Initialization failed.... pls help

first thing this morning, my fone was fine and i sent a message and then after that initialization failed came up, i took out battery and sim, put them back in and rebooted, (a few times), rang vodafone and they said to call to shop with it, went shop and they rang vodafone, no one knows what this means.... vodaone rang me this eve and logged into my computer and updated software for device and computer and said that when it installs it will be fine.... and they will ring me in the morning and if it does not work to bring it into shop again..... dont think i can take much more of this.... all i want to know is what """""" INITIALIZATION FAILED"""""""" mean? Can anyone help pls????

I figured this out - shop couldnt understand wat was wrong and neither could vodafone - i had to replace my SIM card... thats all simple

NSS Initialization Failed

I recently installed a fresh copy of Sun Webserver 6.1 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.5. After successfully completing the install, I tried to start the administrative server and got the following errors in the log:

Does anyone have any ideas about what might be the problem? I noticed that the /opt/SunWwbsvr/alias folder was empty. Is that normal? I then tried copying the contents of the alias folder from another server to the machine with the empty alias folder. The problem persisted.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Note: Upgrading to WebServer 7 is not currently an option due to some ancient webapps.

I am having the same issue as well. The admin we had before has left and has not passed on the iPlanet 6.1 webserver Admin console username and password and the Trust Store username and password as well.
How do we reset the Trust Store password and launch the console?

Well, sadly, those technicians may have misdirected you. This site is a user-to-user community of volunteers...it is not a channel for any formal communications with, support from, nor escalation to RIM. RIM provides zero front-line support to any end-users...such is actually contractually prohibited.
The technicians, if they are authorized BB support folks, have channels for escalating things to RIM that need to be so. I recommend you go back to them and have them do so.

Initialization failed!! need help

I have just had to change my network provider after I took my sim card out, I put a new one in but the phone could not read it. I have tried 5 or 6 different Sims and networks but the phone will not read any of them, the fone has been unlocked and is open to any network so can anyone please help me in trying to fix it. All it says when turned on is initialization failed, I have tried resetting it and everything but can't figure it out, plz help me

Initialization failed usually means a problem with the sim card. I know you've tried a few but it's usually a sim card issue, not a device issue.

First of all, I have to ask, why to you "need" to install a fresh copy of OSX?
This may mean that your hard drive is failing, so hopefully you have a backup.
I'm assuming you were in your recovery partition when you did this.
I would, from the recovery partition, repair your hard drive and permissions.

And then try to create the partition again.
If that doesn't work, you have a few options:
Try a third party utility like DiskWarrior or TechTool which may be able to repair your hard drive:
DiskWarrior 4 - The Disk Utility for Mac Disk Repair, Mac Directory Repair, Mac Disk Recovery, Mac Data Recovery or Techtool Pro 7
Try internet recovery, perhaps erase the entire hard drive and reinstall ML.
If nothing else works, then I'd replace the HD and start over.

I have a quesiton regarding to security . This is a very basic question and related to a base security feature of Bı. But it doesn't work here.
My version is obiee 11g. Here is what i try to achive:
I have created a new user called userA. I put this into the BICOnsumer group so it can run analysis.
Then in order to userA run an analysis, i log into another user, choose a sample report called reportA , and give full control to userA. ( i also tried other rights)
Since reportA is stored in folderA , i also give full rights for folderA to userA.
Now what i expect to see is , if i login with userA , i can open the folderA and see, run the reportA.
But: although i can open folderA , i can't see the reportA. Very simple thing i think , but it doesn't run .
And

Have you check catalog -->folder A-->
permission --> add it user A then try log in it will show to userA
Also make sure below steps also
Go -- settings manage dashboard access add it user A then it should work

Ia m beginner in java web start. I creaate a simple swing application and try to launch it through web start. But I failed. My application jar file (sample.jar)contains only class files. No menifest file. Then I sign my "sample.jar" file and placed inside tomcat server: "webapps/root/WebStart/Sample". What I have attempted:
- Attempted to connect to Shared Services, Workspace url's - YES
- Checked openLDAP & my Database is running - YES
- Added following to Configuration File :
SharedServicesLocation machinex 28080
AUTHENTICATIONMODULE CSS http://machinex:28080/interop/framework/getCSSConfigFile YES, but same error
- Changed essbase.bak to essbase.sec YES but same error
- netstat -an to check for 1423. Port 1423 is not listening, although ALL TCP Ports have been enabled. So YES but same error.
- Read Knowledgebase article # 954322.1 - the suggested things in there don't seem to apply to my case, unless I am missing something.
At this point does anybody have any suggestions ?

An update: Just for kicks, I tried restarting Essbase using Start->Programs-EPMSystem->Essbase->EssbaseServer->Essbase.bat and apparently now Essbase is started.
EAS, Studio and Planning however are down.

This is really strange. There is NOTHING that I changed, started or stopped which could have caused Essbase to start magically all of a sudden.
