HELP installing adobe Photoshop elements 13 via internet onto my Mac

So, I received adobe Photoshop Elements 13 for Christmas. My husband recently bought me a MacBook and I cannot figure out how to install it since the Macbook doesn't have a disk drive. My attempts to do it via the internet are confusing and frustrating. I have already registered my product, and installed a trial membership for creative cloud. Could someone walk me through this?

On that link i posted you just click on the link for pse 13 for mac to download it.
Then after it downloads, which might take awhile depending on how fast your internet connection is, you go to your Downloads folder and double click on the PhotoshopElements_13_WWEFDJ.dmg
to mount the image.
Then in the next window double click on where it says Adobe Photoshop elements 13 to start the install process.

Purchased Photoshop Elements 10 new from retailer and tried to install on my computer today. Computer is telling me disks are blank. What is going on? Why would this happen with brand new software that hasn't been around anything remotely magnetic?? Am I doing something wrong in a setting or do I need to return to Office Max?

Cannot reinstall my photoshop elements 9 from disk

I recently had to uninstall and reinstall photoshop elements 9 on my computer. Now the CD won't reinstall. There is nothing visually wrong with the CD, but it freezes and refuses to continue the installation process once it reaches "copying files". It is not my Drive either since I have used it to install other programs during this problem.
I was in hopes of downloading this version online and then re-entering my product key but only elements 10 is now available. I have tried the new version and don't see the reasoning to spend money on the upgrade since its very similar to version 9.
Why will my store bought elements not install???????

I am using Windows Vista on my Sony Vaio, this OS has not been changed and was previously used with this program. All updates on OS have been done and are current to the best of my knowledge. I was wondering however, if it was because I never deactivated the product key when I uninstalled the PSE 9 previously and may be preventing reinstallation, that is all I can come up with after racking the brain.
I'm am not tech savvy like an IT, but there are many things that I have reviewed in regards to the DVD install process failing. Any suggestions??????

Installing Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 from DVD on iMac

Hi,
When I put the installation DVD into the DVD slot of my Mac it is doing something for a while, and then the DVD is coming out again without any installation.
DVD drive is OK, checked with other DVDs.
Operating system is OS X 10.9.5 (Mavericks).
Any ideas?

What did I do wrong? I reinstall Photoelements 2 on a new hard drive and got to a window "installation" and "photoshop Elemsnts 2.0" and clicked both, but nothing happens.

Well, here goes:

Looking in my crystal ball of wonders and magic I would assume it's larger than 500GB and legacy programs can't deal with this, because 15 years ago obviously such large drives didn't exist and no operating system supported it. That, and of course if you try to install on Win 7/ Win 8 or OSX 10.8.x your program woudl simply not be compatible because it's too old. If it's just the drive, partition it in slices smaller than 500GB. If it's the OS, upgrade to PSE 11.

How to migrate Photoshop Elements Organizer from MacOS to Windows?

I have been using PSE Organizer for a long time now; started on Windows. When v9 arrived with near identical functionality and user interface between Windows and Mac, it took the risk to migrate from a stable Windows environment to MacOS. This served a certain purpose, but proved to not be the ideal situation. I currently have over 21k pictures (most now also on Adobe Revel). I an staying with Organizer because, I believe, it is the best photo "organizer" out there.
Challenge: source is all on a Mac, back-up is on Revel, and I want to move PSE Organizer from Mac to Win, without having to start tagging all over again.
Questions:
1) Can this be done?
2) How can I do this while keeping all my tags and categories, as well as sync with Revel?
Addressing this will finalize my upgrade to v11.

1) Can this be done? : Yes this can definately be done. To do this you need to take backup on Mac and restore on Mac. This will ensure all media,tag,album and their association remaining intact. 2). For sync with Revel: Elements Organizer11, provides you to import/export media to/fro Revel client (on both Win and Mac). I would suggest to downaload a trial version and see for yourself if it suits your purpose.

and activate with your serial number.
if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.
the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version.

In any case it doesn't matter. I returned it to the store where I bought it.
Rule #1; Don't use a product if the people who produce that product (software, hardware, etc.) don't properly support it.
User forums and\or chat lines, are useful and may help. But! They do not constitute proper support (not for installation purposes anyway).

A single user license allows for having activated installations on two machines. An Elements license allows for either platform in many cases (recently not the case from what I've seen). If you have the disc, see if it contains the Mac installation files... if it does then you should be able to install them via a download as well. I cannot answer with certainty for the last question since it relies on the previous question. Personally, I would not let an inexpensive piece of software dictate an expensive hardware purchase decision.
