Install of 0s9 on 10.4 does not work.

I've followed install (from 9.2.1 CD) instructions and find the 9 system is not recognized after restart, and cannot be blessed. I also tried copying the system folder, etc. directly to hard disk, but again, I get message that 9 cannot be updated on system so copied.
How do I get around this?

You can't use a 9.2.1 installer disc on a G5. To get 9 as a Classic environment on a G5, you need the original G5 installer discs that came with your G5 (which include a restorable 9.2.2), and follow the restore directions:

Note, you won't be able to use the Classic environment on any partition or drive that has solely 10.5 and higher on it either.

Are you using any MS Office third party Add-ins? Test: Remove third party Add-ins other than PDFMaker. Test to see if the MS Office apps run afterward.
Did you attempt to repair MS Office? Test: Go to Add/Remove Control Panel run Repair.
Finally, have you tried testing to see if it's PDFMaker? Test: Use the Add/Remove Control Panel to modify the Acrobat installation to remove PDFMaker. See if MS Office applications launch and behave correctly?

You should contact your bank to see what browsers they support and until then ignore the message. The chances are very good they suppport Safari and Firefox, both are great browers.

Vista PDF Preview handler installed on Win 7 32 bit does not work.

There is no discoverable information regarding failure to preview Adobe PDF files on Win 7 32 bit. The advice for 64 bit does not work. Adobe continues to install the Vista preview handler on my Windows 7 computer, which I suspect is the issue. Is there any way to find and install the Windows 7 32 bit handler or is there a registry hack that permits 11 to access the vista version or what? This is a repeat post, as I cannot locate the first and assume that there have been no responses, as I have received no alerts.

Hi wskossack, I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with Firefox 36. I am also sorry that we have not been able to get that working for you yet.
If what you really want is to uninstall Firefox we can do that. Of course I have to ask if you would be willing to let my help you to get the most up to date version of Firefox working. But, Firefox is all about the ability to customize. If you want we can install the last version of Firefox and you can use that until the next version comes out or while we work to get Firefox 36 working for you. I will try to cover every option in my reply.
First I will cover uninstalling Firefox. If you want to look at the [[Uninstall Firefox from your computer|article click here]] this can be done in about 7 steps
I would recommend that you completely uninstall Firefox and install it again. This will most likely fix any problems you have right now. Because you are asking how to do this I am going to assume that you have not tried this.
If you have Vista or Windows 7:
1) close any open Firefox windows.
2) from the start menu click on control panel
3) click on uninstall a program
4) from this list chose Firefox
5) click on uninstall (this is located turds the top)
If the Uninstall Wizard does not run, you can start it manually by running helper.exe, which is located in one of these locations by default:
(32-bit Windows) C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\uninstall\helper.exe
(64-bit Windows) C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\uninstall\helper.exe
6) in the Firefox uninstall wizard click next and on the next page click uninstall then click finish
7) to remove other files and folders that may not be removed by the uninstall, you must manually delete the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations by default:
(32-bit Windows) C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
(64-bit Windows) C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox
The uninstaller does not remove any user data such as history or bookmarks. To completely remove this data, you must manually delete the Firefox folder containing your user profile:
Click the Windows Start button.
Type %APPDATA% in the search field and press enter to open the hidden Roaming folder.
Open the Mozilla folder
Delete the Firefox folder.
Now I am going to go over how to get the last version of Firefox installed on your computer. If you want to look at the [[Install an older version of Firefox|article click here]] . If you decide that this is what you want to do please look at the article for some impotent security information.
Firefox 35.0.1 was the last version of Firefox and you can get it by [https://download-installer.cdn.mozilla.net/pub/firefox/releases/35.0.1/win32/en-US/Firefox%20Setup%2035.0.1.exe clicking here] . The link is also in the article. If you do this you will have to disable the auto update. To do this go to options, then go to advance. Under advance there will be a sub tab. You want to go to update. Then you can select to never check or to have it tell you when there is an update.
So the only thing left is for me to help you with any problems you are having with Firefox 36. I hope you will give me a chance. In any case, if you need any more information or help with anything that I went over please let me know.

Hello, I have spent four days and half of those nights trying to get this accursed thing to properly install and run. The damned thing indicates that it was successfully installed, but would not work and all programes that needed it, kept telling me I needed to instal it. Also, it appeared in my installed program list, but had no file size against it.
I had an hour on line with my Norton Tecnician, having suggested to him that Norton may be blocking it. He allegedly diconnected Norton and tried it, then told me the problem was not Norton.
WRONG!
I uninstalled it again for the millionth time, opened my Norton 360 and temporarily turned my Anti-virus off for 15 minutes, I then installed flash again and immediately re-set my Norton. In my case:

I am not sure why you are not getting the other update offers. I haven't updated AA7 is quite a while, but have always done it with the individual downloads from http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=1&platform=Windows. You do have to install them in order unless indicated otherwise. You only have to reboot after the last update.

How can I uninstall I.E. 11? and install I.E. 10? 11 does not work with Sharepoint and other applications

Windows Technical Preview for Enterprise does not give me an option to uninstall I.E. 11 or it does not list it as an update in installed updates. HELP! I need to be able to work in Sharepoint! Any help is appreciated.

I would add some information:
Uninstall Internet Explorer 11 is possible, but install an Internet Explorer 10 is not an option in Windows 10 Technical Preview, due to this is no such update existed for Windows 10 Technical Preview.
