Installation aborting after 50% on Win2K sp4

Hi,
Installtion is aborting once it reaches 50%, it is closing the Installer window.
The following error is logged in the install log file.
Method 'dispose()' Not implemented in class 'OiStarterDBConfig'
*** Install Page***
Oneoff entries cannot be read from location C:\Program Files\Oracle\Inventory/Contents/oneoffs1.oo.
Install mode is fastcopy mode for component 'oracle.server' with Install type 'EE'.

The source file 'E:\Disk1\stage/Components/oracle.sysman.repository/10.1.0.2.0/1/DataFiles/Expanded/jar/lib/emdloader.jar' does not exist.
Could any one help me out on this

Bret - could you clarify whether:
1. You are using Win2k Pro or Server
2. Which, if any, Service Packs are currently installed on your O/S at the time of this problem.
I've had a few issues getting 9iAS to work on Win2k Server previously - nothing worked at all! I've not had any problems with Win2k Professional. Also, if you are using the latter ensure you have SP1 installed (not a base release or SP2).
What we could do as a next step is hack the install script so that the Portal to Go objects do not get installed. I think this has been done before, but I've not personally had to do this before.
