I guess you are using CRMD_EMAIL transaction to define your mail forms and templates to be send as part of campaign designed in transaction CRM_MKTPL.
If so the you jst need to open the mail form (transaction CRMD_EMAIL), Select your mail form, right click on the root node of mail form (Page) and create a new subject line (menu path> Righ click>Create> Subject Line).
Enter the text you desire to pass as subject line.
Save the mail form.

Error While selecting Layout option in tcode SFP

Hi
I am getting the below error when i select the layout option in tcode SFP.
Could not start Layout Designer (see long text)
Message no. FPUIFB086
Diagnosis
The forms design tool for developing the form layout could not be started; either it is not installed or there are errors in the installation.
Procedure
Make sure that you have the forms design tool installed on your desktop (the tool is part of the SAPGUI installation).
Also read SAP Note 801524.
How to resolve this error?

For information about where to find the successive version of the installation component
"Forms Design Tool" - "Adobe Forms Designer"
refer to Note 962763.
Reason and Prerequisites
This note describes two possible installation procedures:
Direct installation on the workstation
Update installation server (for administrators)
Solution
Direct installation on the workstation
Product: "SAP Interactive Forms" - "Adobe LiveCycle Designer"
              Start "ALDsetup. exe" directly on your workstation. If you had already installed an older version of "Adobe Designer 6.0" using "SAP GUI" or "SAP NetWeaver Development Studio", you first need to delete the older "Forms Design Tool" version in the corresponding installation.
Update installation server:
If you have integrated an SAP GUI installation server with
6.40 Compilation 3
6.40 Compilation 2
6.20 Compilation 6
you can add the following product:
Product: "SAP Interactive Forms" - "Adobe LiveCycle Designer":
              To do this, start the program
              "..\setup\ALDtoGUIServer.exe"
              and specify the network path for an existing SAP GUI installation server. After this procedure, you can see the new "Interactive Forms" component in the component selection dialog box of the SAP GUI installation when you attach a new installation package with SAPAdmin. The installation on the workstation is then started as usual using "setup.exe" or "netsetup.exe".
Caution:
Some files on your existing installation server may still be write-protected (read-only).
Make sure that all files in the two directories

"...\Common Files\"
are not write-protected.
To do this, open a DOS box (input request) and switch to the directory of the installation server and set
attrib -r /s "Common Files\*.*"
attrib -r /s "Adobe\*.*"

How can I remove space inserted by layout break?

Does anyone know how to get rid of the blank line added by inserting a layout break?
I have a word processing document that has a title, authors, affiliation etc centered as a single column at the top of the page followed by a layout break and the rest of the document text in two columns. The problem is that the layout break inserts a blank line so instead of a continuous single line spacing throughout the document its two parts are separated by blank line.

I'm not quite sure what you're doing so here's what I did:
1. Created a new document
2. At the top I put Author below that Affiation then immediately did Insert > Layout Break
3. Made the remaining of the page two columns.
My document doesn't have the extra line feed you speak of. It most likely is I'm not following your lead. Please provide more information so we may better assist you.

Layout in SFP Tcode not working.

Hi Experts,
I have installed SAP ECC 6.0 with SAP GUI 720 release .
I want to design a Adobe form , when am trying the Layout tab in the form design am getting an error
"Could not start Layout Designer (see long text)".
Then i installed Adobe LiveCycle designer ES 2 from Adobe site .
After that also am getting the same error
Please tell me how to configure Adobe LiveCycle designer ES 2 on my SAP GUI in details.

Indeed you need the adobe life cycle designer of SAP, you can also find it on the SAP installation CD.
Some ICF services need to be configured.

How to add a field in line layout configuration for Tcode F-28

Hi friends,
I have a requirement where i need to add a field in line layout 'K1'.
The field is EXNUM - ( Official Excise Document Number ) from the table J_1IEXCHDR into the existing Line layout 'K1'.
I am not able to add this field under line layout configuration,since this field does not exist in field list.
I have been searching for the suitable enhancement,but not able to locate one.
It would be really helpful if someone share some info regarding this issue.

Even validations (OB28) and substitutions (OBBH) will not work since this will use BSEG/BKPF tables /ABAP System Fields
You need to go for Z program by copying the existing program of F-28 and add your required field with the help of Abaper.

SAPGUI 7.10 Cannot view layout in tcode SE80 and COOis

Hi,
I am facing some problem with SAP GUI 7.10 in Linux (PCLinuxOS 2007 and in SimplyMepis 6.5).
When I use tcode COOIS, after executing this tcode, I cannot select all icon " Select Layout", "Sorting Ascending and Decending", "Export". There is no respon.
This problem also occured when I execute tcode SE80 > Screens > Layout.
In tcode SE80, I got a message after I click Layout button "Graphical Layout Editor not available. Continue with alphanumeric editor".
Please give me suggestion.

Step for COOIS :
1. Enter tcode COOIS
2. In List field > select Order Headers
3. In Profile field > select Standard profile
4. In Production plant field > input plant
5. On Selection Group of Absolute dates at header level > input Basic start date (one month)
6. Execute
7. The out put is : Order Information System: Detail List of Order Headers > select icon Select Layout

Layout Breaks are inserting a big gap in my document

Inserting a Layout Break before and after an area of a page that needs to be in two columns leaves about 25 points of space above and below the columned area. This space is unaffected by paragraph spacing, line spacing, etc. It just occurs with the layout formatting. Why? This big gap in my document is throwing off the overall formatting. How do I make it smaller/go away? Any ideas much appreciated!

You might try clicking on the Layout inspector > Layout button, and take a look at the Before setting. Reduce the number there and the space should reduce correspondingly.

Enabling save layout function in the Tcode VA05

Can any one tell me how to save variants and layouts in the Tcode VA05. the save icon is disabled in the report.
In settings menu of the report VA05 choose and current options are enabled in Layout but save is not...
Because of this i have to filter the report each time i open the report.

How to display my FOX formula result on the layout

I have created one Fox Formula for OTB using the given below calculation
Planned Open-To-Buy (Retail Price) = Sales / Retail Value + Last Planned Stock (Retail Value) - Open Purchase Orders (Retail Value with Tax) - GR Posting Date / Vendor RtlT + Promotion Sales / Retail .
When I am executing my Planning function (using BPS0) then it is working fine. It is showing the correct OTB value.
I have insterted this FOX function into my layout using UPSPM tcode. When I execute the OTB calc function from UPSPM then correct data gets saved into my real-time cube. However OTB data is not getting displayed on my layout.
Is there something else which I am supposed to do to display the result on the final layout ?

Thanks a lot for your inputs. My issue has been resolved. I was not able to get the FOX formula output on the layout as the formula was not giving unique record. I have removed version char from my level and flds for selection. Now everything is working fine.

Hi,
if the whole purpose is hiding the checkbox, then you should use JSLink property of the view, instead of creating a new layout page...
The following javascript will hide the checkbox column.

There are 2 set-up parts:
General setting that is working for all depreciation area's
Chart-of-Dep.-Dependent Screen Layout/Acct Assignment (Tcode: ANK1)
When you have only 1 area it don't have sense to create Chart-of-Dep.-Dependent Screen Layout/Acct Assignment.
For me 20 Chart-of-Dep are using the standard one and for 1 is using his own Chart-of-Dep.-Dependent Screen Layout/Acct Assignment
This is the reason for the errors

Text in layout and preview screens are different and CSS changes are not registering

I am new to designing web sites and I am using GoLive CS. Things have been going pretty smoothly, but now I have noticed a problem. When laying out my site pages, I am having problems with the text. I have inserted a layout text box and created a general CSS for my main content.
I have selected 11 px for my font size and 14 px for my line height. But when I make any changes to these values, the chages appear in my layout view, but when I preview the spacing is off (the line height is extremely tight). Why is this and how can I fix it? Also no matter what text I type, the layout view and the preview view are always off, is there any way to fix this?

Hi Kim - layout view is there just to give you an approximation of where things are in your layout, not a reliable representation of how it will be rendered in the browser. Actually, same goes for Preview. In your layout/design, you have to allow for some variance in font size and presentation since the site will be viewed on multiple platforms, browsers, environments, etc. You can get close by specifying font and line height in pixels, as you have, but it's still just "close".
If your layout relies heavily on absolutely positioned elements (Layers, Grids, etc.) then this can become a problem... one of the big reasons to avoid both.

2 Column Page Layout

I'm wondering if there is any way to have two-columns set up in one section of a document and then one column in another. I'm working on taking notes for my biology class and am trying to separate the vocabulary words from the notes themselves, and was wondering if I can set up a vocabulary sub-heading in which the vocabulary words would be in a two-column set-up and the rest of the document in a one-column set-up. Is there any easy way to do this without having to deal with text boxes?

Since sections usually start on a new page, I find it better for me to insert a layout break.

these are available in IMPR table,
but the POSNR (appropriation request number),
it is maintaining internally,not the one which i have given at IMA3N,
please, let me know is there any table that maintains this POSNR number with corresponding POSNR number in IMA3N transaction,
