Install NIC in Solaris 5.10

Question

I just installed a Solaris 5.10 in my desktop, the NIC is Intel PRO/1000, I want to config it to a DHCP client.
when I type ifconfig -a:
# ifconfig -a
lo0: flags=2001000849<UP,LOOPBACK,RUNNING,MULTICAST,IPv4,VIRTUAL> mtu 8232 index 1
inet 127.0.0.1 netmask ff000000
I can manually assign a IP to this NIC:
# ifconfig e1000g0 plumb
# ifconfig e1000g0 192.168.1.101 netmask 255.255.255.0 up
# ifconfig -a
lo0: flags=2001000849<UP,LOOPBACK,RUNNING,MULTICAST,IPv4,VIRTUAL> mtu 8232 index 1
inet 127.0.0.1 netmask ff000000
e1000g0: flags=1000843<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,MULTICAST,IPv4> mtu 1500 index 2
inet 192.168.1.101 netmask ffffff00 broadcast 192.168.1.255
ether 8:0:27:4:39:f7
But after I reboot, everything is gone.
when I type ifconfig -a:
# ifconfig -a

inet 127.0.0.1 netmask ff000000
How can I use static IP or use DHCP?

1.) Put an entry in /etc/hosts. E.g.
192.168.1.101 myhostname
2.) Put the name/prefix in /etc/hostname.e1000g0
myhostname/24
3.) The network/physical service will read that next reboot.
For DHCP:
1.) Just touch /etc/dhcp.e1000g0.
2.) The network/physical service will see that file and use DHCP for that interface.
