Installation Error FB 4.5 & FC cs 5.5, need help

Question

Tried installing CS5.5 web premium, everything installed ecept Flash Builder 4.5 and Flash Cataclyst cs 5.5. After trying diffret thins kile installing without av, rebooting serveral times, uninstalling Flash player active x and normal ect....
So i decided to check the log files and found this:

the first one is for Flash Builder and the second on is for Flash Cataclyst
Identified by the bit below

So it appears the installer cant handel any special caracters in username eg. the "!" (exclamation mark).
System OS
Win 7 Ultimate 32-bit
That means i have to change accountname, except if annyone got some idea or solution that might work, any help is appreciated.
Beside this shoud be notified to the team that is making the installer if they don't already know this.
