filled it 'hard' with '700' and then product/material data could be replicated.
    Background:
In ECC system while collecting material data the subroutine GET_DOWNLOAD_PARAMS_AND_QUEUE of FG CRM0 is called and there is a request 'IF gt_rfcdest-crm_rel GE '500'.'
This field crm_rel is filled from table CRMRFCPAR.
I think CRMRFCPAR-CRM_REL should be filled automatically when using SM30 using the RFC-Destination but in our system it was empty. (CRMPAROLTP -> CRM_RELEASE is set !). So I set CRMRFCPAR-CRM_REL 'hard' in SE11 to '700'.
This is not a very nice solution but maybe it will help anyone.
I'm also interested if anybody has another better solution.
    Regards

  • Stopped Initial download for Bupa_Main  in CRM in between

    Hi Experts,
We have a problem in CRM. The initial download for the object BUPA_MAIN was accidently started by one of collegues.
The job ran for almost 24 hour adn was still running. The queues went as high as to 40000 entries & the outbound queues started getting stuck in ISU system
So we had to finally kill the job & things resumes as normal...
Can anybody let me know as to what would be the impact of killing the job...

    Hi Rohit,
    Thanks for the info.
Please let me know as to which table will i have to check to see if the download is successfully completed. ( for object BUPA_MAIN)
And did u mean unlocking the queues by quoting 'clearing ' the queue. We we did clear the blocked queue (r3ad* ) but the queue R3AI* got cleared automatically...
Also it seems that the R3AI* queue is still running even cancelling the job.
Also shows as a error in SWMP tcode indicating a abort of initial download.  How do i get rid of it.

  • Price conditions download problem

    Hi!
I have a problem with downloading to CRM price conditions. I have some price objects (DNL_COND_A002, DNL_COND_A003...) in R3AM1 with yellow light. They stuck in queue with SYSFAIL. In SMW01 for specific BDoc I have message:
Target table CNCCRMPRSAP002 is not actively available
There is no active target table for an application for usage A.
Error when carrying out initial download.
    Objects:
    DNL_CUST_CND
    DNL_CUST_PRC
    DNL_CUST_FGD
    were downloaded correctly.
I've tried to find table CNCCRMPRSAP002 in CRM but it doesn't exists. Please help!
    Best regards
    P

    Hi Piotr,
You could think of generating the adapter object in transaction SMOGGEN.
and also check the table CNCCRMPRSAP002 is activated in CRM system, then upload the adapter object.
I hope, this could help you...

  • Query Regarding Initial Download

    Hello,
I am facing quite some problems while doing an initial download of customizing objects from R/3 to CRM.
    1. Are number ranges and PIDE settings mandatory for initial download of customizing objects? I am asking this question because
          a. while downloading DNL_CUST_CNDALL object, I am getting A BDOC message
    1. "Validation error occurred: Module CRM_BUPA_MAIN_VAL, BDoc type BUPA_MAIN."
                 2. "Acct Group KUNA do not exist",
                 3. "Partner PAC-CUST(00215A491AF21ED18AF18C8F4A05AFC2): the following errors occurred"
          b. While downloading DNL_CUST_KTOKD, I am geting BDoc messages:
    1. Validation error occurred: Module CRM_BUPA_MAIN_VAL, BDoc type BUPA_MAIN.
                 2. Business partner with GUID 00215A491AF21ED18AF0B11059A4CFC2 does not exist
                 3. Partner BP7778(00215A491AF21ED18AF0B11059A4CFC2): the following errors occurred
    2. Is there a particular order in which we have to download customizing objects? like some objects must be downloaded first before downloading other objects.
    Please help
    Regards,
    Harsh

    Hi Harsh,
DNL_CUST_CONDALL is the adapter object for condition download & DNL_CUST_KTOKD for account groups in ECC.
As i mentioned above that the Download of DNL_CUST_CONDALL is concern with the download of the condtion & condition techniques fron=m ECC to CRM. this is the part of the master data but not customising.Condition technique will have the condition tables with various combination. For example sales area -- business partner/cutomer -- discounts. If you download this object without having Business partner and sales area in CRM system you are bound to get the validation error.
In your case, your condition table must be having a customer data which is not present in CRM, thats why probably you are getting the error.
    Before downloading the condition objects
Down load -- customising for BP
Down load -- customising for product
Down load -- Business object for BP
Down load -- Business object for Product
Set your org structure and do the ECC mapping
Down load -- Business object & customizing for condition.
    I hope this helps.
    Thanks & Kind Regards,
    Amit

  • Initial download DNL_CUST_CNDALL failed

    Hi,
I am doing initial download of DNL_CUST_CNDALL from ECC6 to CRM7.0. it was shown as as successful in R3AM1 but no data was transferred. When I checked in SLG1 and CND_MAP_LOG_DISPLAY it shows the error message " Value correction USE_NAMESPACE in table /SAPCND/T681 failed"
Any idea what could be the problem. RFC connection etc are working fine as i could load some other object.
Thanks in advance for any help.
    LK

    Hi Luvkush,
CRM table /SAPCND/T681T is a text table for table /SAPCND/T681. In the R/3 system, the corresponding text table T681T has a key field SETYP which no longer exists in the CRM table.
If these records are exchanged between the R/3 OLTP system and CRM system, the system updates that record with the first SETYP value which occurs in exchange object, generally, this is inital, and all other records can no longer be updated due to identical key and system issues the error.
You can also refer to note 314315 for detailed understanding.
    Hope this helps you.
