Innocent emails flagged as Spam - can't get it resolved

I tried to send an innocent email for 3 days straight (to fewer than 10 people) .    Somehow Verizon has determined this to be SPAM.    I called about this "big brother" approach and they told me to send it to an address that would review the email.  ([email protected])    I sent it and received no response.    I sent it a second time and received no response.   this is the second time this has happened recently and I'm really mad.    If I cannot depend upon Verizon to send innocent,  non-suggestive,  non-porno,  and non-soliciting emails,   then I'll go to another Vendor.    I'm getting pretty tired of the entire FIOS experience.    The person I spoke with in the technical area told me to call the "accounts" area - where you pay bills.    Clearly just trying to get rid of me.    The SPam detector sends you to a brilliant address to "Explain" what's going on -   that says is "SORRY,  bla,  bla,  bla"     The [email protected] won't respond and no one will tell me anything.   
To date I have spent 1 hr. on the various "solutions" that verizon offers.    It's a total waste of time.    It's time to find a new ISP.

As stated in the Spam FAQ page, you will not get any response when sending the message to [email protected] for review. You attach the message that you are unable to send, and they review it. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, the filter will either be updated to allow the content that was previously blocked, or it will be determined to be a legitimate block and no changes will be made.
Some troubleshooting steps you can try:
If you have a signature, try removing one line at a time from it and attempting to send the message again. Some signatures look like "ads" to the filters, apparently.
If you are using a pop3 client (Outlook, Outlook Express, etc.) try sending your message from the verizon.net website. If this resolves the issue, then it is something that your client is adding to the message that is causing it to be blocked.
If the Subject line of your message has a whole bunch of "Fwd: Fwd: Re: Fwd:" try removing some of them.
Remove any links/URLs from the email one at a time to isolate if one of them is causing the block.
If a forum member gives an answer you like, give them the Kudos they deserve. If a member gives you the answer to your question, mark the answer as Accepted Solution so others can see the solution to the problem.

    Try turning the email account off and then turn it on again. Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>select your gmail account>Off. Go to the mail app and then come back to the account in the settings and turn it on again.
    If you can't find any other way for the iPad to accept the password, delete the email account and then add it back onto the iPad.

    That's Activation Lock. You will need to remember the Apple ID and password you used to set up the phone.
    If you can't remember them, you can go to iforgot.apple.com to try to recover the information.
    If you are the original owner of the phone & have proof of purchase, you can try calling Apple to see if they can assist also.

    If you change your Apple ID you will need to sign in with the new information or password the next time you use an Apple service or feature that uses Apple ID. If you have multiple devices that use features and services that require an Apple ID, you will need to sign in again on each device.

    To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone (if you're using iOS 7), then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.  If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change.  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud).  Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.  Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

    apps and music should be in your itunes media library, sync to itunes to get them back on your phone.

    Go into Settings>Mail,Contacts, Calenders then you need to click on your email and make sure you have the thing next to the word notes switch on.
    Then they should sync over the iCloud

    My photos are syncing from my iPhone to the iCloud PhotoStream and to our iPad, but they are no longer syncing to our home computer (Microsoft operating system, not Apple).   Why would this happen and how can I get it resolved?  I have since tried to remove and reinstall the iCloud application in my computer's control panel.  I have verified that I am using the latest Apple operating system and the latest iTunes.  I have reset my photo stream.  Not sure what else to try...   I was also having an issue with my calendar where it would sync from my computer to my iPhone but not vice versa.  Somehow in all the resetting that's resolved, but the photo issue is not.   Again - photos are going into the photostream, but not wirelessly being put into the file on my computer.

    To change the iCloud ID on your device you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password to turn off Find My iPhone when prompted, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.

    Run the cleaner, reinstall.
    Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
    And don't bother with running any updates unless you really need them or they fix a critical issue relevant to your workflow.

  • How to remove an email address if I can't get to my Apple ID account.

    I have an email address locked to an old Apple ID. For some reason my date of birth reset doesn't work to reset it and the email address is an old @me account and I can't get to it. How can I remove the address so I can use it on my current Apple ID?
    This happened when apple forced me to use an email address for Apple ID as I just had a username at the time. And when I tried to register a new phone, I somehow lost access and created a new Apple ID.

    If the old ID is yours, and if your new ID was created by editing the details of this old ID (rather than being an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change.  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll.  When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud).  Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.  Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.
