Installation Encore CS6 Presets
Briefly: (Case 185501444)
I have a CC subscription and have downloaded the following Apps, Premiere Pro, Audition and Premiere Pro CS6. The reason for CS6 is so I can get Encore CS6 to use with the other two. I believe I have followed the instruction as per the information re "Functional content missing for Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effect, and Encore" using the link Windows(734MB). From those "Windows' instruction I have :
*Downloaded the file,
*Unzipped the file,
To the point of 4.a 'Navigate to C:\Program Files \ Adobe \ Adobe Premiere Pro CS6\ Presets. but there is still only one folder there that being 'Styles"
I have either not completed an action but unfortunately I can't see it.
. Would like a little assistance.

J'ai cherché déjà un moment et je ne trouve pas la solution pour instaler Encore.

Mais sur la page de téléchargement de première : https://creative.adobe.com/fr/products/premiere aucun choix n'est proposer je ne retrouve pas la fenêtre de navigation pour choisir Encore...
Une idée ou un liens direct pour télécharger Encore Cs6? Ou même première CS6 + encore Cs6 car il me semble que l'outil de désinstalation permet de ne desinstaler que première et de garder encore.

Concernant votre demande, il faut savoir qu'Adobe Encore CS6 est uniquement disponible lorsque vous téléchargé et installé Adobe Première Pro CS6.
Je vous recommanderais donc de télécharger Adobe Première Pro CS6 qui va installer Encore CS6.

En choisissant le produit avant de le télécharger vous avez le choix parmi la CS6 et CC comme indique ci-dessous;

Seit dem 2014 Release von Adobe CC funktioniert der von Adobe beschriebene Weg zur Installation von Adobe Encore CS6 nicht mehr. Kann mir vielleicht jemand sagen, wie man jetzt an das Programm rankommt? Danke im Voraus.

Issue
When you access the Library panel in Adobe Encore, the panel contains no content. Additionally, there is no subfolder named Library within the Adobe Encore application folder on your hard disk.
When you access the title templates in Adobe Premiere Pro, the title templates are missing.
When you access the template projects in After Effects, the template projects are missing.

Encore cs6 has no menu library
I have Adobe Pr and CS6 Encore and am attempting to create a DVD with menus from my Pr movie project, however I cannot find any preset menu elements in Encore. I would think that I would not have to purchase another app (Photoshop) for this one to work. Any help?
Thanks!You may not have the entire library of object elements "loaded". For some reason, there's an additional library of things you need to download past the program itself, then expand & move into a particular folder. I suggest you read the rather long piece about this by Adobe proper ...

Thanks in advance,Go to the link below and follow the directions at the top of the page called "Solution: Install the CS6 Functional Content." This installs the primary functional content. It applies to Premiere and Encore. After th is, in Encore, you will have only a small selection of menu templates; no buttons etc.
Warning: when you run this, it will delete the Encore library from CS5. I don't know how it may affect the various Encore directories: CS5/CS5.5. Backup/rename those directories before, so you can replace them if you keep the earlier versions active.

After you do that, go back to that same link and follow the directions at the bottom of the page called "Additional solution: Install the Resource Central library content."
This applies only to Encore, and at the end, you will have all the buttons, backgrounds, and more full menus.
There are more items than in CS5, so it is better to follow this than just to copy the old library over (although that will get you in business). -
Blue screen of death on Toshiba P755-S5375 with ADOBE ENCORE CS6
I recently purchased a new laptop and installed Adobe Master Collection CS6. I purchased the laptop for video capture and editing, as well as for blu-ray authoring.
Unfortunately, although the computer and software works fine for video capture and editing, I am unable to author a blu-ray. For authoring, I am using Adobe’s Encore CS6. After checking and previewing my creation, I attempt to build to disc using Encore. About 2 seconds after clicking the build disc in Encore, I get the “blue screen of death” (BSOD). This happens every time I try to build to blu-ray (only blu-ray has this issue; I am able to build to a DVD). I am using an external blu-ray drive on USB 3.0.
I am using Encore version 6.0.0.492

We need to know the Stop code on the blue screen. If there is a file name mentioned, we want that too.
You can prevent the rapid disappearance of the blue screen during a normal boot by choosing this at the F8 Startup menu.

Encore CS6 is asking for a Serial Number when I have Creative Cloud
I have the same problem identified here:

I am running Windows 7 on a new Dell Vostro, have a subscription to Creative Cloud, have never installed a trial version of the software, and recently installed Premier Pro. The first time I try to run Encore, I get the two screens shown in that thread and repeated here:
"Adobe Encore CS6 cannot run in trial mode. Please relaunch the application and provide a valid serial number."
"Adobe Premier Pro. Provide a serial number."
I had previously got the problem identified here:

Following the recommendations fixed the problem, but still Encore has the same issue.

I have found that waiting or rebooting the PC does not fix the problem.
Lastly, I tried that proposed here:

Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro all work fine.
So, what is the solution?
Update, 2012-11-06. I spent 30 minutes on a chat session with Adobe support. The support person told me emphatically that Encore is not part of Creative Cloud and can be obtained only by buying Premiere Pro and not from the Creative Cloud subscription. To prove the point, the support person pointed me to this page:

Now on that page, Adobe has done something clever and stupid. If you view the page with XP (for example), it does not show Premier Pro because Premiere Pro works only on a 64 bit OS. If you view the same page under Windows 7 it does show Premiere Pro. I think it would be better if Adobe showed the application (possibly greyed out) with a note that it cannot be installed on the PC that is viewing the page. Well, I was having the chat on my laptop (running XP) and I guess the support person was also on XP so the case was proved!

However, the support person told me I needed to contact sales. I called them and asked the support guy to wait on the chat session until I had an answer. The lady in sales said that Encore is definitely included in Creative Cloud. But as I was about to relay that information to the support person, he ended the chat session!
The pleasant lady in sales said she would transfer me to phone technical support. I was on hold for 60 minutes and had to quit to go and do a task.
Perhaps this will be resolved and I shall update this thread ...I got help with this problem.
You only need to sign out from the creative cloud. Go to preference, sign out. Open Premiere Pro CC, help sign out.
Then re-open premiere pro cc and sign back in, and you should now be able to open encore as well!

Blue screen of death when building blu-ray in Encore CS6
I recently purchased a new laptop and installed Adobe Master Collection CS6. I purchased the laptop for video capture and editing, as well as for blu-ray authoring.
Unfortunately, although the computer and software works fine for video capture and editing, I am unable to author a blu-ray. For authoring, I am using Adobe’s Encore CS6. After checking and previewing my creation, I attempt to build to disc using Encore. About 2 seconds after clicking the build disc in Encore, I get the “blue screen of death” (BSOD). This happens every time I try to build to blu-ray (only blu-ray has this issue; I am able to build to a DVD). I am using an external blu-ray drive on USB 3.0.
I am using Encore version 6.0.0.492

Followup: MachineOwnerCreate an ISO (Encore) or folder on your hard drive (Encore or Premiere Elements) and then use the FREE http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download to write files or folders or ISO to disc for DVD or BluRay (send the author a PayPal donation if you like his program)
Imgburn will read the ACTUAL disc brand from the disc, which is not always the same as the box label (Memorex is notorious for buying "anything" and putting it inside a Memorex box)
When you write to disc with Imgburn, use the SLOWEST possible speed setting, so your burner has the best chance to create "good, well formed" laser burn holes... since no player is required to read a burned disc, having a "good" one from a high quality blank will help -
Has anyone installed them on one machine without any issues.
Encore CS6 was already on my machine.
Installed E11 then Encore keeps crashing on opening either existing or new project.I had no trouble with E10, so i thought it might be more of a 64 bits issue.
ssd for W7, i7-940, 12 gig ram, raid0 for editing. extra disk for export, media cash.etc.
I had a hard time installing E11 due to No shared components or something.
Ran the Adobe Diagnostic app: the error it gave me: A restart is Pending.
Followed the fix http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-error-messages-bootstrapper-cs5.html But there was no InProgress Key to delete. Maybee it's a ssd and not a regular drive. Just guessing.
Deinstalled the whole CS6 suite and E11, use cleaner tool.
Then after a few installs en de install E11 finaly installed without an issue.
Later on I found Encore crashing.
Deinstalled the suite, ran cleaner tool (several times) but now show.
Deinstalled all of adobe.
Installed CS6 again, can't do without Encore.
E11 is just for instruction purposes, cant use it as it does not support Canon's mpeg2 codec. -

Le téléchargement se passe, tout va bien.
Première se lance parfaitement, pas de soucis.
Je vais pour ouvrir encore afin de créer un Blu-Ray et le message suivant apparait:
"Adobe Encore CS6 ne peut pas s'exécuter en version d'évaluation. Redémarrez l'application et fournissez un numéro de série valide"
Avec une fenêtre de numéro de série qui s'ouvre.
Sauf que je n'ai pas de numéro de série via ce procédé de téléchargement. Je n'en ai pas eu besoin d'ailleur pour Première.
Que je sache c'est la version complète qui est disponible à ce prix là???

Je suis sous Mac Pro 10.7.5-Intel quad Core-8Go DDR3llb55, bonjour, en effet, il est étrange que Première reste en mode d'évaluation. Logiquement, à l'installation, il est sensé vous demander de vous identifier via votre AdobeID et se servir de ce réglage pour associer votre machine à ce compte, valider l'installation (et ne plus vous demander de numéro de série). Concernant le service client, êtes vous passé par le support avec le système de chat avec un technicien ? Cliquez sur "J'ai encore besoin d'aide" (après 9h…)

I have installed Adobe CC 2014 and have been using Encore CS6 which I installed via the instructions here Encore CS6 not installed with Creative Cloud.
Unfortunately, Encore has been crashing about 3/4 of the time I open it and I'm not sure what the reason is. I have installed all of the recent updates to everything (of course there aren't any recent updates to Encore CS6). I am on Mac OSX 10.9.4. I am importing .m2v and .wav files which I've exported from AME CC 2014 using the MPEG-2 DVD NTSC Widescreen presets. I am on a 2014 MacPro with 32GB Ram, 3.5 GHz 6-Core, AMD D500 video cards, 512 GB internal hard drive. I have a G-Raid thunderbolt drive hooked up along with a G-Raid non-thunderbolt drive (via firewire 800), and three USB hard drives for backup. I also have a Matrox MX02 mini connected via thunderbolt.
When I first installed Adobe CC 2014 and Encore CS6 it worked just fine, but over the past month or so it has been crashing almost every time I open it. I can't think of anything that I've done in that time period that might be causing it to crash.
Please let me know if you have any ideas why this is happening.

There was one update for Encore CS6 Mac. So make sure you have upgraded to 6.0.1 -

When Encore CS6 loads, the program just disappears. The problem occurs at the process "Initializing Media Layer".
PC Configuration: Core i7950, Asus P6TD Deluxe, 12GB DDR3 1600MHZ, Quadro K4000, SSD for the system, Seagate Constellation 7200rpm for video editing.
Encore is downloaded as part of Premiere Pro CS6 at Creative Cloud.
I am desperate, as I cannot deliver my Blu-ray's and DVD's without Encore.

Based on the few references I see to this error, I would do a reinstall. This is no guarantee.
I assume that you are opening Encore without starting it by opening a project.
I do not know what special problems may be involved in the relationship of CC installs and Encore (and the order of various installations), but I do not think this error should result. -
Adobe Encore CS6 cannot run in non-royalty serialized mode. The application needs to be serialized with a royalty bearing serial number.
This is an activation issue. its solution has changed over time. Assuming you have a cloud subscription, see this.
