Hi cuimei_liang,
As per the above logs it states that the default instalation drive C: does not have enough space to install the software.
It also states OS requirements not met.
Kindly check the same before reinstalling.

If you are on a 32 bit machine make sure you install the 32 bit Presenter setup.

I am trying to install trial version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 13, I have downloaded it several times, I have the software specified in list for requirements needed, I have 693 GB of free space, have administration writes, but each time at the end of installation I get the following message. ' A problem occurred while extracting some files. Check available space on your computer and the write privileges on the destination folder, which is Desktop. What could be my problem?

Matt59 yes you can install Photoshop Elements 13 separately. The evaluation process is software title specific.

Problem installing trial version of After Effects CS4

Hi,
I'm trying to install the trial version of After Effects CS4 on Windows Vista Ultimate Service Pack 1 32-bit Operating System, Processor 2.4GHz, RAM 4GB.
At the initializing stage it gets to 90% on the 'Checking System Profile...' dialog box, something flashes and then it freezes.
I've downloaded it a second time in case of corruption.
I've rebooted several times and retried it with no other applications running.
I've run updates on any existing adobe products I have.
Any ideas? I've never had problems installing adobe products before.

Not your fault, known issue.
a) Download the Microsoft Installer Cleanup Utility and install it
b) Download the CS4 Cleanup Utility from Adobe's support pages
c) Run the CS4 Cleanup, electing to remove all debris from your failed install
d) Manually uninstall all instances of Adobe AIR products (Acrobat.com, Adobe Media Palyer) using Add or Remove Programs
e) Launch the Microsoft Installer Cleanup and look for instances of Adobe Installer 2.0. Have them removed. Optionally, have it remove other Adobe stuff that may have been left over from CS4.
f) Try to install CS4
Note: The cleanup utilities will not remove anything physically, only clean out the installer, so they pose no danger to your system. You will only lose the ability to uninstall those programs from Add or Remove Programs.

Unable to install Trial Version of AI

I've downloaded and installed Creative Cloud, and tried several times to TRY (download trial version) Adobe Illustrator. First few times it got hung up at 42%, then I read to disable my security software, so I did, and then it downloaded to 84% and STOPPED.
Oh and I uninstalled the works and started over again with the same negative results.
One step away from giving up on this software altogether. :s

Unable to install trial version of PS CS4 on Vista

I am running on a 32-bit Vista operating system and I recently downloaded the trial version of photoshop CS4, but I have not been able to successfully install it. It will start to install and then stop with and this error message will pop up:
I always make sure my virus/firewall software is switched off whenever installing and I have tried many troubleshooting solutions to solve the problem, but everytime I keep getting this error message come up.
Can someone help me please and tell me what I am doing wrong, because I am at a loss!

Installing trial version of Ps

hey there, I'm trying to install the trial version on my WinXP and the install freezes at 11%. I want to use Ps to ramp up the photos on my web store but I need to make sure it will do what I need it to before I drop $400 on the sofware. Are there any fixes to make the install complete? I'm also going to install this on the newer computer w/ Vista once I get used to using it on the XP. As a side note, when I try to install flash player on EITHER machine, it shows the install as successful but the add/remove shows no space taken up. Should I just be going back to pen and paper or is there help out there? Thanks in advance....Brian

Windows installer 4.5 link. Just look for your OS. After you do the upgrade I found it best type in "services" in start, click on services and look for windows installer. Click on Startup (it should show manual) and put it in AUTO and start it then close. This will keep windows installer from shutting off. You can always revert back to manual.

Also don't forget to defrag and also update PS CS4 to 11.0.1 patch.

Install Trial Versions without a personal Adobe ID

I have a question:
I need to make a demo to a customer, so I need that they got installed Creative Cloud software, trial versions, for just one day, to up to 5 computers.
I know that you can download a 30 day trial version using a free Adobe ID, but is there a possibility to download a trial installer that I can install in those 5 computers without requiring 5 Adobe ID different accounts?
