Input Screen fields are not showing the description

Hi
I have copied a program, generated using SQVI, to a Zprogram, say Ztest, and when I execute this Ztest the description of the fields on selection screen are coming as SP$00001, SP$00002 and so on.
however if I execute the query made using SQVI the field description are the field descriptions.
Can anybody help me resolve this, to show the field description in ZTest also.

Hi khanna_rahul,
since quite a long time (10+ years) I do not use SE38 any longer - partly to avoid such errors as you are confronting now. In SE80 object tree, right mouse click on report, copy, in the popup mark everything, give new name(s) and that was it.
For you it will be easier to just copy and paste between two sessions of report texts. Don't worry, system will ask for transport.

ST06 Screen values are not showing as expected like avg CPU idle time and min Swap space, page out and page in values etc.
All fileds are showing "Zero Values" since last week and i just found tht today.

Try stopping the SAPOSCOL NT service. Then, copy this folder (making a backup):
installdrive\usr\sap\prfclog to installdrive\usr\sap\prfclog_old
Then, clear out everything inside of installdrive\usr\sap\prfclog
Also, doens't hurt at this time to check the credential of the user running your SAPOSCOL, typically it should be the same as the user running your SAP instance.
Start SAPOSCOL and wait for the OS collector job to run. Give it 24 hours, come back and check.

IBASE-IOBJECT not showing the description

Dear Experts,
Am creating IBASE using my standalone program. Its creating properly. My problem is its not showing the Description for the Ibject ( ie product ). While creating component i update the field descr in i_comp_data. But no use.
Anyone Guide me how to show the description?

PLD's are not showing the Indian Rupee Sign

Hi All !
I have an issue with Indian Rupee sign .
Using SAP 8.8 PL: 15
I have configured the Rupee Forbidden Font in the Currency setting / Fonts / Local Currency .
The System forms are returning the correct logo of Rupee , but the Layouts with PLD's are not showing the Indian Rupee Sign .
Please suggest the solution for PLD .

I have converted the entire PLD in the Rupee Forbidden font , but the layout is not returning the correct LOGO .
Even i have configured the Currency correctly . It is showing over the Forms But not showing in the Layout .
It is returning like ` 100
Is there any other setting to do regarding the PLD , for the same.

Dont use the quantity field same as that it come from interface Fm declare one field for quantity in the global settings and write the logic to pass the value to that field and pass that global value to the particular texts...same is the case with currency fields also.

Selection screen fields are not clearing..!

I have created one report which is having a selection screen with four select-options.
Now after executing the report, when i click on "back" icon the selection screen entries are not clearing even i refresh the select-options also.

My Airdrop Photos are not showing the correct date when I receive them from my Family.

When I recieve photos via Airdrop or Shared Photo Stream they are not in the correct order in my Camera roll. The Dates are off. What is happening here?

You don't need to delete photos from your camera roll to save on backup sizes, you can turn individual items on and off for back up in your iCloud back up settings.
Apple States that the last 3 back ups are accessible, which means the photos from your back up may not be removed immediately.
Being able to back up to the cloud can be very useful, especially if you don't have access to a computer or have infrequent access to one, however unless you specifically need to use iCloud for back up, you will find backing up to iTunes significantly more convenient and possibly more reliable.

Using Screen Exit AMPL0001 in TCode MP02 but fields are not showing.

I created a project, added the enhancement AMPL0001, included some test fields in the subscreen, activated components and project but when I run the transaction where my custom fields are supposed to be shown this is not happening. None of my fields is displaying just the rest of fields that already were there.
I have reviewed what can be the differences between my fields and the others but I don't see any.
What am I missing?

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I'm sure, I have reviewed several times. Actuallly I deactivated and reactivated my project a couple of times before you mention, now I did it again and I get the same result.
A couple of questions:
Is it normal that the new fields I add to the subscreen are grayer than the rest of fields?
Is it normal that the status of the subscreen is shown as "Modified/Activated" instead of "Activated"?

Selection screen fields are not getting detected in an infoset in code

I am developing an infoset query using logical database 'PNPCE'. I am facing problem while writing a validation on selection screen fields on an infoset query at infoset code level.
The fields that are under program specific selection are determined at runtime with variables viz. SP$00001, SP$00002 etc. There are actually select options on selection screen of an infoset query.
So I cannot write a direct code on these fields as they do not exist at infoset level and hence cannot be detected.
I want to put down a validation that if user does not select anything on selection-screen and executes the query, then he should get a pop-up message 'Narrow down your search...' and he should go back to selection screen again.
Is there any alternative way to achieve this?

Your Screen resolution is more in the system that's why while creating it was fine and while executing it was gone after the next field.
so you better create a frame and place that inside it or you can change cols size in the properties about the columns you want

Returned fields are not showing up under stored procedure

First I would like to say I haven't used crystal reports before.
I created a crystal report in VS2008 and under Database fields I pointed to my stored procedure. The parameter fields show up but there are no return fields under the stored procedure. I tested the SP in SQL Management Studio and it works correctly and returns the correct fields. When selecting the SP I tried unselecting "Set to Null Value" for each of the parameters and entered values I knew would return fields and the fields show up under the SP but they are filled with the data from the parameters I used. Which I would expect. If I go back to using null, the fields disappear.
I also had this problem when I updated another Report after adding a new field to be returned from a SP. I fiddled around with it and got it working but not sure how or why it saw the fields when I got it working.
And today I updated a stored procedure to use a string parameter and not an integer parameter. After I updated the SP in VS2008 using the field explorer, the return fields disappear. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for the reply. I verified the database multiple times before posting and just verified it again. No luck. Also the SP has only one select.
I found some crystal report cds with 8.5 (the newest I could find), I installed it and tried to use the SP and it gave me the following error:
"There are no return fields in the file". VS2008 does not give this error.
I tried using crystal reports with all the SPs I altered and I get the same error. Most of the changes to the SPs are in the where cause (Changing from field = @field to field IN (@fields) and changing a parameter from an int to a string. Also as a side note, when setting up the data source I am choosing to use nulls. Is this correct? The SPs were all written using SQL string format if that makes any difference.
UPDATE: I tried using discree values that I knew would return values and the return fields show up. They are populated with the expected values but if I use these values all my reports will be the same. As I would expect. So why doesn't it work for NULL values? Maybe my thinking is wrong here but isn't null values used so you can dynamically select values for the parameters at runtime?

In Acrobat X Pro, fields are not showing up when previewing or creating Reader-enabled PDF

I have a form with many fields (217 in all). When I click "Preview" within Form Editing, I only see a small subset of the fields. If I save as a user-enabled form, that form only shows the same fields. Why aren't all of the fields showing up? Thanks!

Never mind. I believe I figured it out. I thought that setting the form field to "Invisible" just affected whether the box would be visible to the end-user, not whether it would be fillable at all. Now that I set all of the fields as "Visible but doesn't print" all of the fields show up.

VA02 Dataloss flag is set, when new screen fields are not changed, why ?

I have added some new fields to the sales order item Additional data B tab.
When I go into the sales order in change mode (VA02) and navigate to the Additional data B tab and don't change any of the new field values, the system think that I have made changes to the sales order when I press the yellow exit button, I have debugged the transaction and field (SAPMV45B)R185D-DATALOSS is being populated, how can I stop this.
Any help will be appreciated.

I guess that the marked fields are the ones you are missing in bi.
"P" means that the values are extracted but one cannot restrict the values by using the parameter of an info package. Did you try to test the extraction with the rsa3 to see if the extraction locally works no your r/3 system?
If it works, check if the fields of the data source are contained within your transfer structure. If niot, add them and add the mapping to your targets.

View Layouts are not showing the various options

When I select the View Layouts drop down I do not 'see' the various options. They seem to be displayed as black on black. The options are there they are just not visible. Is anybody else seeing this or is there a work around? See upper righthand corner of display.

Download "Preference Manager" free from Digital Rebellion (dot com), and use it to properly, quickly, and safely delete your Motion 5 pref files. Should clear that up, if simply re-launching Motion 5 doesn't do it.

My podcasts are not showing the latest episodes in the iTunes store

Hi All,
The latest episodes of two of my podcast feeds have not yet updated in the iTunes store; both feeds had episodes posted Friday, May 10th but the new episodes are not yet appearing in the store directory.
Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening? I've noticed a couple others have recently posted similar problems and I suspect this is an issue on Apple's end as the episodes are available to subscribers and the feeds seem to validate. Can anyone confirm?

When you add a new episode to your feed and upload it, it appears immediately for subscribers because their iTunes application reads the feed directly and the Store is not involved.
However because of the huge number of podcasts in the Store (thousands) the Store caches the feed and checks it for updates periodically. For this reason it usually takes 1-2 days for new episodes to appear in the Store: sometimes it can be less, and occasionally the whole process seems to get stuck and it can take several days.
Your feeds are up to date when subscribing, so it's just a matter of waiting for the Store to catch up.

In that view i created model context node and it is referring to BuilHeader bol object. these context node fields are not showing in the configuration tab. if i expand my context node folder in the configuartion , it is shoiwng empty. Check the generation of the context node class , check its super class it should be CL_BSP_WD_CONTEXT_NODE_TV, and your view code must support the configuration. check the below view code snippet for table
