Install Rac, interface is not public, how fix?

The installation of Rac doing the virtual ip configuration assistant fails. Copy of the code to dos also failed with the following message.

The given interface(s), "Public" is not public. Public interfaces should be used
to configure virtual IPs.
What is a public interface, and how do I resolve this error?

Can you paste the exact error messages you encountered..
Also let us know how the Public IP / VIP and Private IP's have been setup on these nodes.
ipconfig /all { assuming Windows }
Please note that you do not have to plumb the VIP to any interface on the Nodes..
VIPCA creates a logical interface on the Public Network Interface..
You might also want to look at the srvctl add nodeapps command to add the VIP
manually if you are having issues using the Configuration assistant :

Choose the method for:
"Resetting SMC on portables with a battery you should not remove on your own".
If this does not help, contact Apple.

and when i am clicking the Repository Assistanceit is asking me for "basic or Advanced instal"
i clicked on basic install after dat it is asking me to fill many things like repository name , password,sys name and password an oracle service name etc etc
tell me how can i fill those details
if i am filling those details and click on Next it is showing be Sql exception ..
i have seen many books
but not getting any proper idea
and i already installed oracle 10g
and even oracle backup software
Plz help me with passwords andfilling those details

contact your local oracle university or oacle learning centre and get some training on owb. But before you undertake any training you might want to be clear on the specifics such as:
Operating system.
Versions of DB and client.
Is there a specific reasons such as data migration from legacy to owb or development of a new dw environemnt.
What BI tool are you planning to use eg, Cognos,OBI EE ,Hyperion,BO etc.
What is typically your source system and how is the data going to be interfaced(frequency , ,data rules etc).
What is the schema architecture, Star or Snowflake.
What DW methodology do you want to use, Kimball or Inmon.
How much data are you going to work with in DW en.
Is it going to be on RAC.
Once you get your specifics right and know what you want you can get the best out of the training otherwise it will be a routine exercise of chasing something without knowing what you want to achieve.

Hey i have installed something called Teu_installer not sure how and now can't remover it

so ive instlled this somehow and its now in my taskbar. it oper and if i try and deleate it it says cant deleate cos the programe is open and if i try close it it just stays open anyway....

No idea what it is, but two suggestions to start off...
Go to System Preferences / Users & Groups, and see if it's one of your login items. If so, remove it with the - key.
Click the Apple icon, then Force Quit. See if it's there. If so, force quit it and then try to uninstall it.
It all depends on what it is and how it was installed. If one of the two I mentioned gets rid of it, great. If not, there's more work involved.

PSE 5.0 serial num valid, but will not run, how fix?

Hard drive crashed and come bak from techs woirking fine but when click adobe PSE5.0 icon (as b4 crash) I only get error msg: 'Your adobe PS E user name, organization, or serial nmber is missing or invalid. The application cannot continue and must now exit."
I cannot see what serial number the softwaare is using, but I have a note from a previous call where I wrote down the serial number. Today I called Adobe support and they said the serial number was valid.
Then they said to come to this forum for a resolution...can you help, pls?

In that case, i believe you will have to buy another serial number for the downloaded/trial version and then use it.
If this is not an option, then be prepared to talk to customer care and see if they can help in some way.

Please follow the link: CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed and this will help you to fix the issue.

Adobe CS12 is unheard of. Adobe Creative Suite's latest version is CS6.
Please be specific as to what software you are trying to install, OS version etc so that I may be able to help you.
