Inspeciton point results

can any body  done   inspection points results through bapi or  bdc
is it possible  against inspection point results recording  becuase  here  process order is  monthly  so  month start day  they raise the process order against process order  03 inspection lot will trigger based on the lot  i maintain  the point like ( location shift date and time ) so  every shift  they check the Moisture content and another critical  characteristics.
can any body done kindly guide me how  we are uploaded inspection characterstics.

  • Runtime error for Inspection Point Results Recording

    Hi,
    I am changing the already done Results Recording for using already used Inspection Point.
    I am getting the runtime error. Anybody came across such error?
    Regards
    Ramakanth

    Hi,
    In the in-process inspection I am using Inspection Points. Initially I have done Results Recording once with quantities.
    And then again I wanted to change the quantities for the same Inspection Point. So, I went to Results Recording for same Inspection Point and changed the quantities and saving. At this event I am getting Runtime error.
    I  have even deactivated one BADI INSPECTIONLOT_UPDATE and tried again. Even then I am getting same error.
    Ultimately my requirement is this:
    My client wants UD at operation level. They want only quantity which is accepted in Results Recording to be moved to the next operation. In the operation level confirmation the system should only accept the quantity which is accepted in Results Recording.
    Any suggestion in this regard.
    Thanks

  • Inpection point results table- sample size- FIX-1

    I am having some single reading result recording (sample size- FIX-1) in my in process inspection.
    But I am unable to find the right tables where these informations are stored.
    I checked in QASE, but no readings are available. In QAMR table it is showing mean value of all my in process readings only.
    Which table will provide seperate readings which I entered during in in process inspection. Or inspn point wise readings table.

  • XPS Controller - How to write points/results of the Relative Move command

    Hi,
    I'm new to Newport XPS Controller and linear stages. I've just figured out how to communicate to the stage via XPS controller and managed to move the stage. I need help on how to get the points that the stage has moved. I guess I could use the gather function but got stuck halfway through. A screenshot of the block diagram and the VI is attached below.

    Hey there,
    I am going to make a couple assumptions here, please reply and let me know if they are wrong :)
    I am going to assume the jsp is running on an app server that is separate from the content server and you need to execute the web services from there. I am also going to assume that you are familiar with importing and using java classes on your jsp.
    You have several options in this case:
    1. Generate the stub classes for the WSDL's yourself instead of using the SoapClient class (this can easily be done in eclipse)
    2. Modify the SoapClient.java to be a more generic class instead of a command line argument based class and use your modified class to make the call and display the results.
    3. Use the SoapClient class as is by executing a command line call in your jsp (using java.lang.Process)
    Depending on your comfort level with java and jsp I think #2 would be easier but #1 is the more standard approach. #3 is not recommended but doable
    Hope that helps,

  • Inspection point results on characteristics tab QA11

    When you use multiple inspection points standard SAP shows the average of the results on the characteristics tab in transaction QA11. Is it possible to see all separate results instead of the average?

    My client wants to view all the separate results when maken the ud. I think the best way to do this is to click on the Charac data button.

  • Auto creation of time based inspection points against in process required

    Hi
    We want system to create/generate inspection points automatically when process order is released and inspection lot is created. Currently we have to create inspection point manually using either QE71 or QE11. Previously when scheduling was active in PP, inspection points had been creating automatically for the duration of process order. But now PP scheduling is not required and as a results inspection points are not being created automatically.
    Please assist.
    regards
    Chris

    SAP provides a FM, (QAPP_CUST_IP_CREATE), to be used as a template to create your own FM for automatically creating inspection points.  There is documentation in the FM to explain it.  You then assign this FM in configuration where you define the inspeciton point identifiers.

  • RECORDING THE RESULT

    Dears
    i was created the production order for 10 qty and i need to record the result for each and every 10 qty seperatly
    but there will be only one production order for 10 qty
    my material was activated with inspection type 04 and inspection plan was also created
    but i am not able to record result 10 1qty seperatly
    pls tell me how we can achive this in details
    Thanks in advace
    Faisal

    It can depend on the sampling procedure you selected.  You also need to create new orders for testing.
    Another option is to use inspection points and create a new inspeciton point for each item as you inspect them.

  • Inspection Point table

    Dear All,
    we are in the process of automating the results recording process using a Z program. For the results recording i have used Inspection points. What i mainly want to do is from several characteristics, Initially record results for one inspection characteristic and later record results for a different inspection characteristic. In the STD  SAP this allows to do. What i want to know is since i use the Inspection points, what are the tables that will be used?
    Thanks and Regards,

  • Time event C019 integration with results recording

    Hi ,
          Posted this in the QM forum and got no response so reposting it here.  I am asking for a discrete manufacturing scenario. Does any one know how to integrate CO19 time event confirmation with the results recording transaction. Usually on the mfg floor the mfg people will do in process inspection. They are used to more of a clock in clock out way of working. They clock into the operation, they do the manufacturing activities and then they do the inspection activities. Once both are done they clock out and the material moves to the next operation. I knoe we can tie in manufacturing confirmation (CO11N) transaction with the results recording for inspection points. But I am looking to tie in the CO19  time event transaction to do the clock in clock out and tie it with the inspection point results recording transaction. The operators on the floor do not want to go to mutliple transactions to record thier time on that operation. Do you know how that can be done and if its even possible ?
    Also do we have to use inspection points or can we do it without inspection points ?.
    Thanks

    GS, Time events are always tied to a record group technically and this prohibits free/extended usage of the transaction compared to say CO11N.
        Explore further on the details provided in the sap help site which states,
    'You can only confirm quantities when you confirm processing time events.
    You can only confirm activities that cannot be assigned to a particular record type group (Set-up,processing, teardown) by using the time event ‘Variable activity’. The confirmed value is assigned to corresponding value in the standard value key parameters'..

  • ISO C Binding with standard C libraries, and Fortran pointer functions

    The ISO-C-Binding extension is mostly working in Sun Fortran, so I have been experimenting with auto-generated interfaces to C libraries, which I hope to develop in to a complete SWIG addition. Ideally, many of the standard C libraries should eventually be commonly available.
    One of the problem I realized is that many C library entities are made available via macros. For example, even stdin and stdout are macros by default. The same issues came up when C++ tried to standardize access to C libraries, which resulted in an alternative library to access C functions: http://www.cplusplus.com/reference/clibrary/.
    One example is the C 'errno', which is defined as a "modifiable l-value", and traditionally was an external int, but resolves to a function in modern multi-threaded environments. Variations in C libraries probably will require C wrapper functions, but entities like errno can be made to work more like C, if Fortran pointer function results can be handled directly like a normal reference. For example, errno could be accessed as follows:
    Fortran source:
    program test_errno
    use ISO_C_Binding
    implicit none
    interface
    function errno() bind(C,name="cerrno")
    use ISO_C_Binding, only: C_int
    implicit none
    integer(C_int), pointer :: errno
    end function errno
    end interface
    write (*,*) 'errno=',errno()
    errno() = 10
    write (*,*) 'errno=',errno()
    end program test_errno
    C source:
    #include <errno.h>
    int *cerrno(void) { return &errno; }
    With the current Sun Fortran, this gives errors. I think that F2008 includes improved specifications involving pointer function results, but I have read through the F2008 draft enough to figure out the details. Ideally, a pointer function result should simply be identical to a temporary pointer variable, instead of lot of complicated specifications involving specific cases. For example, a pointer function returning a derived-type pointer should be able to access a member value like this:
    lookup_data("name")%value = 10
    where lookup_data is a function returning a pointer to a derived type, which has a member named value.
    Does anyone know how F2008 is intended to handle function pointers? Is this something where the details are still incomplete? Is it possible that a complete generalization of function-pointer results is not possible?

  • Add Tooltip to Data Point

    Hi,
    I was wondering is it possible to add a Tooltip containing text (not the (X,Y) values) to a datapoint. I'm using VS2010.

    This example uses a structure to associate a text string with each data point.

  • Mavericks &  FileVault & logging out results in Mac mini shutting down?

    Hello.
    Did a clean install of Mavericks and set up FileVault on my primary SSD and every night, before I go home, I log out of the system (by restarting) and the machine restarts and lands on the login screen (and then I leave the office). Since I enabled FileVault, I find that when I come in the next morning, my Mac mini has shut down at some point (resulting in a failed network backups via one of my Retrospect servers as it can't find my mini on the network, since it's offline).
    - The mini is on a UPS and nothing in the UPS logs show power issues resulting in a shutdown.
    - There is no schedule (Preferences > Energy Saver > Schedule) shutting the machine down.
    - I don't have any scripts or other set schedules that shut the machine down and nobody else has physical/remote access to the machine resulting in it shutting down.
    I've checked the logs and I constantly see this when I restart the machine before leaving...

    Thanks,

    Hi BDAqua
    Thanks for your response.
    I looked into console for the unusual shutdown prior to my post and I found the following:

    I also did a search in String Matching for 'shutdown' and got the following:

  • Bug: query results sometimes lose line formatting

    Steps:
    1. Run a query on "arraycollection adobe flex null pointer"
    Result: the 2nd search result "Flex 3 - Using the HitData object" from http://livedocs.adobe.com/flex/3/html/charts_eventsandeffects_03.html has all the line-ends removed (see 1st screenshot). When I go to the URL, the code looks OK (see 2nd screenshot), so it seems likely that Blueprint is somehow mangling the file.

  • BAPI Result recording

    Hi, i really need an example call of the
    "BAPI_INSPOPER_RECORDRESULTS"
    because it always fails when I try to enter an inspection lot point result. The 4 "IMPORTING" parameters are straightforward but I have no clue which fields I have to set in the "SAMPLE_RESULTS" (type=BAPI2045D3) table.
    System: SAP 4.6C.
    Thanks alot.

    <i>Did you check the documentation for the BAPI ? It looks informative and from the documentation, I also get the feeling that SAMPLE_RESULTS should not be filled , but this is the table where you get your result from the BAPI.</i>
    Also check <b>BAPI_INSPOPER_GETDETAIL</b>. You should probably call this BAPI first to get the details for a particular inspection order and then call <b>BAPI_INSPOPER_RECORDRESULTS</b>
    Let me know if that helped.

  • Selecting an existing volume control point-hit and miss

    Hi folks,
    Learning GarageBand feature by feature and enjoying it at every step.
    Minor annoyance with the following and hoping someone has a way to make it less so.
    I added volume control points to a song track to lower the volume at certain areas. I wanted to modify the levels but for the life of me selecting the already existing points results in adding a new control point I can never hit the blue dot on target to select it.
    Any key click available to ensure I select the control point I want to move and not create a new one?
    Thanks in advance.

    i'm afraid not, the only advice is to set and click the mouse _very_ carefully, and perhaps zooming the screen to see the point and mouse tip better
