Inserting data into two tables

Question

hi
i have two tables
table1
Column1.........................................     Column2
Primary key     ........................................Foreign key ref to column2 in table2
table2
col1............................................ ............... col2
foriegn key ref to col1 in tab1 ........................ primary key
now my question is how to insert data in to the two tables
