"Insert Timecode" Button Won't Turn Off

I'm trying to do an insert edit to a Digibeta deck using FCP and an AJA Io SDI/FW unit. For some reason the "Insert Timecode" button stays on yellow and won't turn off so I won't overwrite the timecode.
Anyone know why this would happen? I'm able to turn off the video and audio buttons next to it.

I don't use an AJA box but my understandings is FCP doesn't send out timecode. You insert edit is dependent on the timecode already existing on tape. It that button is turned on the deck will insert new code. Check the pop-up on top for Editing and Mastering. I belive it needs to be on editing and that should allow you to turn TC off.

Charger led turns green as I press power button, won't turn off

My MBP is turned off. When I plug it in, it's charging and the led is orange. The battery indicator LEDs work as well.
When I press the power button to turn it on, nothing happens, except the led on the charger turning green until i stop pressing the power button.
I tried an SMC reset, didn't solve anything.
What could it be?

I found that out 2 years ago, it's just that I thought Apple might have changed that.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

If not then your sleep button is broken, you will need to get it serviced.

Try to Reset your device.
Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button (I know you think it's broken, but try) and the Home button for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears (ignore the Slide to Power Off that shows up first).

First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
Finally, if the Restore doesn't work, let the battery drain completely. Then recharge for at least an hour and Restore again.

CAPS LOCK lit, won't turn off

CAPS LOCK stays lit and won't turn off, keyboard caps remain on. I'm able to hold the SHIFT key and the computer will go into lower case. When typing a sentence with the CAPS LOCK lit, the computer CAPS LOCK light goes off and I'm able to type in lower case. The minute I stop typing, the CAPS LOCK lights and remains on.

Sometimes electrical components needs to have all power sources removed and reintroduced to work properly. Try performing a hard reset first, if it doesn't work then we'll move to the next step.
To Perform A Hard Reset
Shut down the computer by going to the Start menu and selecting shut down. (If you have no display, hold the power button down for 5 seconds); (if the computer doesn't power on, move to the next step)
Disconnect the AC Adapter from the notebook.
Remove the battery from the bottom of the notebook. There will be a switch/button to eject the battery.
Wait at least 1 minute with all power sources disconnected.
Re-insert the battery and reconnect the AC Adapter and then attempt to power on the notebook.

I'm keeping it connected to the charger so it doesn't go dead. Is there anything I can do to resurrect my pod?

To get out of disk mode do a iPod Hard Reset.
Toggle the Hold switch till you dont see the red mark.
Press Menu and Center buttons simultaneously for about 10 secs till the Apple logo comes ON then release the buttons
Select your preferred language.

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.

GPS won't turn off

IiPhone 5, with latest available software- GPS symbol won't turn off. I have shut down all apps (home button twice, cleared all apps in bottom row) but its still on. This has only started happening in last couple of weeks. It's sucking up battery really fast, which is really frustrating as battery life seemed to have improved a bit since latest OS. Any ideas?
