Instale Lightroom 6 desde Creative Cloud pero no se abre, la pantalla de inicio dura un segundo o menos, si me pueden ayudar por favor? ya des instalé y volví a instalar, el problema sigue, ahora no puedo regresar a la versión 5, me quedé sin programa

A mi me ha pasado lo mismo, lo actualicé a CC y tampoco se me abre, lo he reinstalado dos veces y nada, y ahora no sé como regresar al lightroom 5

I'm having trouble installing Lightroom 5 from Creative Cloud. The file seems to download ok, but once it goes into it's installation I get the following error message:

Simple answer: If it doesn't show up, your system doesn't support it. refer to the tech specs on the product pages and verify the system requirements.

I keep getting an error message saying it wont install at 43%. The error has(7) but i cant seem to get any other info. I have tried turning firewall off but no help. This is the first time iv used any editing software so dont know how else to get lightroom on my laptop. Can anyone help?

Reading the FAQ, it appears that after the expiry of the free trial, if I do not sign up and pay, I will only be able to view my pictures on the desktop but not edit them - surely this cannot be true. How do I un-enroll for the 30 day free trial of Lightroom Mobile and CC?

When I was signed into Adobe (which was a requirement for installing the upgrade), Lightroom 6 told my at the top right corner that I had 30 days left of my free trial of Lightroom Mobile and Creative Cloud. Reboot the computer once.
Sign out from Creative Cloud and Sign in .
Important : Try to launch Lightroom CC apps from Apps tab menu. :
