Hi,
I am getting this error while going for the basic installation of webcenter. It appears during the framework installation.

    PS32bit opens/works just fine.
    PS64bit opens with error message (need to cancel them 6-22 times) Runtime error R6034 but otherwise seems to run normally.
    From Microsoft, downloaded file vcredist_x64.exe and ran it. Got error message that there was no free space on my CD drive...Really?!

    I am attempting to install InDesign CS 5.5 on a new Windows 7 computer.  I received an installation error Exit Code 20.  Adobe Chat told me I had to open a discussion in the forum to resolve this issue.  Is anyone able to help me fix this issue?

    Hi Apisak,
    If you look on DVD under BE_DVD\BE\WINNT\Install\ you will see that there is a VCREDIST folder with the directories you describe above. This directory contains the latest runtimes required by our RAWS installer. It is the directory we are expecting to find
    when we run the install. If you run off of the DVD, we will validate the files are valid before executing the install. This is the recommended method for a clean install.
    However, if your goal is to install and have the patches applied during the initial install. If that is what you are attempting, you can drop in the Agents\RAWSx64\Updates or Agents\RAWS32\Updates folder into the RAWS folder on the DVD and it will accomplish
    the same thing. We do not test this way, so be wary of that method. It should work but I do have to give that disclaimer.

  • Lightroom - Installation Error - Exit Code 7

    I was instructed to upgrade most apps to cc2014 editions.
    Most have been successful although for some reason Creative Cloud says I have no apps installed at all now, however, the main problem I am having is that lightroom will not install, I am only using Adobe Creative Cloud as an installer (not third party as it states).
    I get the following error:

    I have fixed this issue, if it helps anyone in the future I used this:
    Microsoft FixIt utility at http://support.microsoft.com/mats/program_install_and_uninstall/en-us to remove the remaining entries for Photoshop Lightroom.
    Checked in Programs and Features (from the control panel) that there was nothing Lightroom related left, make sure you check under A for Adobe and L for Lightroom.
    Reinstall from Creative Cloud, hopefully this will work for you.

    Have you ensured you're installing the Mac installation disc and not the Windows disc -- and that you're installing from the program installation disc and not the content installation disc?

    So I was installing Adobe Flash CS5 and ended up with this error.
    I've been looking around the forums, and trying several things, but nothing seems to be working. I uninstalled Flash CS4, and used the Adobe CS5 Cleaner Tool.

  • Creative Suite 5 installation Error - Exit Code 7

    Just got a new PC with Windows 7 Enterprise.  When trying to install Creative Suite 5, I get an Exit Code 7 error and the details stating that the system does not meet minimum specs, which I'm sure is not accurate....see below.  Thanks for the help.

    Hi, I am trying to insall Acrobat X Suite on a Windows 7 PC and I get this error coming up constantly -

    We hope your issue has been resolved, if you've found solution by yourself. We would appreciate it if you could share with us and we will mark it as answer.
    I am looking to your log find that it's trying to launch DISM from c:\windows\SysNative. You might try build a symbolic link from c:\windows\system32 (where DISM lives) to the non-existent path c:\windows\SysNative. Then check the issue again.
    To build a symbolic link, try workaround as Brian's reply to this thread.

  • Adobe CS5.5 Acrobat encountered installation errors. Exit code: 7 and Error: DW020

    I have CS 5.5 Master Collection running on my Mac Pro 2 x 2.4 Ghz Quad-Core with OS 10.7.4.
    Recently Acrobat had been quitting on me after it launched. I tried to delete all preference, but nothing worked. I decided to uninstall Acrobat and install it again, then I encountered, or see image below:

    Exit Code: 7
    Summery:
    1 fatal error, 2 errors, 0 warning
    Error: DW020: Found payload conflict and errors:

    Anyone had any idea how I can install Acrobat again without an errors?

    Hey guys. Since 24 days Im trying to update my Cloud to the CC 2014 but when starting with PS, the installation fails by the fatal error exit number: 7. Whats to do?

    Yesterday I tried something, by deinstalling the Cloud App and PS, but still the same error remained.
    What I also don't understand is the term: Reinstalling the product. Is it meant, to deinstall every app, just the Cloud app or only the app where the error occupies?
    By Reinstalling I also understand: Uninstall the app and the install it again. Is this correct?
    I am surprised anyway. Once everything is fine and then within one day, nothing runs anymore. I read about, using a disc clean app as Clean My Mac 2 can destroy the structure of adobe products some how... but hmmm... this sounds very strange.

  • Cs6 installation error, inconsistency in the installer database, exit code 15

    Hi,
    I'm trying to install Photoshop CS6 on my new Mac.
    After 2% have been installed, I get the error message "CS6 installation error, inconsistency in the installer database."
    The error summary file shows exit code 15 and 0 fatal errors/errors/warnings.
    I have seen other threads in this forum with the same error and I have tried the suggestions made there but so far, no luck.
    My Photoshop CS6 is a downloaded version from the Adobe webpage. Everything works well until the actual installation starts.
    These are the actions I have tried:
    1. Restart and reinstall
    2. Adobe cleaner tool (no result since there was nothing to clean)
    3. I have deactivated the software from my old computer
    4. Tried to install in safe mode
    5. I have been in touch with Adobe support, did not get much support at all. After some time I was told to start a discussion in this forum.
    Please help... spent two days on this already.

    I have tried to follow the instructions on the link you provided. So far I have not succeded though.
    I downloaded the latest version of the Adobe Application Manager. But for some reason, when I start the application, the Creative Cloud application starts... I don't know what I am doing wrong in this step. I do not use creative cloud and Photoshop CS6 is not available for installation there, only Photoshop CC.
    How do I install the software through Adobe Application Manager and not the installer that was provided with the download of Photoshop CS6?
