Installation Acrobat Reader und Flash: Pakete zwischenspeichern

Hallo,

  • Installation Media for Adobe Acrobat Reader and Flash without Extra Software

Is there a Installation Media format for Adobe Acrobat Reader and Flash which does not have McAfee, Google Chrome or Google Toolbar associated with the installation?  This deployment is for a IT department.  We do not want Google Chrome, Toolbar, or McAfee installed on our workstation, and we want to prevent our users from installing them when performing the upgrades to newer versions.  We want installation media without the extra software for deployment.  Does Adobe supply these?

I have done this.  I just need the refund that was mentioned on the bottom of the page that I have already cancelled on.  None of the other links on that page are relevant and none mention the word "Refund"
Re; The second link, is this a UK 0800 number or a US Number?  I am in the UK.  Will I be on hold for 32 minutes again if I ring this number?

    Hallo

Internet Explorer. Das Problem tritt aber nicht immer auf, nur bei einzelnen Websites. Was soll ich an den Sicherheitseinstellungen ändern (habe diese bis jetzt nicht verändert seit ich den Computer habe)?
    Danke und Grüsse

  • How to download Adobe Acrobat Reader & Adobe Flash Player without install?

    Hello!
I have over 100 computers without connect to Internet. How can I get installation files without automatic install to the current computer?!

Hi, With this link, you should be able to SAVE the Installer to the Desktop. Just be sure to reject any extras like Toolbars, McAfee, etc.
    http://get.adobe.com/reader/
With Flash Player you can also SAVE the Installers to the Desktop:

I hope this is what you need.

  • E61 installation Acrobat Reader on new memory card

I installed a larger memory card in my E61, formatted and it found it working properly. However, a number of programs that work if I use the old small memory card do not appear on the menu if I insert the larger one. Among these programs are two I use all the time: Acrobat Reader and Zip Manager. I tried downloading and reinstalling but could not find the proper installation files. Both files Adobe offers for Acrobat reader under the Nokia/Symbian OS do NOT work with E61, and the Zip Manager installation file for Symbian I didn't find at all.

Those apps are available on Nokia's catalog list. Access the list on your E61 by going to:
Menu > Tools > Catalogs. Start up the app and install your choices onto your memory card.

  • Acrobat Reader and Flash

Hello, all you helpful people out there! and Happy Easter!!
I have recovered from my iMac's crash (which incidentally has had a good effect because now my husband is taking the need for a new computer much more seriously) Anyway, we lost a lot of things but managed to find and save some things to a jump drive before I reinstalled everything fresh. Unfortunately there were a few things that I didn't even think to look for. Why would one need to save Acrobat Reader? The websites always say "download for free" but now mine don't show that download message. (sigh) Anyone know where I can get an old version that is compatible with OS 9.2.2? I tried a few links by googling but didn't get anywhere. Also had a Harry Potter screen saver from before the movies. It had a purple background and showed the castle. (version 1.3.5U from macsourcery.com). No luck finding it either.
Also, in the same boat with Flash, I fear. I did download Flash 7 from versiontracker or something but when I tried to install it Netscape opened up and wanted to be configured, which I did. Now I don't know what I have. The netscape window just showed Gobbeldygook. I am guessing that this could be one reason I can't even load the Apple Store? No flash? Not in IE or in iCab. Guess I should try Netscape but the little I tried with it didn't even look good. How can I order a new computer without the store? Aaaah!!! Well there are other newer computers in this neck of the woods I can use if need be. That's how I started out after all.
I did manage to update to OS 9.2.2 and also updated IE and OE. Suppose I should look for the Appleworks update but it is running so much faster now than it did before that I am tempted to just leave it.
Thanks for any help or suggestions!!

Hi again! I downloaded Mozilla and am VERY pleased with it. Can't believe how much better it is working than IE (I shouldn't be surprised, I know). Thank you very much! I did actually get Flashplayer 7 and once I figured out where to put it it does definitely make a difference. Had to put other things in the plug-ins folders of the browsers too. I still have a lot to learn!! It will still take a little getting used to use Mozilla. I had a little struggle with setting up the toolbar but I seem to have gotten over that hurtle. Should be interesting to see what the kids say when they use it.
After all this, it looks like we are actually about ready to order a new iMac. I realised though that if I want to keep this one running in such form as to be able to print homework assignments, etc. I will need to upgrade to OS 10.3.9 in order to use the new printer. The old one came with the computer in Aug. 01 and is unreliable these days but new ones will likely not install on OS 9.2.2 (sigh). So what would it involve to upgrade? Pure Mac did not have downloads for Panther (smile). I also did not find it in the Apple Store when I searched for it. Amazing how well the Apple Store works on Mozilla! I am so excited!!
Thanks again for all your help.

  • Bad "feature" in Acrobat Reader and Flash downloads

Please turn off the "auto-delete" function of the Adobe Reader and Flash downloads. I have a slow Internet connection and the downloads often time out when getting the install. I then have to go back to the site and download the .exe file all over again, as it auto-deletes whether it was successful or not. Very frustrating!

  • I have installed adobe flash player. I can not open the file. In plugins under tools it is not showing. It shows acrobat reader being there but not flash player. Any ideas?

Flasher Player should be listed as a plugin in tools for it to work?

  • Install Flash Player in Acrobat Reader XI

    Hi all,
I've several users facing a problem in Reader XI when reading PDF with RMA.
When they open the PDF, a yellow bar appears at the top saying “To view the Flash technology content in this PDF file, please install the required version of Flash Player”. Clicking on “Learn More”, we have two situations:
Win XP: nothing appends it just hangs Reader… then people goes into the normal flash player page, install it but it don’t fix the problem.
Win 7: opens the community help tool, with the “Flash Player needed | Acrobat, Reader X” page, following the instructions “Right-click the link below for your operating system:  “Windows: Flash Player Installer for Windows “ , there are no “Save Link As or Save Target As ” context menu, and clicking on it nothing appends…
The only way (for Win7) is to copy&paste the url into a browser then follow the instructions, but this is not something trivial… and user doesn’t succeed & goes away…
Is there any planning to make this process easier?
    Thanks, regards,
    GLoureiro

The link URL in the community help page ( http://www.adobe.com/go/acrobat_flashdownload_installer_win )  does a  redirection so it picks up the latest version of the installer - which is why it won't report as a downloadable item when you context-click it in some browsers. However just clicking the link will force download of the bootstrapper.
On Windows XP if the message bar link within Reader isn't doing anything, it suggests the help system isn't working on that installation. Manually installing the regular Flash Player plugin will work but you MUST choose the version for Firefox, not the version for Internet Explorer. • Flash is not working in Adobe Acrobat Reader

Hi - I created a bunch of Flash tabs in Flash CS6 - they work great - but I want to put them into Adobe Acrobat X PRO (the writer) and they imported just fine and work just great inside of Acrobat X PRO.  However when I go to send the exported PDF with the Flash elements inside of it - to someone who only has Acrobat Reader (but doesn't have the Flash plug-in installed on their machine) - that person can open the PDF and can even view the Flash element but they get a yellow bar across the top of the PDF that says they must install the Flash plug-in to use it.  Well that is great but this PDF is being used out in the field where they cannot install the Flash plugin....
I am suprised it does this because Flash importing and exporting capability is native to Acrobat Reader...and I thought I read that Acrobat has flash reading/rendering capability natively built into the Reader itself.  Am I wrong - and/or does anyone have a workaround for this??
    Andrew

    Hi andrewpweyrich
What is the version of Adobe Reader You're using ?
Flash has been removed from the Reader X in latest releases and also it has been removed from Reader XI.
You Need to sepeately download and install the Flash plug-in to view the flash content.

  • Windows Installer error while trying to install Acrobat Reader 8

I am trying to install Adobe Acrobat Reader 8 off the CS3 disc. I already have Acrobat 8 Professional (8.2.3) installed. I just need the Reader. Whenever I try to install the Reader I get the following error, "The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnal for assistance."
I have tried all the Microsoft fixes for this situation, but I still keep getting the error message. I am using Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit). Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks.

Nevermind, I figured out what was wrong. I had disabled User Account Control (UAC) when I was tweaking my OS. So I enabled UAC again and was able to install Acrobat Reader 8 without any problems.
