Insert multiple images in one slide and setting dsiplay time for each

Hi,
I am using Adobe Captivate4.
I could not able to insert multiple images in one slide and set display time for each image.
Need help in this regard.

This is not about background image.
I have 3 images and want to insert in one slide only. I could able to insert image1 for first time, but could not able to insert image2 and image3.
I have followed the same steps: Insert Menu>Image.

is there something similar to the osx keynote-action where you select a bunch of images of different sizes, apply an action to them such that they are uniformly resized and cycled?
how can that be achieved on the ipad?

i have several osx-keynote presentations which extensively use that 'slideshow on one slide' action which, as you mentioned, doesn't work on the ipad. when copying these presentations to the ipad, such slideshows are transformed into animations where each image gets a fade-in along with a fade-out property. (since i am using the german version, i don't really know the exact names for those properties, but i am sure you'll know what i mean.)
however, those transformed slideshows most of the time get messed up somehow, positions of images change and also masked images are displayed incorrectly.
it would help a lot to have an easy workflow for quickly producing such slideshows directly inside keynote for ipad. say, i have some imported images of varying size and define transitions between them. the problem: when resizing and masking them to a common size (hard enough on ipad), moving them one on top of the other will make it impossible to select one after the other in order to assign the fade-in and fade-out transitions. i would have to do that before the resizing, but for 10+ images that's real cumbersome....

Multiple images on one slide

Haven't used Keynote for ages and it all seems to hjave changed in version 6.
I want to have a single slide that has three images on it. The images need to transition automatically after 2 seonds, and I need to have the whole slide transition on click.
Is this polssible please, and is there some tutorial which tells me how to set this up?

I'm getting a new ipad and I'll be handing over my ipad 3 to my Hubby. I was wondering if we could both share different IDs in the same account and be able to face time each other from my account. Most of his apps where purchased on my itunes for the ipod he uses from my account. Will I need to make him a separate itunes account?

You don't have to create another account - I facetime and imessage with my wife's ipad all the time using one apple id. All you do is on one device check mark one email address in " send and receive " area and on other ipad another adress. So I do that from ***@hotmail to ***@icloud. BTW imessage and facetime have nothing to do with icloud or itunes and to have different id's for icloud would be my recommendation as well.

I'm sure this is something that's been covered in another post (or even in the help portal) but I think my wording in my search terms are not correct or... I don't know, because I just can't find what I'm looking for.

From the menu Insert > Image you can't choose more than 1 image... how strange is that ?!?

Well ... here's one way you can put 100 photos onto a page in DWCS4
First - be sure all photos are web ready - I had one straight from my camera and at 4+MB it was a bit TOO LARGE!)
Next - have them in a folder outside of DW and select them.
Next - drag them into Design View and drop them and answer all the popup screens

I wanted to insert multiple images into database using JDBC by reading it from the file... and i am passing photos.txt(my text file) as an input parameter... I have inserted all the values into the database except for the image part... this is my content of photos.txt file and i have copied all the images into the folder

As i am able to enter one image file by above code in1.jpg in to the oracle database.... but i am not able to insert all the image file in to the database.....do tell me what should i do.... and can you give me the example on the basis of the above code of mine...

I would like to post multiple images in a single blog post. When ever I add a second or third image in the "entry" section of iweb, it does not show up in the blog post on the homepage of the blog. does anyone know if it is even possible to have multiple, separate images in one post, and if so, how.

I would also recommend to write the description into the meta data. This would allow to place a text frame above the image and it is possible to add meta information and file name automatically together with the image, when you place it or even in a prepared template.
Meta data information can be written easily in Bridge in the Meta File Workspace.

I have around 50 images and I load only 10 at a time for a purpose, I am controlling this my "start" variable which contains the initial point. And I want to free previous loaded images while loading new ones.
But when I uncomment the release method My program crashes..
And if I do not release My memory is not being freed, as I checked in Instruments, although there is not leak in Leaks but still object allocation goes on and on with overall system memory of 100 MB. And because of this I get Low Memory Warning in program when I test in the device. I don't know what is the problem here. Please let me know if anyone has resolution.

Sorry but apparently we are living in different timezones, so missed your answer because I was in dreamland.
If you want to report to a LMS, you probably want to have a score for each of the questions on the slide. That is a problem with the default Question slides, because they are always scored black/white: only when all the answers are correct will the user gets a score, otherwise it will be 'zero'. Partial scoring is not possible with default Question slides. Please, if you have some time, fill in a feature request to have this functionality high on the priority list of the Adobe developers.
Two possibilities:
If you want to continue using the default Question slides, have each question on a different slide and try to make the experience for the user as fluent as possible.
Create your own question slides, using the standard objects, user variables and advanced actions. But I warn you: this gives you total control, it is possible to report to a LMS but it wil mean a lot more development time. Adding music to more than one slide and not the entire presentation

I love the way Keynote looks and behaves, but it fails to compete with PPT on certain aspects, such as adding the same audio track to more than one slide and NOT have it play for the entire presentation. Using PPT (and I hate PCs!) you can have a track play for "n" number of slides. I'm frustrated that I cannot do this with Keynote! I don't want the track as a soundtrack for the entire presentation. I want to add another audio track to, say, the last two or three slides only and something else for all the other slides. I looked through the user manual, forums, etc. and found that I can only add a soundtrack to the entire thing or a different audio to only one slide.
Question: What if I cut (that last two slides) and paste the the slides as a new Presentation with its own soundtrack, then reincorporate that back and paste it into the original presentation? Will that work or will the original soundtrack take over the entire presentation again?

Anyone remember Claris Works for Mac back in the early 90s? Now, that was a gem! What were they thinking when they got rid of that one (and replaced it with AppleWorks!)?
