Install problems: PSE12, invalid redemption code

I just purcased elements 12 and cannot seem to get it istalled. The redemption code comes up invalid. any ideas?

The serial number is what you enter to license the software, not the redemption code.

I need the program and because I have opened the box it can't be returned to the store. I have over $100 tied up in this product that I can't use. Someone said install the free trial version...Ok, I did...but it is just a 30 day trial and I want the full version of the product I paid for!! So how do I get a valid serial number? The serial number on the box and the redemption code card both come up as invalid. Not a very happy customer right now!!

Invalid Redemption code after problems with serial number.

I have been somehow kicked off with two chats today in dealing with this problem. I have brand new Lightroom software that was given to me as a gift. I inserted the disc and downloaded it to my computer, went to retrieve my serial number and that is when the problem started. I entered my redemption code, got my serial number, clicked the "download" option, an error window popped up saying "the webpage couldn't be loaded at this time" and when I went back to get the serial number (hit back arrow), it was gone. This has now resulted in an invalid redemption code. Help!! How can I use my software, obtain my serial number or obtain a new serial number?

You need to use a serial number to install it.
To get the serial number click on the below mentioned link

Bought adobe premiere elements 13. Got to retrieve serial number by entering redemption code. 24 letters and numbers. I did every way, case sensitive and not, and even the 0 with a line through it, an O or number 0? Tried both. Still all ways "invalid." What now?

Another way, If you purchased your product from these firms like Amazon, you get this code with which you can request a serial number from Adobe. Please have a look at http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html. (Start here: How did you purchase your product?)
The following part, so I just see at least, ceased to exist on my Adobe website, everything takes place in the link from above. I leave it as an info yet, it might still fit for you. For this purpose, please click your way through to your Adobe Store and find the button "Get Serial Number". Fill in the form and after a while you will get the real serial number.

Can't get serial number for pse12 bc redemption code used once already

I am trying to get a serial number for a program I purchased, pse 12. I still have the redemption code but because I'm trying to install on a new computer I need my serial number once again. It says it has already been redeemed. I did not write it down, I purchased this program and am wanting to put it on my new laptop. How can I get the serial number that I need to install this?

You can login to your adobe account using the old email address and change the email froim your account so that you have your history of opurchases on your new email address (click on this picture). You will see a space to enter your email. I have deleted my email for security reasons but you will see the word verified on it.

I purchased the student edition of photoshop cs6 from a retailer. I uploaded all my details and enrollment form so I could access the serial number. Adobe then sent me an email with the redemption code so I can get my serial number. The code they sent me says it's invalid?? I've contact support over and over with my luck in resolving the issue and I'm about to go nuts, I even copied and pasted the code in the field so I know I'm writing it in correctly. Can someone please help

I brought it from Dick Smiths electronics and yes they are genuine.
It isn't actually a cd it came with a download card, so I had to remove the silver security seal on the back to reveal a code which I included in my proof of education thing. I then got an email from adobe with the redemption code so I could get my serial number then download the software but the redemption code is invalid tho it came directly from adobe.
Support told me to contact the reseller which I did and they told me it's an adobe error.
I have spoken to other ppl who have brought the same edition from dick smith and theirs have all worked fine, it's just my redemption code that adobe emailed me that's invalid and I don't know why

Office Home and Student 2010 Install problems with a Key Code Err..

I had to install a new hard drive, lost everything..So I upgraded to Windows 7 Professional ..
I own a the 2010 Home and Student CD bought at the Microsoft store...Doesn't come with Outlook...
So I ordered the Home and Business 2010 disc with Service Pack 1 Included, this has 2010 outlook ...It loaded and worked fine up to the point I had to replace my Drive with New Windows 7 Pro...
Everything loaded find, but every time I try and use it, its acts like it is caught in some kind of loop...It keep trying install and configure, then ask for my Key Code every time, sort of like a OLMAP132.Dll err...I did manage to make it work once, I even
got back the test email from Microsoft after setting up Outlook....Then when I rebooted the system, this same loop action started ...
I have uninstalled this at least 4 times, searched for anything with ties to Microsoft office, and uninstalled it..Then did a New Clean Install...Still getting this key Code question every time I open up a Office program....So, I am saying without a doubt,

How to Change the Trusted Installer name...
1. Right Click on the File Or directory.
2.Click On properties, on the Right Click menu.
3.Click On "" Security "" tab
4.Click On " Advanced" Button on the bottom.
5.In the advance Security Dialog Window, Click on "" Owner "" tab
6.Here you will able to see the Current Owner ( ie: Trusted Installed )
7. To take owner ship of the object, click on the Edit button, Give permission to UAC , the highlight the user name in the " Change Owner To" box that you want to assign as the owner for the object. Then Click " OK " to finish the process.
8.Back in the Advanced Security Settings Window , You will see the current owner has changed to the user you just selected.
9.Click the ""OK "" and exit this window.
10. Click "'OK"" again, to exit completely from the Properties window..
11. Repeat Step 1 to 4 to open the object's Properties Window again...

Redemption Code problem [branched from unrelated serial number posting]

I'm also having a similar problem not being able to redeem my redemption code for a prepaid card on the website and hence not being able to obtain a serial number. The trial version was working fine prior to me uninstalling to install the perpetual version.

It sounds like you are trying to use a redemption code (alpha-numeric) where you are supposed to be using a serial number (strictly numeric). A redemption is normally used to acquire a serial number... the serial number is what you enter to activate the software.
