Install software on WLC 4400 / 4402

Question

Hi All,
I have a AIR-WLC4402-50-K9 that I acquired off ebay for cheap for my lab studies. The problem is that the internal compact flash card was removed by seller "for security reasons". I knew this when I bought it, but thought I could figure out how to re-install the software from scratch.. i.e. format a flash card and tftp the software on to it... But this device and the software has me stumped!. Am I understanding correctly that the software has 2 files? A Kickstart image if you will? 
So, How do I install the OS from scratch?
