Install Enterprise WSD Multi-Function Printer does not work for Win10

Hallo, I installed Win10 three days ago and I am repeatedly getting the same error message. Can you help? Hewlett-Packard - Enterprise WSD Multi-Function Printer, Multi-Function Printer, Other hardware - Null Print - HP ENVY 7640 series thanks!

I would echo PAHUs conclusion about the driver you need. I would also add that the pxlmono/pxlcolor drivers for all Ricoh family of printers (Lanier is a member of the Ricoh family of printers) are actually provided by Ricoh. They would have all the functionality that your printer supports. It therefore would support two sided printing if you have a duplexer on the printer. The driver would also support any hole punching or stapling if your printer is so equipped.
Also, as PAHU mentions, the OpenPrinting.org site is down right now. I have all the packages you would need. The big problem is that the Ghostscript package is about 35 MB in size. I don't have enough server space to host it. If you must get the printer working right now, please e-mail me at walterwego at macosx dot com. I could try to send you the file using an outside file transfer site.
EDIT: I just checked the PPDs included in the latest pxlmono package. The Lanier LD655C is not included in the package. I don't know which, if any, of the included drivers you could substitute. It looks like you will have to use the B&W Generic PCL driver until the OpenPrinting site is back up and a Ricoh tech is available to help with suitable model substitution.

I don't think we even need this update from Windows update but since upgrade to Windows 10, It keeps popping up as a failed update. I used to be able to HIDE unwanted updates. I'm lunching the installed Adobe Acrobat XI it straight away promts me for updating the application through Adobe Updater.
Any Ideas what i can do to solve the problem, i need to deploy the update to quite a lot of pcs so i cant run the update manually.

Crystal Report Viewer Print does not work for IE7

When I view a report in IE7, and click the Print button in the Crystal Reports Viewer toolbar, an empty dialog window opens and no print dialog appears. The print functionality works correctly when viewing the same report using an IE6 browser.
I have tried changing the browser security settings (as per http://technicalsupport.businessobjects.com/cs/forums/thread/3171.aspx) - with Automatic prompting for file downloads set to Enable, but this does not resolve my problem.
Is this a known compatability issue with IE7? Are there any workarounds/solutions to this?

You need to reinstall the printer driver, and set up the printer on the new hard drive.
The Canon site should have the driver. Download it and install.
Then go to Apple menu / System Preferences / Print & Fax and click the + (plus sign) and follow the directions.

GUI_DOWNLOAD does not work for background printing

Need some help urgently.
Function moduel GUI_DOWNLOAD does not work for background printing. I want to know how this issue can be handled or we have to use some other function module.
We are using this in a report and i get the error dump OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED when we run this report in background.

When I use find file http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/30073/find-file (which does tend to find files that "Finder" can't), it's not coming up with any other itunes library files that have been modified in the past week, which I know it would have been - unfortunately, I don't have a very recent backup of the hard drive. It would be a few months old so it wouldn't have the complete library on it....any ideas? the LOV works individually but in the form it does not work. it does not allow multiple selection from the list.

Right, we cannot store more than one value in a single column in a table :), we were getting a lot of requests to support multiple select LOVs but requirements were contradictory if not mutually exclusive.
The only sense it makes is when used together with user-defined object types (nested tables for example) but the current [application building]infrastructure we have does not support this. However, we are looking into this and this feature maybe implemented in a future release.

My printer does not work with mountain lion

I recently upgraded to Mountain Lion and now my HP Officejet Pro 8600 printer does not work. I downloaded the required driver from the App Store but am still not able to connect. Is there actually a solution for this or do I need to find a way to downgrade my OS to one that is compatible with my printer?

Are you using any MS Office third party Add-ins? Test: Remove third party Add-ins other than PDFMaker. Test to see if the MS Office apps run afterward.
Did you attempt to repair MS Office? Test: Go to Add/Remove Control Panel run Repair.
Finally, have you tried testing to see if it's PDFMaker? Test: Use the Add/Remove Control Panel to modify the Acrobat installation to remove PDFMaker. See if MS Office applications launch and behave correctly?

You should contact your bank to see what browsers they support and until then ignore the message. The chances are very good they suppport Safari and Firefox, both are great browers.
