Insert Blank Measures at Beginning of Song

I have a song that I want to add 4 blank measures to. I know how to move all of the regions, but I would also like to move the Markers, the Tempo and the Transposition at the same time, so that everything I have recorded so far lines up. How do I go about moving everything 4 measures over??

Not that I know... however, you can just open the Transposition track, click on the track header to select all, grab the (space after) the very first event and drag that 4 bars to the right. Everything will be moved along.

I deleted some measures in the beginning of my song, and wish to eliminate the space there.
So, I'm looking for either:
1. A "Beginning of Song" marker that I can just drag right up to my first note of music, or
2. A way to select everything, including all the volume adjustments, so that I can drag it all back to the beginning, in one fell swoop.
Can anyone help me with this?

Inserting Blank/Silence Into Project

Hello- Does anyone know how to insert blank space/silence into a project. Say at the beginning or middle of the project. When I select all and move, the volume changes I made don't move with it.

Insert Blank Disc???

I have been having this problem for about 4 months now, since I installed the new version. Nobody has been able to answer this for me & was re-posting this to see if anybody else is having this problem & if it was fixed. I insert a disc to burn & it states 'you have inserted a blank disc', then when I go to burn it states 'please insert blank disc'. Does anybody have an answer for this? I am in desperate need of an answer because I am going crazy! Here is my diagnostic report:

what do you mean by a 'blank row'? ALV displays tabular data with 'any' number of columns. Now if you actually want a blank row (no columns at all, just a row), then that is just not possible. If I'm not mistaken, this question was posted before, so try to do a search on SCN. See what is says.

Report Painter insert blank line after report header

Hi Expert,
I have a problem to insert a blank line (a spacing) after the report header of my customized report painter.
For example, in standard cost center report, S_ALR_87013611, there is a small box listed information like cost center/group ... and reporting period.
Right after reporting period, the report header box ends, and there is a space line between it and the cost element data ...
For my customized report painter, I cannot make this space line.
I tried edit > row > insert blank line ... but not successful ... kindly advise.

In KKO2 go to output tab, here under layout, tick header and then press pencil symbol and in the editor you write your header. I think this will give you desired result.

Not on my document. I have a 7 page document open. The "flashing vertical bar" is at the top of page 3. I have the thumbnail view showing. I click page break and two blank pages are added to the end of my document. I have to scrool thru the pages to see that the 2 pages were added as they do not appear in the layout view... I'm not sure if it is inserting a "section" as it adds two blank pages.. But I am clicking on "INSERT PAGE BREAK".. So guess there are still a lot of bugs to fix..

Captivate 7 -- Insert Blank Slide bug?

I'm creating a tutorial in Captivate 7 (Win 8.1) using screen shots (taken from another computer using Windows 8.1 Update). I would like the last slide to be a blank screen that I will then mock up. I use "Insert > Blank Slide" to do so. The slide, in the filmstrip, appears to be blank. However, when I click on the slide, it shows a screen shot from a previous slide. I can't get rid of it. The image file doesn't appear in the Timeline nor, as already stated, in the Filmstrip.
What can I do? I want to add a SmartShape to cover the screen but I want the alpha toned down to 80%. When I do that, I can see the background image that shouldn't be there in the first place. Help!

Check if the timing of the image on the previous slide is set to Rest of the Project.

In iTunes, go "Help > Run Diagnostics". Uncheck the boxes other than DVD/CD tests, as per the following screenshot:

I really want to Insert blank values into Oracle database,and also want to retrieve blank values from table.
When I try to insert blank values ,Its inserting null values.

user631179, logically if you have a descrition or other printable
character column where the value is blanks you do not have a value.
The data item is logically unknown or non-existent, hence NULL.
You can assign blanks (spaces) for NULL in the querying program
like SQLPlus does on display. The Pro*C and other language tools
provides null indicator bytes for this purpose.

EvDRE Question -- Inserting Blank Rows

Here's a good question that we've run into a couple of different times with EvDRE: Say you are specifying a Memberset to expand on that will consist of a comma-delimited list like:
bas(Accounts_Receivable), Accounts_Receivable,
bas(Accounts_Payable), Accounts_Payable,
bas(Notes_Receivable), Notes,Receivable,
bas(Fixed_Assets), Fixed_Assets ...etc.
This would expand each of the four account groups, and follow each of them with their respective parent.
Question: What's the best way to insert a blank row after each parent/subtotal?
It turns out that if you use the SUPPRESS=Y for that Expansion, that the Blanks get suppressed (since the suppression is . Also, I'm not sure if there is a good Before/After Range option... But, how about maybe using INSERT ?

You can insert blank lines by adding extra commas with nothing in between.
So in your example this would mean:
bas(Accounts_Receivable), Accounts_Receivable,,bas(Accounts_Payable), Accounts_Payable,,bas(Notes_Receivable), Notes,Receivable,bas(Fixed_Assets), Fixed_Assets
Suppression will also suppress the blank lines, so you cannot use that function in this solution.
The option 'insert' will give you the possibilitie to manually insert new lines which you have to select with your right mouse button as an enduser, so I think this is useless this situation.

Why do I keep getting a message "insert blank disk" when trying to burn playlist to cd? I can import burned cds to iTunes just fine, but cannot burn playlist to disk.

Insert blank disc...when one is already in?

After sucessfully burning a disc. Then attempting to burn another iTunes says to "insert a blank disc". Ejecting the blank disc I have already put in the PC. Then inserting another fresh disc it says "checking media", then nothing happens. I click burn disc againg and it ejects the disc saying again "insert blank disc". AAARRG! Please help! The only solution I have found is to reboot the PC....every time!!

Try clicking the burn button first then insert the CD when prompted. OSX should then verify the CD and if it's good start writing your data. I've had the same problem with itunes and found it ofter fails if I put the CD in first so now I always wait till prompted to insert the CD. When I wait till prompted it always works.
