Instalation bussiness connector 4.8

Someone have Business Connector 4.7 CDu2019s or some URL to download it.
Thanks

When I go to Connectors / Business Connector / Tools and Services on the right appears a Questionnaire for download and I have to fill the SO, R/3 release, Coutry, email and description.
As I say in my other post, the SO avaiable on the questionaire are:
Linux, AIX, HP-UX, Solaris and Windows NT/2000
But note 1094412 says that the only Supported operating systems for SAP BC 4.8 are:
o Windows XP and Windows Vista on x86 (32bit)
         o Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008 on x64 (64bit)
         o Linux (SuSE SLES 10 and RedHat RHEL5) on x86 (32bit)
         o Linux (SuSE SLES 10 and RedHat RHEL5) on x86_64 (64bit)
What should I do?What SO and R/3 release should I select?

    Hello:
We are not being able to install Outlook Connector in two PC's running Windows XP. After filling authentication data the installation program states that the information is not valid. With the same installation files and the same authentication data we can install Outlook Connector in every other computer without any problem. We have tried to install the Microsoft update for root certificates KB931125 but the problem still occur. We have been performing search regarding errors logged in sjoc.log with no success:

I'm sorry, I forgot saying that via webmail the authentication is OK, so user and password information is right. I have asked the users to try what you suggest.

  • How to install OID connector using OIM API in 11g?

    Hi All,
We are using OID connector in OIM 11g environment. It is a simple process to install OID connector by unzipping the connector zip file to ConnectorDefaultDirectory and goto Admin console and load the connector.
However, we are looking for API methods to simulate "load the connector " step in GUI.
    Please help.
    Thanks
    Mahendra.

    Hey Mahendra,
I am not aware of this API to do the 'Deployment Manager' load task. But III try to help you using another way:
1-You can use ICF API to do this task(creating it specifically to OID). Using ICF: http://www.groenenberg.nu/Oracle_Doc/AS_11.1.1.5/doc.1111/e14309/icf.htm#BABFDJHJ
2- And following this example that my buddy did for Open DS: http://itnaf.org/2011/12/30/developing-icf-connectors/
    Another helpful doc: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E14571_01/doc.1111/e14309.pdf
    I hope this helps,
    Thiago Leoncio.

  • Question in Installing exchange connector in SCCM 2012 R2

    Hi,
I am installing Exchange connector in SCCM 2012 R2 environment. I have Exchange 2010 SP3 in my environment.
While adding the exchange connector wizard, in the Settings page, I am confused which option to select in
"ALLOW EXTERNAL MOBILE DEVICE MANAGEMENT". The options are
    Exchange Default, Allowed and Prohibited.
As per my requirement, i just need the mobile device inventory. Nothing else is required. I have found that incorrect settings here will not allow the users to receive mails.
Can anyone please guide me that which option needs to be selected here as all the settings will be managed by Exchange only and SCCM just requires the inventory information.
    Thanks.
    -AB
    -Thanks AB

So, I think the correct option should be Exchange(Default). Please correct me if I am wrong.
You would have to ask your Exchange admin how it is configured. Wally already provided the link which explains it: "If the mobile device synchronizes with Exchange Server, set the Exchange flag
AllowExternalDeviceManagement to ensure that the mobile device continues to receive email from Exchange after it is enrolled by Configuration Manager. If you install the Configuration Manager Exchange Server connector, you
can set this flag by configuring the option External mobile device management in the Exchange Server connector properties" So it has to be set to "allowed" somehow (either by specifying it in the connector's
properties or using the Exchange settings).

  • AD Connector Install to Connector Server Choices

Hi, I've installed the AD connector on the AD server where I installed the connector server.
The guide states to build an It Resource now.
Why not just install the AD Connector on the OIM server, it builds both the activedirectory and connector server IT resources?
Anyone done that and regretted it?

Just few things. AD Connector needs to be installed on OIM (which would automatically creates all the required IT Resources) and the AD connector bundle needs to be unpacked on the connector server (and restart the connector server after that). Once, these steps are done then go to the IT Resources in OIM for AD and just configure it. You can have a look at the documentation for more information. Try to have a look at the online documentation

    Thanks in Advance

There is already an object named 'UD_ACEUEXTN' in the database means the import was somehow terminated in between and now you have these Objects in OIM database already. Although the OIM usually would not throw such exception during connector install, this is moreover seen during manual import.
Anyway a easy solution is to modify the xml for this connector for the form UD_ACEUEXTN and change the SDK_ACTIVE_VERSION field to some other value than existing one.

  • Caanot restart apache after installing mod_jk connector

    Hallo,
I have installed the mod_jk connector to use seperate apache and tomcat instances for my web ap. I followed the instructions here: http://www.onjava.com/pub/a/onjava/2002/11/20/tomcat.html?page=2
After making changes to httpd.conf, I am unable to restart apache - the sevent viewer gives the following message:
    "The Apache2 service terminated with service-specific error 1. "
I think it has something to do with the addmodule lines i've added. Here is what I added to httpd.conf:
    AddModule mod_jk.c
    # JkWorkersFile C:/tomcat/Tomcat 5.5/conf/workers.properties
    # JkLogFile C:/tomcat/Tomcat 5.5/logs/mod_jk.log
    # JkLogLevel debug
    # Alias /toolkit C:/tomcat/Tomcat 5.5/webapps/toolkitv3
    # JkMount /toolkit/servlet/* ajp13w
    # JkMount /toolkit/*.jsp ajp13w
    # <location "/toolkit/web-inf/">
    # AllowOverride None
    # deny from all
    # </location
    (all uncommented of course)
I hope someone out there can help me with this.
    Thanks

    I used the mod-jk.dll and loadModule :
    # Load mod_jk module
    # Update this path to match your modules location
    LoadModule jk_module modules/mod_jk.dll
    # Declare the module for <IfModule directive>
    #AddModule mod_jk.c
    # Where to find workers.properties
    # Update this path to match your conf directory location (put workers.properties next to httpd.conf)
    JkWorkersFile c:/Apache/Apache2/conf/workers.properties
    # Where to put jk logs
    # Update this path to match your logs directory location (put mod_jk.log next to access_log)
    JkLogFile c:/Apache/Apache2/logs/mod_jk.log
    # Set the jk log level [debug/error/info]
    JkLogLevel debug
    # Select the log format
    JkLogStampFormat "[%a %b %d %H:%M:%S %Y] "
    # JkOptions indicate to send SSL KEY SIZE,
    #JkOptions ForwardKeySize ForwardURICompat -ForwardDirectories
    # JkRequestLogFormat set the request format
    JkRequestLogFormat "%w %V %T"
    # Send everything for context /examples to worker named worker1 (ajp13)
    JkMount /examples/* loadbalancer
    JkMount /olp/* loadbalancer

  • Installing OIM connectors using a different name.

    Hello,
In my OIM environment, I have two target resources that are sun directories.
In my OIM env I installed an 9.0.4.12 SJSDS connector (OIM version is 9.1.0.2). The out of the box connector names all OIM artifacts using the convention IPLANET or IPNT (e.g. UD_IPNT_USR, adpIPLANETMODIFYUSER).
Since I want two instances of this connector I need to use a different name. To customize this name do I need to edit the xml files (iPlanetResourceObject.xml, iPlanetXLResourceObject.xml)? Seems very tedious and error-prone.
Has anyone done this, can you share your experiences.
    Thanks,
    Sunny

It is a very common method to enable support of multiple AD domains (with different ROs).
It is tedious and error prone but it is the easiest way to get this done. You may want to consider writing some XSLT to automate parts of the process.
    Best regards
    /Martin

  • Installing Tomcat connector for Apache

I realize this is more of a Linux configuration issue but it does deal with Tomcat so I am hoping someone can help.
I am having some problems installing the tomcat connector for Apache web server on Linux (Red Hat enterprise).
I need to have both Apache (by which I mean Apache Web Server) and Tomcat running on this system and it is my understanding that one can use the tomcat connector as an Apache module to connect from Apache to Tomcat for jsp requests.
Okay so here is what has been done.
Tomcat is installed and running fine (on port 8080)
    Apache is running fine.
    I followed this guide http://tomcat.apache.org/connectors-doc/howto/quick.html
And I created all the config files etc but when it comes to finding the mysterious mod_jk.so file I am stuck. I went to the downloads area and end up in the following directory/page http://apache.mirrors.northco.net/tomcat/tomcat-connectors/jk/binaries/linux/jk-1.2.14/
I don't see a mod_jk.so file in there. (?!?) So... I poked around some more but I feel I am looking at the right directory so I downloaded the worker.so file and put that in my apache modules directory. I renamed it as mod_sk.so (now please bear in mind that I am not too dumb and I realize that renaming a file isn''t doing anything magical but due to lack of any documentation describing why there are two different files I took a guess and thought that maybe the different files are different threading setups or something (considering the other one is named prefork to me this seemed to be a logical conclusion based on the information given))
And of course it doesn't work. By which I mean the following happens if I run configtest for apache (if I try to start Apache same disaster)
    # /sbin/service httpd configtest
Syntax error on line 3 of /etc/httpd/conf.d/tomcat_connector.conf:
    Cannot load /etc/httpd/modules/mod_jk.so into
    server: /etc/httpd/modules/mod_jk.so: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directoryOkay... Except a file with that name (see above) IS in that directory. And it has the same permissions as the other modules which are loading.
(After moving to the modules directory)
    # dir
    libphp4.so mod_cache.so mod_imap.so mod_proxy_http.so
    mod_access.so mod_cern_meta.so mod_include.so mod_proxy.so
    mod_actions.so mod_cgi.so mod_info.so mod_python.so
    mod_alias.so mod_dav_fs.so mod_jk.so mod_rewrite.so
[more stuff that loads here but edited for length]So I think something else has gone wrong here... namely that I have the wrong file or something.
Anyway I am a bit stuck at this point. Could someone point me in the right direction please because I am just going in circles at this point with the documentation not matching up to what files are available or explaining what those files in fact actually are.

I solved this issue by compiling the file from source. I got hold of another admin friend who told me that the version I had was for 64 bit. Now how I was supposed to discover this or where in fact a compiled version of this file is on the apache site I know not.
    But it's working now.

The issue you are facing is that OIM can't find the javac compiler.
Set the xl.compilerPath to point at a JDK and your problem should be resolved.

  • Error installing OIM Connector for DB User Management

    Hi!
I'm a newbie in OIM and trying to set up a lab environment for user provisioning and reconciliation.
    I have installed: WebLogic 10.3.3; OIM 11.1.1.3; Oracle Database 11g 11.2.0.1.0
In order to configure the OIM connector for DB User Management, I am following the OIM Connector Guide for Database User Management (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E22999_01/doc.111/e28315/deploy.htm#CHDHAJCA) for the installation steps:
In the Step 2: Connector Installation the Import of Connector XML Files is failing. The error displayed is:
    DOBJ.XML_IMPORT_ERROR
    Duplicate OUG
I found these error messages from the STDOUT of the OIM Server:
    <Error> <XELLERATE.DATABASE> <BEA-000000> <Class/Method: tcDataBase/writeStatement encounter some problems: ORA-00001: unique constraint (DEV_OIM.PK_OUG) violated
    <Error> <XELLERATE.DDM.IMPORT> <BEA-000000> <Insert failed.>
    <Error> <XELLERATE.DDM.IMPORT> <BEA-000000> <Exception during import
    com.thortech.xl.ddm.exception.DDMException: Duplicate OUG
Can you please help me in solving this issue?
    Much thanks in advance.
    Edited by: user769080 on Jun 27, 2012 12:35 AM

Try to research into these tables OUG(List to define the administrators for each Resource Resource) , obj and ugp.
    Something like this:
    select obj.obj_name, oug.oug_write,oug.oug_delete,oug.oug_data_level,ugp.ugp_name from obj,oug,ugp where obj.obj_key=oug.obj_key and oug.ugp_key=ugp.ugp_key
PK_OUG is a unique key that control (oug.obj_key and oug.ugp_key) together into OUG table. So, if you already have this information that it's trying to insert you will see this error. Probably because of a previous installation. Check CIH table if it already have some information about this connector, probably someone already tried to install this before.
    I hope this helps,
    Thiago Leoncio.
