Install photoshop on desktop AND laptop?

I want to buy Photoshop elements 13.
I want to install the program on my laptop and on my desktop.
Is this possible with the license that goes with the product.

Thanks. On the first install on my laptop, my bona fides were sent to some outside company that verified that I am indeed an education professional. But when I tried to install on my desktop, it just told me the number had already been used. I wanted to contact Adobe in the first place to try and figure this out and they make it impossible--none of their help prompts were helpful and there was no email address to send my query to. I will search again and see about calling them.

I have opened/closed browser numerous times, after "updating" and resetting my preferences. The settings "match" on laptop and desktop. Laptop works like a charm; desktop not at all.

Since you have encountered the problem at other sites, not just Firefox, I'd bet that it is an Internet Explorer problem, not the web sites. Actually, I am sure it is an IE problem.
Try running Windows Update, perhaps there are some updates for Internet Explorer that might resolve the problem. If you don't know how to run Windows Update, use the Help on your system to look for information on Windows Update.
If that does not help, use Google to search for information on IE9 locking up when downloading.

We don't know what Apple plans on doing to change this (and it may not be just Apple but more likely the publishers, since Apple would, of course, do whatever it could to maximize sales/profits). Right now you can only read Apple books on mobile devices. Sure, buy them from Amazon if you want to read them on the computer. We don't work for Apple so we're pretty impartial on this kind of advice.
You might also see what your library can offer. My wife can browse the county library from her iPhone, borrow e-versions, and read books on it too. Free!

Single subscription of Acrobat DC permits you for two installations .You can easily install Acrobat DC on desktop and laptop .

There is no serial number for CC Cloud versions. They are authenticated via your Adobe ID.
Sign in to your Cloud account with your Adobe ID and download the software via the Cloud app.

My guess is that you won't be able to do much if you threw away the serial number before using it. The serial number will not have been externally visible on the box though... doing that would make it available for use by anyone who sees the box in any store.
To locate the serial number:

If you remain unable to locate the serial number you might need to head back to wherever you purchased the product to confirm whether or not you might have thrown out the serial number or if it could even possibly have never been provided.

The End user license agreement says that you can install of 2 machines however you can't use both at the same time with captivate working on it.
The previlage is givent to the user keeping the fact in mind that you might have a work laptop that you need to bring back home and work on it,so you can install it on Desktop at office and on the laptop as well and bring it back home and start working on it.
